BlackBerry Smartphones Reg: Deactivation of account business

Hello

Please help me to disable my business account. My business account is disabled in my company, but also my network provider. The problem is that my mobile content protection is turned on with the password. I can't able to disable. I thought that once my business account is disabled it will be automatically solved. But still I am facing the problem.

I need the solution for the following

1. how to disable business account?

2. how to remove the protection of the content?

Hello mc_selvendran

Currently using this device purely for personal purposes?

But... If your company account is already disabled then why you feel that it is actiavted yet? Is it because you are unable to delete the content protection?

If so refer to this Knowledge Base, and to follow this suggestion, but first make a backup of your device:

KB31291  :   How to reset a BlackBerry smartphone to factory using BlackBerry Desktop Software Settings

But please note after a factory default reset while restoring your data from your backup to restore only your Contacts, calendar entries, memos, etc. Selective restore but don't restore all of these other backups these COMPUTER strategies which you deleted also restore again and you must follow the KB above again to remove COMPUTER policies.

Welcome to the community of BlackBerry Support Forums.

Activation congratulatory messages that you received on your BlackBerry smart phone mean that email Service books were re sent to your BlackBerry Smartphone.

An icon of electronic mail can become visible again as long as new service books were received by the BlackBerry smartphone or because of the theme settings.

  • My phone blackBerry Smartphones has a lock of business or something?

I bought a Blackberry 8830 we HAVE on ebay and they can't push the books of service to me because of some lock on the phone that a company put on? Is there a way THAT RIM can help me with this so I can use the Internet and e-mail and other applications on my phone?

Ouch... the pain of buying used. Here is a KB with some information for you:

KB05099 Steps to take before selling it, or after buying a used BlackBerry smartphone

Unfortunately, in your case, is that part of it... you need to remove the it policy which is latent on the device. Here are some procedures that may (or may not) work:

In all cases - wait that your BB will liquidate as fees and clean. This means that if you ever put anything on it, it will be lost.

  • BlackBerry Smartphones Multiple e-mail account set up - is it possible

I have my yahoo account, sent to my Blackberry I did at first, but now I also want another account of electronic mail sent there as I run a small business. It is surely possible? Why I can not find how?

When I try to set up a new e-mail account, I get the answer that an account has already been created for this identification number.

I'm with vodafone and the United Kingdom.

    Thank you all!

BlackBerry Internet Service allows up to 10 staff to set up e-mail accounts.

You could contact your operator BlackBerry support with this so that they can see if somehow the PIN is having a problem.

have the 9530 model was buying and using the service from verizon.   synchs well with Outlook 2007 contacts.   However, I added Bishop contact Business Outlook because it fits my needs better.    But I can't figure out how to get the 9530 to synchronize with BCM instead.  I want the 'soft contacts on the blackberry to display account information, as well as the list of individual contacts who work there.   It's the way it is displayed in Outlook BCM.    Any ideas? Thanks in advance!

From my understanding, Desktop Manager will be synchronized to Outlook, not BCM.

  • Questions of blackBerry Smartphones with e-mail account configuration

I have a Torch 9800. I changed the password on my email accounts, but now I can't update the settings of e-mail account on my phone. I tried to access the Setup menu, where nothing happens when I select 'E-mail accounts' (even after a hard reboot), and via the Options menu in the messages folder. When I go from there I get a message that says to contact the service provider.

Anybody out there knows how can I fix?

ON your BlackBerry, using the browser, go to mobile.blackberry.com

Scroll to the bottom to Communications, and then to the Email.

Find your configuration of e-mail it and try, it should work for you.

  • BlackBerry smartphones CANNOT access EMAILS ACCOUNTS

When I go into setup I can't access my email accounts. I had them in and work stellar until I upgraded to 6.0. Any help would be greatly appreicated.

While I can't tell you why this is happening (or even give you a response to access on your phone), I can tell you that Verizon has a site of BIS self-service where you can add, delete, and modify accounts e-mail on your BlackBerry.  Yes, it does not mean go you online and do it from there, instead of directly from your phone, but at least you will be able to manage your accounts, considering that right now, you can't.  Contact Verizon to access the site.

I hope that I've been helpful to you.

  • BlackBerry Smartphones 2 e-mail accounts

I have a user who has added a second e-mail account to their Blackberry 8330 Curve. The second account is Verison. His Messages icon will now send both accounts (when she clicks on this icon, it go email from two accounts). Is it possible to have only the email of the main account (work) go to the Messages icon? I try to get only his work email to go to the Messages icon. She created a second icon version and which seems to work very well (that is, it only becomes his Verison email in this icon).

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

    Thank you

    Of course, you can do:

1 get the empower for BES mail inbox (did you not whether he was of BES).

    2. the main Messages folder will continue to receive all emails on the personal account as well. He will ALSO receive a PIN messages and/or browser and wap messages she should get one. So, if you do it in your design and she calls in a week and said "I have this weird notification on my home screen and I don't know what it is" you will know say his eyes go into this folder to hidden main messages.

I use the PIN messages a lot, and I let my diary of the main in the messages folder BlackBerry Messenger conversations, so I keep and hide specific icons by e-mail. They are not necessary.

  • BlackBerry smartphones separating corporate email accounts

I just added my work email using Blackberry Enterprise Server. It works and my email arrives in the Messages folder. When I configure my Comcast account, it shows in the Messages folder and a folder of Comcast.

I would like to a folder separate to my work email so I can have a different tone, so I can easily identify new e-mail messages.

    Any ideas?

    Thank you!

Hi and welcome to the Forums!

By default, BES email is made only in posts emails BIS icon/App are placed in their own icons, but they are still contained in the main Messages application. This is how it works by default. It is not redundant - rather, think that Messages like the Tote place, with the BIS independent icons being a filter, traction (from message) to them only messages that relate to them... but if you act on an e-mail (read, delete, etc.) in one, the change will be reflected in the other.

Your BES Admin can push an E-mail BES icon only to your device. This solution is free, but must be conducted at the level of the BES server and will affect all users on the BES server.

Or you can get the application to empower BES Inbox. This solution costs (per user), but does not require a change at the server level and affects only a single user.

Neither solution would do anything on Messages - will continue to contain what it contains today. All they will do is activate an additional icon on your home screen that is a filter for your BES emails only. You can hide or move the Messages icon/app out of the way, but beware - there are more that just the emails that arrive in Messages... it will come a day when you have a new message indicator and only by digging through Messages that you will be able to find this message.

I hope this helps explain how it all works!

    Good luck!
