  I received the error message was:

  Eception exception: Application net_rim_bb_addressbook_app (232) does not. the process is completed.

  I have since fixed this problem by using an O2 guru online help, I had to completely reset my phone which was much easier to send my phone to an imaginary software update that the O2 saleswoman told me that I needed to do

  up to a few days a go, I was able to surf the web and send/receive surveys bbm so I was on the phone, I contacted blackberry and they said to contact my service provider, so I did it and then we me contact blackberry once again, so I don't have all the answers. There is nothing wrong with my phone while I'm not in a call, but it's a nice feature to receive surveys bbm so I was in a call, I reset my whole phone and I'm still not having any luck can someone help me please?

  3G or WiFi is the only service on this device which will allow the data at the same time as a phone call.  There's no other way.

  OK, took a while, but I finally found what was the notification icon.  I was sent a blackberry messenger application community contact.  One of the guys at work just got a new blackberry and referred a request to add to my contacts.

  I had to swith to a different theme, and then I saw the notification icon.

  My guess is that there is confusion in the software... I remove the blackberrydesktop of user/username/library/application support folder restart the mac, repair permissions and try again... If this does not work, you may need to disable some cache (using Onyx).

  First off, I want to say thanks to anyone who takes the time to even post a reply. I'm new to blackberry, well I've had my blackberry for a little over a month now. The problem is that when I open google to search for something sometimes my results are like black or like this->______with a few pieces of the resuklts appear. Even when I click on a results page will appear with some information but then half blacnk. This is the second time that this has happened the first time it happened wasacouple weeks and it was fixed once I turnedit off then turn it back on. Ive fact that now, but there is still no positive result. Please help me!

  Uninstall all the os of your pc. Then install 4.6 os first and then copy the input of the policy module. Then paste it somewhere else. Install the 5.0 os and paste the module into the exactsame folder where you copied previously. And then upgrade your operating system what Chinese input you need? Stroke or pinyun?   I just bought a Blackberry Pearl 8100 on ebay which was announced as NEW, never opened. The works of phones, but when I tried to register the phone to the Blackberry Internet Service with my PIN and IMEI code I received a message that says that the phone is already registered with another service provider and which must be re-registered.

  I discovered that the phone is under the global brand (a carrier of Philippines). So I went on the website Global (BIS) and when I entered the PIN and IMEI code it says that this phone is not registered.

  I don't understand why, when I try with my local vendor he says is already registered with another provider, and when I try with Global (carrier of Philippines) it says is not registered.

  I went to my carrier customer service and told him about the problem. They were very helpful and solved the problem in about 2 days. Now my BB is registered and working in BIS...
