BlackBerry Smartphones new Blackberry 3 g 9330 won't SNYC with MS Outlook calendar

Just left the BB Curve 8330 for the 3 g 9330.  I went through the synchronization implemented in the BB Desktop software.  However, after several synchronizations, not all the entries copied calendar 9330 BB to Outlook 2003.  I have Windows XP.  I double checked the settings but don't know where to turn. I use this for business, so any help will be appreciated.

I would try the solution in scenario 2. Who should get all your calendar events in your calendar by default so that you can sync to Outlook.

I used my BB with MS Outlook calendar. So far it works very well. Recently, a few articles on my Outlook calendar disappeared, but are still on my BB calendar.

How can I get these items on the BB to sync to my Outlook calendar? Is this possible.

    I appreciate any help.

    Thank you

    Tamara

sounds like a problem of multi calendar

Open your calendar on your BB, click options and meu

under fat calendars that make you see (address email, facebook, default of the unit?)

Click on each of them and see what is the number of entries for each

next go back to your home screen, go to options (for wheel) and then advanced options, default sevrices

only one of these elements under fat calendars earlier is mentioned here beside CICAL?

If you had entered with more than 1, you have a problem of multical

one who is by default would be that you synchronize successfully, the other calendars that had entered and are by default not wouldn't entries do not sync

There is a new article that can help you with m, new multicals for whoever you want by default

  • 'Ended unexpectedly Operation' blackBerry smartphones synchronization when BB with the Outlook calendar

Thanks, I appreciate your comments.  I have not entered almost as much to sync, and yet he wasn't yet.  Ultimately I had to think to a workaround.

Because it was clear that the 'bad' entry was somewhere in my Outlook calendar (and I couldn't find it, regardless of the number of records that I deleted), I decided to sacrifice my 'bad' Outlook calendar and fills again with my 'good' BB calendar...

-export the following folders to separate CSV files (sent, Contacts, Inbox, etc.)

    -close Outlook

-Move the outlook.pst file starting from C:\Documents and Settings\Settings\Application Data\Microsoft\Outlook

-Re-open Outlook, forcing them to create new pst file

-Configure BB sync to synchronize a way, equipment and Outlook

-sync, which fills again and then Outlook calendar

-import my other files from CSV files created previously

-reconfigure BB sync to synchronize two ways

I guess I had a few recurring appointment in Outlook who disliked the synchronization operation.  So, I'll be more careful in the future and create shorter relapses and make fewer changes for individual instances of the recurring appointments.

It's a pain in the butt, but it worked for me, and I have all the data I need.

    Thank you.

  • Smartphones from blackBerry Desktop Manager falls down during the synchronization of outlook calendar

Today only has what is going on has begun - BB8320 synchronizes very well until the moment of synchronization of calendar (outlook 2003) I get this error message

    AppName: desktopmgr.exe AppVer: 4.2.2.14 ModName: ilxolk.fil

    ModVer: 5.5.1.246 Offset: 00060c 03

have you tried re - start (laptop and phone), have the modified sync settings, but always crashes at the same point - form 23 of the 35 records.  Someone at - it ideas?

Well, if the sync has gone well, you must have in your blackberry 22 items. Maybe they are stored in chronological order?
Anyway, 22 out of 35, which means that there are more than 7 events that can cause the problem. just wipe everything and re-create them then!

For the reason for the bug... here is maybe something at the event? an attachment, a special category...

I have BB "BOLD" and while I was able to synchronize everything in my outlook (2003) once I can not sync calendar more. I have no idea what I've done for her. The problem comes when it starts to "calendar of the therapy unit", then a box opens with Intellisync in the header and the error reads: "error occurred. 0x80040ff8 error code. See the documentation. I tried to delete the Intellisynch file based on the recommendations for problems that are similar but thought that the problem is actually with the device because this is the error occurs then, plus it didn't help anyway. I don't know if the questions, but I also noticed 2 folders with bb pin # & pin #A in the intellisynch folder. I looked on my bb and saw 2 listed calendars, one as a "Desktop" and the other is my e-mail address. I would greatly appreciate your help. Thank you.

  • BlackBerry Smartphones calendar won't sync with outlook

I had my blackberry for over a year and recently it stopped sync my BB with my outlook calendar. It synchronizes the address book, tasks and memos fine, but totally ignores the calendar. I've seen several suggestions here and tried but still doesn't work.

It says on the desktop software of BB that my BB is not a calendar installed but it does and it works fine on the device, he just won ' sync. There are 2 calendars on the Facebook feature (which, if I knew how I would delete) and my e-mail, but I address email is the default I think.

KB23978 should help you with the problem of "calendar is not installed.

Regarding the removal of the facebook calendar, just go into options > advanced > service books > find 'Facebook [CICAL]' and delete it

    Welcome to the forums, melora!

First of all, we will make sure that your browser by e-mail and the calendar entries are the same e-mail that you configured in Outlook.

On your home screen, click the Options icon.  From there, go to device > Adanced configuration > default Services.  Check if those who correspond to your Outlook email address.

  • Error 0x80040fb3 - for Smartphones blackBerry bbry calendar won't sync with outlook

I "m hoping someone can help me sync my Bbry Torch 9810 new Outlook calendar. and vice versa.

    It is a tethered sync.
I've isolated the problem of the calendar.
I got sync "d address book, Notepad, tasks. It "s calendar that gives me error 0x80040fb3.

I "ve tried to synchronize the calendar with different configurations, but nothing works.
I even deleted all the calendar items from my bbry so that I can do a 'fresh sync '. But this n "t help either.

Desktop Manager I uninstalled and re-installed. Always without success.

(I had this problem with my old Bbry which was a curve 8310)

Also, I get the error message says '... See the Documentation.  How and where can I do this?

I fixed it! Myself. I am so proud.

    See: http://btsc.webapps.blackberry.com/btsc/search.do?cmd=displayKC&docType=kc&externalId=KB14818

There are 4 causes and resolutions 4/workaround solutions.

Mine was the 4th cause and workaround for cause #4 worked for me - remove field mapping for the participants.

3 other causes relate to Contacts - for those who know this error Contact sync'ing might want to work through these 3 resolutions.

    Good luck!

  • BlackBerry smartphones new Outlook data file

With the new year, I started a new data file (pst) for Outlook 2010.  BlackBerry Desktop Software is set to synchronize with the file of the last year.

It is the first year that I do this with a BlackBerry (Torch 9850) attached to the system.

When I change the settings of the BlackBerry Desktop Software I get to remove warnings.

I copied my calendar, notes, contacts, to the new data file.

I get duplicates on the device or Outlook?

What is the appropriate procedure, so I'm not kidding future synchronizations and data?

    Thank you.

I just use my orig PST file and use AutoArchive for my last year, then disable the AutoArchive feature once it is archived.
