BlackBerry Smartphones it's Wi - Fi Service please make sure that your device has an active WiFi Connection and Try Again

Hello everyone.

I invested today in this device and I cannot get the browser to work, I had a quick glance around the blackberry on this problem and the forums help section.

I created the WiFi its come up as 'Wlan_089A8C '.

I can always connect to the browser.

I see the browser is "HotSpot Browser", but in general properties how to change the default browser for another browser to work?

CNA anyone help me?

You cannot change the WiFi browser with another browser without going through THE BlackBerry data Plan.

Call your carrier for more information.

    If you have a hardware device that does not properly with your computer, you probably need a driver updated. There are three ways to update a driver:

    • Use Windows Update. You will have to perhaps set Windows Update automatically download and install recommended updates.

    • Install the software from the manufacturer of the device. For example, if your device is equipped with a disk, this disk can contain software that installs a driver for the device.

    • Download and update the driver yourself. Use this method to install a driver that you download from the manufacturer's website. If Windows Update can't find a driver for your device and the device didn't come with software that installs a driver.

    Step 1: Download and install the latest version of DirectX.

    The Task Manager shows all instances of firefox are closed, processes and applications.

  • Cannot access the disk in the drive E:, please make sure that the drive is ready and the disk is not write protected.

    When I try to backup Quicken, I received the error: cannot access the disk in the drive E:, please make sure that the drive is ready and the disk is not write protected.  My last backup of Quicken was 16/07/2010.  I don't know why I can't back up now.  Is there a way to fix this?

    Why not save to a folder on your hard drive and burn them to a CD - R from there? I can't tell from the little you wrote if the problem is with Quicken (not work or you have incorrectly backup location) or with your CD - RW drive. How about more details to work with? This will give you an idea of what to write:
