BlackBerry Smartphones not get all my emails on Blackberry "BOLD"

2 questions that I would like to get help please:

I love my new "BOLD", but I get only a fraction of the main emails from my Outlook of the POP account hit my Blackberry. I use the same e-mail address but sometimes get a handful of emails on the "BOLD" and charges on my main PC.

Also, when I delete a message on the box to the letters and Pocket it rarely (maybe not at all) deletedsthe message on my main PC.

I had the Blackberry to avoid lugging my laptop all the time but does not not right again!

You don't have the right settings, and you need to remember that on a persona BIS account, your BlackBerry service will not reconcile message removes it from your computer to your BlackBerry. It is not designed for this function. It will reconcile your deletions FROM the e-mail server (that is not your desktop PC) to your BlackBerry, in some cases, depending on the type of e-mail (POP or IMAP) server you have.

For missed email does not come to your "BOLD", it is probably because you have to adjust a setting in your Outlook settings, I've detailed below.

IF you use Outlook to download your email on your desktop PC, Outlook is probably "remove" mail from your email server when it downloads on your PC.

There is a setting in Outlook to "Leave Messages on server".

For MS Outlook 2003:
1. Outlook > tools > e-mail accounts > view or change existing > next.
2. Select the e-mail account > change > additional settings.
3. Advanced tab > leave a copy of Messages on the server
4. check this box.

* You will need to make this change for each Outlook e-mail account, you have.

Other versions of Outlook have a similar setting, although it can be found in a slightly different place of the: Advanced settings.

    I use Windows Mail for years.  Recently when I send an email to 2 or 3 people, and one of them says to me, I do not get the answer.  I also have a Blackberry, and the answers are not there either.  By my server, I was told that the problem is Windows Mail, not them.  The provider is Cox Communications.  I was told by them do not use Windows Mail for awhile and just use the Webmail which provides the provider.  I seem to be getting all the emails there.  So it seems that Windows Mail is not attracting all the emails on the server.  When I recently sent an email to 12 people, I had answers to this email.  So it seems to be the No. 2 beneficiary or 3 it's a problem, and it is not always the same 2 or 3 recipients and each has a different server!  Yikes!  How the difficulties push it?

    I read a little in this forum about Windows Live.  Think I'll wait a few days and maybe try that, unless someone here comes up with another fix.

    BTW, I have for some time had an gmail account.  I had that when I got my first smart phone a few months ago.  I had the worst problems with it with my email.  So I switched to the BlackBerry, and this problem came.  Think I'll go back to the cans and a string.

    This indicates that the connection with the server has been ignored.  Is - this recent?  Check with your ISP to see if they are doing maintenance on their servers.  Also, see if you can access your account via webmail and compare what you get with webmail for what are received you, assuming you are using OE.

    When I try to open an image with the Publisher of the item or if I try to open the PS Editor directly I see this

    Hello!  I seem to receive only a part of my personal emails on my BB Curve 8330.  It started only in the last day or two.  I think I must have accidentally changed a parameter and do not remember.  I called Sprint last night to help.  The tech updated my email accounts, but I'm still not received all my messages on my BB.  I created my emails on BIS.  No filters are defined.  Can someone help me?

    IncrediMail when the race will be pull emails from your comcast account and store them in incredimail on your PC, once it does that, your blackberry can not draw Server comcast because its already gone.

    This happens with any client e-mail on your PC. you will need to disable it or change a setting to leave a copy on the server.

    I have the latest version of the OS and Facebook and I have the following problems:

    I receive all notifications via the application as I would live or if I was disconnected from the application and just like the emails go to my Blackberry (it seems that I can receive the last notification in a thread, but I'm not sure).

    Sometimes, I get a notification on a comment, but do not get the real comment and can not display the comment when I click on the notification.

    I uninstalled and reinstalled the FB app, but I don't always get all of the notification.

    This is how it works - you do not have ' similar, when you have a first comment on your phone, whenever a new comment is added to the thread, just updates this first notification so you can scroll everything in order. Looks like it is that everything is working properly

    If you got a notification separately for each comment in your phone then it would fill fast enough memory, and ' type are not so important, so they are not followed. " I hope that you can get used to this style on your phone as it has become really indispensable for me using facebook.

    Usually, when this happens to me, it's in an HTML element in the email format.  If I change it to plain text, I can click the link.  I'm assuming it was the same thing is happening to you.  I'm glad you figured it out.

    AV is always 0.

    I don't know that my server sends data successfully. I run the network packet capture tool etheal on the MDS Server, I can see given reached MDS Server, but they never come to my device app.

    The outputstream works very well, I can send data from my application and my server code gets all of them.

    Where should I check? If it is http, I can turn on the debugging http on MDS log and see all network traffic, but for the socket connection, data packet is not connected (or I missed where it is).

    Is someone can you please tell me where I should go to understand why?

    Please try the suggestion to remove the check mark on InputStream.available.

    Windows Mail is not properly collecting all my email - some messages show only an empty folder. I can identify the messages affected through my ISP and send them to myself, but it's really annoying and doesn't always work.  I was hoping it was a temparary glitch, but it happened for weeks.     There are a few possible reasons... of what you say, it seems that you use hotmail WebMail interface from your computer (as opposed to Outlook or some other desktop e-mail application, which, if used might complicate things), these KBs may apply to your situation:

    • KB13374 Delay in delivery of email to the BlackBerry smartphone
    • KB15747 E-mail message delivery is delayed due to a Windows Live Hotmail account on the BlackBerry smartphone

    I also suggest that the following steps, in order, even if they seem redundant to what you have already tried (steps 1 and 2, each should result in a message from your BB... ( Please wait for this before moving on to the next step) :

    (1) registry HRT

    • KB00510 How to register a BlackBerry smartphone with wireless network
    • Please wait a 'registration' message reach your Messages application

    (2) remove and return Service directories

    • KB05000 Remove the maintenance book for the BlackBerry Internet Service email account in the BlackBerry smartphone
    • If you do not have access CMIME, continue deleting
    • KB02830 Send the directories for the BlackBerry Internet Service
    • Please wait "the Activation' Messages, one per already configured e-mail account, arrive in your Messages. If you have not already configured email accounts, please wait 1 hour.

    (3) restart to take batt

    • Each time a random strange behavior or slow creeps, the first thing to do is a battery pop reboot. With power ON, remove the hood back and remove the battery. Wait a minute, then replace the battery and cover. Power on and wait patiently through the long reboot - about 5 minutes. See if things return to functioning. Like all computing devices, BB suffers from memory leaks and others... with a hard reboot is the best remedy.

    I hope that will move things again for you! If not, then you should try remove and re-add your BIS configuration for these accounts. Otherwise, you should contact your mobile provider for formal support.
