BlackBerry Smartphones no email when I changed my provider

I changed my operator OF THE United Arab Emirates, and while I can access Facebook, bbm, and other features, my mail has stopped: it is said after that I sent a message "user account is in suspoended mode.

My provider says that, at their end, evedrything is fine.and in my status of services it state: Blackberry internet Service, Blackberry enterprise Server active. Clues as to what's happening >

Hello

The most probable hypothesis is that something isn't is either not out by the carrier before properly, or something has not been properly configured by the new carrier. Unfortunately, no one here has access to all systems to look at what can happen... Only carriers can do. I suggest you their ring upward once again, but ask that they dig a bit more... If they can't understand it, then they should escalate your case officially up to BB for increased support.

Good luck and let us know!

  • BlackBerry Smartphones read emails on Blackberry are not marked as read in GMail

    Hi all

I just upgraded to the 9650 the 8530 and after serious problems finally got so that I could read my emails.

The problem I have now is that on one of my gmail accounts does not seem to recognize when I read an email via my blackberry. Previously on my 8530 (and before that, the 8330), seconds after that I read an email on my blackberry, it'll show such as read on the gmail website.

Either way, I don't have this problem with my second g-mail account.

Thank you in advance for your help!

BIS has been receiving a lot of updates for GMail... even a plugin on the BB which is supposed to improve the functionality even further. Unfortunately, I chose to use GMail for my BB, so I don't have direct experience with integrated BIS GMail how would work. But, I would say that, like all things financial, past not a good indicator of what it now takes performance would give any changes that have been for GMail via BIS. ;-)

It is quite possible that we use 'old BIS' and the other is using 'new BIS' - withdrawal and return duct BIS is required to receive the new "ENCORE" features. But I worry about who's who in your case - and I fear even that I recently saw so many problems with that (and Yahoo as well). If you're brave, you can remove both of the BIS (and, indeed, all the others you have here) and then wait a while... for more simplicity, I say an hour. Then re - integrate them both and see what happens... at least, in this way, they both would be on the latest version of BIS and the functionality would be the same thing (with, of course, the risk being that neither works the way you want!).

  • BlackBerry Smartphones Invalid email and password on blackberry 9790

I have been using everything ok through POP3 email on my blackberry for the last six months and then all of a sudden yesterday asked me to check the password that I tried to do it but the only message I get, is that my user name or password is invalid.  This is not the case, as I am with the same username and password on outlook and my Ipad and these work perfectly. Can anyone help?

We had a problem with our email on Wednesday, it is now sorted and the passwords have not been changed.

I tried the hard reset, tried to set up online service, free books works and still will not accept the good user name and the password.  It's driving me crazy!

Hello and welcome to the community!

With a strong carrier network (for example, not only WiFi), I suggest the following steps, in order, even if they seem redundant to what you have already tried (steps 1 and 2, each should result in a message from your BB... Please wait just before moving on to the next step):

    1) register HRT

    • KB00510 How to register a BlackBerry smartphone with wireless network
    • Please wait a 'registration' message reach your Messages application

    2) Remove and return Service books

    • KB05000 Remove the maintenance book for the BlackBerry Internet Service email account in the BlackBerry smartphone
    • If you do not have access CMIME, continue deleting
    • KB02830 Send the directories for the BlackBerry Internet Service
    • Please wait "the Activation' Messages, one per already configured e-mail account, arrive in your Messages. If you have not already configured email accounts, please wait 1 hour.

    3) restart

    • With power ON, remove the hood back and remove the battery. Wait a minute, then replace the battery and cover. Power on and wait patiently through the long reboot - about 5 minutes.
    • See if things return to functioning. Like all computing devices, BB suffers from memory leaks and others... with a hard reboot is the best remedy.

I hope that will move things again for you! If not, then you should try remove and re-add your configurations for the relevant accounts. Otherwise, you should contact your mobile provider for formal support.

    Good luck!

  • BlackBerry smartphones compose emails

So I've always had my Gmail account set up on my phone, but for some reason, when I go to answer an email or compose a new, I get a message that says "no e-mail service not configured. You will be redirected to the Setup Assistant to configure your e-mail account. "So I click 'ok', and then he said: 'no message service not configured. You will be able to save the draft. "I clearly have my account set up because I get these emails on my phone and my e-mail address is listed under my email accounts, so I have no idea what is wrong. I even re-entered my password, but that didn't seem to do anything. I would like to know if anyone has any ideas - thanks!

  • BlackBerry Smartphones no email, no BBM

After I used my Blackberry as a modem to download the files on my laptop (with the blackberry desktop software), I can't send/receive emails and MDB. Everything else works fine, I can also access the internet. It seems that I can't communicate with the Blackberry services.

When I run a diagnostic test I see activation of data Radio: no and to connect to Blackberry: Abort.

However, data services are turned on. It's probably a setting somewhere, but I can't.

    Thanks in advance.

For some reason, it seems that your unit has I been removed from the network. You need to call your phone service provider mobile tech support and see if your plan of BIS data has been removed from your account. Good luck.

  • BlackBerry smartphones address email and password

My Blackberry Torch was stolen recently.  Now that I got my new camera and everything seemed to work OK.  I received emails addressed to it and who is "pushed".  I tried to download an app and had my Blackberry ID need I entered.  She would not accept my new password - so I asked to reset - but the email they were supposed to be sent to my blackberry address did not!  Does anyone have ideas, what can I do now?

Oh okay Ouch, the using the blackberry.net email account is not good. These emails cannot be found or read any where, but on the BlackBerry smartphone.

Personally, I never recommend using blackberry.net for this main reason e-mail accounts.

My best suggestion is to get a gmail or yahoo account for free and create a whole new BlackberryID.

Then, call your mobile operator Orange and ask them to bring this problem to RIM level two level tech support and get your old account merged or moved to the new BlackBerryID.

Yes, it's complicated. But it's the only way I see possible... all this because of the password reset. Yuck, indeed.

  • BlackBerry® smartphone auto email downloads

I just got a Blackberry, do not know too much about. I wish it were only to recover my email when I ask. Now, he's getting all my e-mail messages, about every 5 minutes. Is there a setting to disable it?

    Peter

Hi and welcome to the forums,

There is no option for the reception of e-mail 'timed' on the BB.

However, you can disable data services until you are ready to receive them in a group

Options - mobile - off network data services.

If you need more information please ask!

    • Peripheral BB10. Hold the top button until the counter reaches zero. Wait for the unit to be completely stopped (for example, nothing appears on the screen, no lights, etc.). Hold the top button until the red light. Wait through the entire boot process. IF this fails, you can try the method of battery-pull above, but it is normally NOT recommended unless nothing else works.

    Hi Gankuu

  • HELP blackBerry smartphones - check email account problems

I got a Blackberry message asking me to check my email 3 days ago, so that all these problems with Blackberry are produced.  When I go to email account wonder my username and paassword.  BlackBerry does not seem to recognize these one more, so now mymail has completely disappeared from my Blackberry (8900 torch with the last update 6.00 on this).

I spent over 2 hours trying all sorts of things, including the 3 but thingy, steps I can't do step 2, and yet he asks me my user name and password which he doesn't like!

Orange has the ability to reset your password and set up your account for you.  If you ever hurt to validate your e-mail address when asked to do so, Orange should be your solution.

I use the BIS service with 4 separate emails, (paid 1, 2 free on the web and 1 BB email) using a Blackberry Storm 9530 with Verizon Wireless service...

It sounds like you already have the correct settings. But, at the bottom of this KB is a statement about the external link images... If the image is linked to the outside rather that integrated, you will still need to manually get the image.
