  BB News:

  When I'm in the calendar and select > Menu.Options > calendars > I have 3 options

  Default device that has (157 results)

  [email protected] who has (429 entries)

  When I go to the Menu > Options > Advanced Options > Services > (CICAL) by default is [email protected] , it shows that I have options to select my Gmail or my .mac address

  That is the problem - it did not used to happen, and I frankly did not know that my backup was messed up so I don't know how long this is happening.

   

  When I sync with Outlook

  There are only 518 appointments that are synchronized

  I can't get the other 157 (defect of the unit) + 429 (mac) to sync with my outlook

  Can someone help me to get them all on my gmail calendar? or in my outlook so that I can then sync back with the BB

  I will not sync my bb with my mac

  Here's what I tired:

  • Yelling at the computer
  • Yelling in Spanish at the BlackBerry
  • ignoring the two
  • I stopped myself to throw both of them against the wall.

  I put the BB Desktop Manager to perform a one-way synchronization > bb to outlook = NOTHING only synchronize gmail

  I changed the (CICAL) to my mac address and synchronized = NOTHING - only synchronization gmail

  I am at a loss and would appreciate any help.

  I was out of my service area of AT & T for the weekend and not allowed access to a 3 G network.  When I came back, my e-mail folders does not open and the screen freezes.  Is the only way to exit the screen to reset, but the e-mail folders will still not open.  Any helpful thoughts?

  I suggest the following, in order, even if they seem redundant to what you have already tried (steps 1 and 2, each should result in a message to your BB to come...) Please wait for this before moving on to the next step):

  (1) registry HRT

  • KB00510 How to register a BlackBerry smartphone with wireless network

  (2) remove and return Service directories

  • KB05000 Remove the maintenance book for the BlackBerry Internet Service email account in the BlackBerry smartphone
  • KB02830 Send the directories for the BlackBerry Internet Service

  (3) restart to take batt

  • Each time a random strange behavior or slow creeps, the first thing to do is a battery pop reboot. With power ON, remove the hood back and remove the battery. Wait a minute, then replace the battery and cover. Power on and wait patiently through the long reboot - about 5 minutes. See if things return to functioning. Like all computing devices, BB suffers from memory leaks and others... with a hard reboot is the best remedy.

  Finally got a blackberry case, it's the only thing sprint has that synchronizes with my mac.  I already love this phone in every way except one.

  My plantronics headset travel stereo bluetooth (with a2dp and avrcp profiles that correspond to the phone) does not work when you listen to the music/tv/video. He worked very well with my motorola and samsung phones, so I don't want to give it up.  Plantronics tells me that the device should work with this phone model. The whole is described on crackberry as compatible.  I can have conversations on the headset in stereo, but no matter what settings I have change / disconnect the battery / re-pair of headphones I still can't make it work. Is there a setting I can change in the phone other than encryption that will solve this problem? Sprint could not help me.   I hope you can, so I do not get this phone.

  Well, I love my blackberry even more now... In more recent versions of Pandora, Slacker, Radio Companion, etc., you can go into the options and select bluetooth or turn on bluetooth in the context menu.  This did not work very well in previous versions or did not even exist in Pandora.  I continued to try newer versions and now all three programs I tried to work reliable with bluetooth stereo.  So I left my blackberry on the other side of the gym until I realize he had disappeared and he has not yet cut.  Hoping soon too SprinTV updated!  Thank you for we hear on RIM HERE! • BlackBerry smartphone Outlook 2003 calendar will not sync with the storm

  A couple of weeks my Outlook calendar (2003) has just stopped syncing with my Blackberry Storm. I have Vista. I was on the phone with Telus and they tried to help me, but nothing has worked.  I downloaded the new software for my Blackberry; I rebooted the Desktop Manager (version 5); I recharged Outlook. I tried to synchronize just a few days.   I loaded the Desktop Manager on another computer and that no longer works.  Tasks and Contacts will be synchronized, but not the calendar.  It turns on, said "wait a minute", and then stops without doing anything.  No error message.  After reading the other rivers, I wonder if the AEFI is corrupt (but have no idea what it is or where it is).  I also noticed that I have more "default device" as one of the options 'Send' - just Facebook and my email address (but have no idea how to get this option).  I worked on it for hours without success.  Any help would be appreciated.

  I finally called the Blackberry technical support service and they solved my problem.  I had remove databases (because there was probably a corrupted entry) and remove the books of CICAL service on the device.  Thanks for the comments.

  I wiped on my BlackBerry 9900 and subsequently, it gave me an error code 507. I reloaded the OS through programs by the Blackberry Desktop software and it was sussuccful. But since then I could not surf the internet with my phone despite having BIS suubscription with my network (Glo, Nigeria) provider. I checked the host Routine table and found it empty. I recorded several times and even removed the battery and replaced it, I also have network diagnostic test and did not get any form of change. I called my service provider and they have checked and confirm the status of my subscription and SIM is ok, I inserted my SIM card into another BlackBerry device and it worked fine. I tried different suggestions on the forum, but non of them solved the problem. Please kindly help me.

  Then, you demoted in OS 7.0? Is this an official release aired by your own business? Make sure that it is. At this point, it is best to load the latest version published by your operator.

  Then I suggest to contact your operator for the resolution. If they do not have a solution, I would ask to have the sim card replaced. I know you said it works in other devices, but it can still be bad and work in another device. If that don't solve this contact again and has them you reassign to BlackBerry.   So here's the question. I sent a request to my service provider to upgrade several SIM's have Blackberry service added to them. I asked specifically for them to make sure that the SIM card have been set to BES not BIS. The first SIM card I try to register with the network does the following for me. The phone, before I save it with the BES server can call and surf the internet. Once I have sync the phone with the company's server and I go back outside to check on her send and receive these emails, I try to control the internet and it says that the service is not available. I have 3G (Yes capitol) service and I can make phone calls. The host routing table is empty and when I try to save the phone it just says 'sent message' but I never receives the roads. I wiped the phone and repeat the steps with the same result. I contaced the carrier because all the Google search I did pointed to the carrier but they swear the correct plan is attached. Please if anyone can help me it would be greatly appreciated.

  Blackberry pearl here new user.  I upgraded to OS 4.5 and installed documents to go.  However, when I click on "Check for Updates" and follow the instructions to update to 1,005, I get an error in the sense of 'downloaded module is incompatible with the data already present in the memory' or something.  If I click on 'Update' anyway, it gives me a 907 cod error.

  Any suggestions?  I would like to be able to change the xcel files.

  Ok, I think I got it.  I uninstalled Docs To Go completely, and then I went to the exact location of the update even on blackberry that Docs To Go me before had sent when I clicked on update (I found it in the historical record), http://download.dataviz.com/documentstogo/blackberry/documentstogo1005/documentstogo.jadand everything just installed the program from there.  Now it's working.

  Apparently the feature update on the Docs To Go took me to this site to download the complete program - not just an update - and my BB didn't like it.

  Go to your original Blackberry ID mail to [email protected] and click on the link "delete ID".

  Confirm the deletion of your account ID from BB.

  Now, go to http://us.blackberry.com/id/ and simply create a new BB ID using the same address you used originally, with a new question of password and secrety.

  WRITE IN a safe place, your password and security question answer.

  I won't promise that it works for everyone, and you do so at your own risk, but taking several different answers from different threads, I did what the above and it WORKED FOR ME. I hope it does for you as well.
