  There is an option in the SMS options to 'leave Messages on SIM card' - uncheck the box this and the memory of the device must have enough space to contain a few thousand messages - while the SIM card is limited to 20 or more.

  It is mixed in your General messages.

  In your General messages > press Alt + O for outgoing messages.  Only one 'Oh' is not a 'zero '.

  I understand it now, but I got a SIM card locked in the process :-)

  First, it was of course the SIM card pin code and not the BB pin code which is asked to enter. The misfortune is that you can't control your device at all until you enter the right pin only 3 attempts. This means that you need to understand how the use of the aerodrome of keys works on this neverseen before keyboard the first time you use it. There is no help, and you don't see what you write, because it is simply displayed as *. In addition to that, you sit down with this new cool device and you're really impatient. It took me 10 minutes to lock the card!

  5 minutes later with another sim card, I learned that I had to just press the [sym] open a graphics pad with which easily enter you the digital PIN using the trackball.

  I wish that this was mentioned in the "Start Guide".

  I need some information on the flashing red led that flashes when you receive new messages. I noticed that it expires after a while... do not stay even though I have not checked my messages and I have indeed always for new messages.  Does anyone know the basics about that? It would be good to know how this feature works.  For example, I can wake up in the morning and have 21 new messages, but no Flash.  It stops blinking after a while to save the life of the battery?   Aimee, the notification light only stays on for about 15 minutes after the last message again.

  I need help. I just got a new 9720 BB after that my old BB 9220 phone stopped working. Before the old defective phone, I got my data backed up on the server by using BB BB protect.

  I signed into my new BB using my BB ID and my BBM restored 9720 my BBM contacts. However all data like contacts, Notepad, messages, e-mails and whatsapp are not restored.
  Whenever I go to BB protect app, it does not give me the option to restore, rather they want to back up my current phone.

  Can anyone help me to restore all my data saved on my old BB Phone on the BB to BB Server protect in my new BB Phone?
