  When I try to load a web page on my 9700 bb "BOLD" device, the browser does not load the page and what I see is a white screen. battery pull solves the problem, but the problem occurs again and again and I don't want to reset my phone every day.

  can anyone help, pls? Thank you

  Open your BlackBerry browser > press the Menu key > Options > Cache and clear your browser's cache (you can even clear the cookies as well, same place).

  Now do another reboot (turned on, battery pull, etc.)

  I have a tablet that I bought a few years ago and it stopped charging. I'm not sure which model or something that I can't enter the bios system because it will not load.  I searched everywhere on the shelf and find no number or anything like that.   Any suggestions?  I tried to connect via usb and the wall.

  OK thanks for the help... not knowing model and overall makes it literally impossible.

  We have two servers running Windows 2008 R2, but because we run AD on two of them, I need to find a way to copy the users to the users group to the other server remote desktop and duplicate the hashes thus.

  Any ideas? No user file or parameter must copy.

  It is better that I do not have need to install AD on one of them and only for the purpose of copying users and hashes

• Smartphone app displays a blank Page and does not load

  My Webworks app installs without problem on the smarthpone.

  When I try to launch it by clicking on its icon, a blank page appears, and it just sits there.

  Nothing else happens.  I only have a web page in the program and it is called index.html.

  It's the first application for me, so maybe it's that I don't get something good in the config file. If someone could help me on this I would really appreciate it.

• BlackBerry Smartphones BB Bold 9900 just does not load

  I bought my BB Bold 9900 10 months and I never had problems charging my battery. But the other day, when I got home and charged, when I woke up, Led - the RED light flashes and custom light up. I used another charger (nine) but still the same. I tried to plug it into my laptop for charging, but still not good. BB office says this device was not connected (since obviously he doesn't have the power). I searched online and I tried the "kickstart" they say where I have to charge my phone for 2 hrs and remove the battery for 10 minutes and put the battery back and wait another 2 hours - still not good . Although when I tried, I saw the icon charge for a few seconds during the first 2 hours, but do not see it again.

  Anyone have a suggestion? Do you want to know if I need to replace my battery or have this problem? We have no Center service BB here in the Philippines. The trader would normally send unit to Singapore to have checked/fixed. I can't afford not to have my phone because of my work and I have files that are stored in...

  In waiting for someone to answer, I did some research and tried them out, but so far, I'm still not able to turn onn/load my camera.

  Here's what I've tried so far:

  1 pull the battery loading and put back on the

  2. the "kickstart" than what a qualified member where in while now the end call key, remove the battery and the light RED LED while that appear and immediately press call button for 3 seconds and press the end button again. He advised to do 7-12 times and told me that does not work the first time... but try again. (I tried to do this several times)

  3. a publication that he had his dependents for like 2 days and removed the battery every 2-3 hours. (did not have my phone which support long however )

  4 force detect the BlackBerry smartphone by using the Application Loader. It was also published in KB10144of Blackberry Knowledge Base.

  FYI: guests of the message I have seems different from what has been published well since I don't have the chance to reinsert the battery. I was prompted to unplug the unit and close the application before installation. After you restart, DM didn't register my device. Did not have the option 'new attempt/Update ".

  Hi I just bought a 9900 store. most likely, the phone is just modernized and no news. How ever, it is difficult to find a 9900 not more on the strong quiet. How ever, I already had a passport, but after 2 days, I bought the Passport I am a new job with a company offer. This company has Enterprise 7. So I need a phone with BB OS 7. so I bought the 9900. I use the same BB ID, but that must not have an invluence. I open the Blackberry world (on my 9900). It says I have to update the program. I can select put or close to level. So I use the upgrade. After that the program then change the web browser. After a ttime shor, a BB site is loaded and it says not found software. You have attempted to access a software downlad page that does not exist.   I can confirm that we did encounter a problem which was solved you can download\install BlackBerry World again on your device. Thanks again to everyone for your patience while we studied and solved this problem.

  I just did some kind of update to my BlackBerry Desktop and 9790 and now BlackBerry Desktop does not recognize my Bb .  I deleted and reinstalled the office and still have the same problem.  Is there a way to do a factory reset on my Bb? I think that to nine will be the best course of action.

  You can wipe your BB completely, but make sure you have a saved backup file!
  go to options, security, then wipe device (you must type in the word blackberry!
