  up to a few days a go, I was able to surf the web and send/receive surveys bbm so I was on the phone, I contacted blackberry and they said to contact my service provider, so I did it and then we me contact blackberry once again, so I don't have all the answers. There is nothing wrong with my phone while I'm not in a call, but it's a nice feature to receive surveys bbm so I was in a call, I reset my whole phone and I'm still not having any luck can someone help me please?

  3G or WiFi is the only service on this device which will allow the data at the same time as a phone call.  There's no other way.

  I have the Storm 9530 w / v4.7.0.148 (Platform 4.0.0.181) installed. When I try to read an attachment wav file, I get the message "this type of attachment cannot be seen on the device. I have the bb installed v4.7.0 service attachment. Can someone please help with troubleshooting so I can play wav attachments?

  I forwarded the email with wav attachment to my e-mail host who also comes from my Storm. I was able to open and read this attachment wav file. I can play now also the attachment of my account to work on the storm. Not 100% sure that solved the problem, but it works now!

  I have a 9790 "BOLD" BlackBerry and when I try to play a video fom on youtube or any site, an error message appears

  I have the new Style, just got it 3 days ago and I'm still learning... it's my first smartphone...

  The icon is just below my signal icon and a telephone receiver (the receiver is put down) with an arrow hitting and bounces off. I have no idea of what it is and cannot find it on other forums... someone has seen this before? He is not one of the icons of calls missed, placed or received...

  If it's exactly under the 1XEV, no worries is a normal display of the CDMA signal, you get used to it.

  The GSM signal display does not show this icon only 3G or EDGE.

  I received the error message was:

  Eception exception: Application net_rim_bb_addressbook_app (232) does not. the process is completed.

  I have since fixed this problem by using an O2 guru online help, I had to completely reset my phone which was much easier to send my phone to an imaginary software update that the O2 saleswoman told me that I needed to do

  I think it is that you have an available software update.

  the notification must be in your messages / emails, use the same icon.

  I've had my blackberry "BOLD" now since may, and I can't hear that thing ring when I get incoming calls...

  I tried like almost all of the ringtones on my phone, and even to the low load and I'm ready to smash this thing with a hammer!

  I contacted a site Exchange warranty at & t, and after a bit, they were able to get a sound out of it a little more, but only if I'm in his room, the evidence we could hear this ring of the thing...

  It can be holstered or in my upper left pocket and you'll never hear this thing ring at all, so I'm back too want to break this thing with a hammer, which i paid 300.00 and something and did not get the refund that I misplaced it long enough to miss it time...

  my new blackberry "BOLD" arrived today and I have installed the battery, run if the configuration and made murder the wife call my phone...

  I was so surprised on how strong it was, I darn near left down the thing!

  which means that my old phone has never worked since May when I told...

  now, last night, I was playing with the old, and when I would like to remove the back cover, it was excellent ring volume...

  and I was able to put the lid back in place and always good sound, until I broke the lid in place then would again lose all the volume...

  not sure what is his problem, but now its at & t...

  just that everyone could see the joy in my eye when someone calls now wish!

  I loaded a simple txt file in my 8820 media card. I can see and open it, but the screen is black at 75%, and the background is white. If I move from characters I can see individual characters but it's hard to read a letter from a document at a time! Any thoughts on how I can read files txt properly?

  Sorry to hear that you are having a problem with your multimedia files.

  Remove the battery for 5 seconds then reconnect. After reboot, go to your media file and try to watch a video.

  Today, I tried to call my cousin who is in a nursing home. I said, 'Hi', and still more, and then he hung up. Hmmm... He couldn't hear me.

  I received another call from someone I talk regularly. Nothing.

  I called T-mobile (611) and answered the voice prompts. NOTHING.

  The phone was working this morning. I can't do ANYTHING with it now. Help! And please help me quickly. We have an election tomorrow, and I work the polls. I need to be able to call the Town Hall

  Each time a random strange behavior or slow creeps, the first thing to do is a battery pop reboot. With power ON, remove the hood back and remove the battery. Wait a minute, then replace the battery and cover. Power on and wait patiently through the long reboot - about 5 minutes. See if things return to functioning. Like all computing devices, BB suffers from memory leaks and others... with a hard reboot is the best remedy.

  I get this message from a sender who manages a list that I belong.  This is important because it keeps me updated on the train when I switch on.

  "Error in the analysis of this message, could not show the part of the body."

  What this mean and is there a way to fix this?  It seems strange that I can read e-mails from anyone / from anywhere (including other lists), but this one.

  I have a notification icon on my home screen is - a clear blue semicircle with a lowercase "i" in it.  Please, for the love of God, someone tell me what it is.

  OK, took a while, but I finally found what was the notification icon.  I was sent a blackberry messenger application community contact.  One of the guys at work just got a new blackberry and referred a request to add to my contacts.

  I had to swith to a different theme, and then I saw the notification icon.

I have been seaching online everywhere trying to find a solution and I finally decided to understand me and found it... because my phone is a phone of grey market, I had to adjust the settings of the AFN. Impossible to believe that I could not find this solution online...
