  Hi and welcome to the Forums!

  I suggest the following, in order, even if they seem redundant to what you have already tried (steps 1 and 2, each should result in a message to your BB to come...) Please wait for this before moving on to the next step):

  (1) registry HRT

  • KB00510 How to register a BlackBerry smartphone with wireless network

  (2) remove and return Service directories

  • KB05000 Remove the maintenance book for the BlackBerry Internet Service email account in the BlackBerry smartphone
  • KB02830 Send the directories for the BlackBerry Internet Service

  (3) restart to take batt

  • Each time a random strange behavior or slow creeps, the first thing to do is a battery pop reboot. With power ON, remove the hood back and remove the battery. Wait a minute, then replace the battery and cover. Power on and wait patiently through the long reboot - about 5 minutes. See if things return to functioning. Like all computing devices, BB suffers from memory leaks and others... with a hard reboot is the best remedy.

  I hope that will move things again for you! If this isn't the case, then you should talk to your provider of official support and to ensure that you are subscribed to a data plan which is sufficient to enable the services you want:

  Can you please help me. My BB 9860 heats up when using data services. I can't use it on net because it can become hot as high as 40 degrees Celsius. I checked by a technician and the problem was not resolved. I did the following, but it doesn't work:

  1. buy and change the battery

  2 reformat the unit.

  3. limit the number of requests to reduce the use of RAM

  These efforts did nothing to stop the heating.

  My 9860 warms even when outdoors in use. Initially I put in a BB leather case but no more, just in my pocket. And Yes, Tx/Rx is much lower than previous BB belonging.

  ·         Have you tried booting in safe mode?

  Method 1: First of all, we will try to start the computer in last good known Configuration and see if it boots.

  Method 2: If it is impossible to start, try to start in safe mode. If able to start and then try to perform a System Restore, since this is a recent problem that has occurred.

  When did you start in this topic? Were there recent changes to the computer like installing new hardware, software or updates? If it is a recent issue, follow the steps in this document to perform a System Restore. This will restore your comuter up to a point located before the show.

  If you have antivirus software installed, run a scan of filling. You can also use Microsoft Security Essentials to scan your computer.

  I just bought a microSD 16 GB for my Blackberry "BOLD" and the phone itself is concerned, it works very well. I am able to navigate the map using my phone and he wrote that a multimedia card is present.

  The problem I have is with the Desktop Manager of "Media Manager". I want to be able to transfer/encode music and videos on my new media card, but it does not appear in the list. I tried upgrading to the latest version (4.7) and still nothing. The only thing that appears in the "My devices" list is the built-in 1 GB memory of the device.

  I called Rogers for technical support, but they do not support the Media Manager.

  If you use the GET method to send the search form, change the
  conditional statement like this:

  If (isset($_GET['search'])) & $totalRows_rs_searchresults == 0)

  Change the value of 'search' for the name of the field used to
  filter the results. If you use the POST method, use instead of $_POST
  from $_GET.

  My HDMI cable does not appear in the reading devices or the Device Manager even if it is plugged, the problem is I want to play sounds through my TV that is connected using the HDMI interface. He appeared once in the playback devices and I allowed and played on a YouTube video and it slowed down the video and the sound was stuttering.  Does anyone know how to fix this?
