  I've been in love with my Blackberry Curve 9330 3 phone and I've had it for a month and a half. Until this morning, I was able to open my browser as well as files and applications that connect directly to the internet. Now this morning, I tried to open my browser or one of these files and applications from the internet, and they won't open! I continue to push the button to make them open, but I can't get anything to open with regard to the internet. I've got data unlimited plan with Verizon and I recently paid my monthly bill, so no payment problems. I can open other apps very well and I can't even emails too.   Each time a random strange behavior or slow creeps, the first thing to do is a battery pop reboot. With power ON, remove the hood back and remove the battery. Wait a minute, then replace the battery and cover. Power on and wait patiently through the long reboot - about 5 minutes. See if things return to functioning. Like all computing devices, BB suffers from memory leaks and others... with a hard reboot is the best remedy.

I always get reminders for the events I already have in my calendar and can open them when you are prompted, but can't open the real schedule. I tried to turn it off. I tried to pull the battery. Everything else seems to work very well. Any ideas? Thank you.

  Never mind. Solved the problem. Cleared my calendar data, then did a battery pull and then reloaded my calendar data and now it works fine.

  Go to your main messages folder > press Menu > folders and in EACH of these folders for these messages.

  Also, view SAVED messages messages > Menu.

  Just transferred one of my domains hosting that I use for my other domain. Went to create an e-mail account for the 3 email addresses I had the BB under prior host. Removed the old accounts. Click Setup mail accounts, then other then entered the correct address and the correct password. Received message 'invalid address or password '. Not possible I installed these accounts on my PC and my IPad with no problems. It seems that BB won't accept any new domain name account that I transferred 10 days ago, can someone help me please?   TCC - I THANK YOU first to respond to my situation and the second to be ON - it appears that you are an expert on the RIM! That was the problem - integration. Apparently my Blackberry account 'forgotten' about my domain name and had to be reinstated. I discovered by obtaining technical support for my carrier, AT & T and when they could not understand why the e-mail accounts could not be created, they transferred me to RIM. The first level of technology was also confused, but Nick and then of the immediately higher level of tech told me exactly what you have written here - same problem, same solution. CptS, thank you!

  I just installed Outlook 2010 Professional (no trial version) on my Windows 7 and the latest Blackberry Desktop Software running. When I try to sync, it shows that the calendar function is not installed - balance working apps (addresses, tasks, etc.) very well. Any help would be appreciated!

  Hello, I just had the Priv and turns out that I can't receive notification of bbm in the hub. I actually have to go in the app bbm itselft. I have the settings set properly in how I learned to do through crackberry forums. I have the icon for bbm showing on the top bar as well (if it's of any importance). Not knowing what to do.

  You keep mixing up the notifications and the convos... These are different things.

  If you don't have a BBM contact, so don't expect convos appears in the HUB (since there is no active convos)... and more no notification on convos (since having a convo is a condition precedent to the receipt of the notice of one).

  Channels do not fit in the hub. So it's WAD - works as expected.

  Hello... I tried to acess my emails since the blackberry browser accounts, but I'm faced with a particular problem. I can log into my OWA account. But I can't open a specific email.

  I can navigate otherwise via the account - go to a folder, items sent, compose mail, etc, but cannot open any mail.

  The web page declares that "cookies are currently disabled by your browser. OWA requires that cookies be enabled ' but how can I do?

  Since you're using 8330, you probably will be able to access OWA through the native Blackberry browser.

  You can try on your curve bolt browser and see if it works.

  Go to http://www.boltbrowser.com/ on your Blackberry, download, install and try to access OWA.

  Please start here:

  In general, it is the package BB OS exact that you install (via your PC) to your BB, and further, then by selecting the languages that you want to appear on the BB. Is what I recommend, on a PC (you can't do this on MAC):

  1) uninstall all the BB OS packages from your PC,

  (2) make sure you have the BB Desktop Software already installed

  (3) download and install to your PC, the BB OS package you want:

  (4) If this OS package comes from one carrier other carrier for which your BB was built, then remove, on your PC, all copies of the SELLER. XML (there will be at least one, maybe 2)

  (5) run the Desktop software and connect your BB... the software should offer the operating system package you have installed on your PC. If, during the process, your BB votre BB a '507' error, simply unplug the power cord of the BB USB and reinsert it. do nothing else... This should allow the installation to continue.

  Do not forget to save.

  If you are on a MAC, you are limited to only your sanctioned carriers OS packages... but can still use any level they currently have to sanction. See this procedure:

  You have Word? Office 2004 won't work with El Capitan.

  You can save the attachment and then try to open it to see what happens. If it still does not open, try to open Word or Pages or TextEdit and use the command open.

  It seems that the player is not correctly recognized.

  What is the operating system installed on your computer?

  However, try to disconnect and reconnect the Walkman on computer. You can also try plugging it into different USB port of computer.

  NOTE: Connection to the USB hub is not supported. Walkman should be connected directly to the USB port on the computer.
