  I don' t seem to be able to download music on the memory card from my storm 9530 from Verizon. I am running firmware 5.0.  The card is a sandisk 4 GB.  It seem to go to the internal memory.  I removed the card and the music was always there.  I pull batt and restarted without the map and the music is still there.  Unit recognizes that it is installed. The parameters are:

  Siu, it is normal to have two discs. One is the memory of the device, the other is the media card. I differentiate them because I know that my media card has 8 GB and not the memory of the device. Other than that, the folder structure can tell you:

  • the devive memory contains a folder named/home/user/and then subfolders.
  • the support card contains a folder named /BlackBerry/ , and subfolders.

  I copy everything off the card you want to keep and then reformat the card in the camera. Go into settings, type of storage in the search bar. In this menu the memory and storage is an option to format the card.

  I just upgraded the 9700 for the Pearl 8110.  I want to remove the memory card that was inserted in the 9700 and exchange it with a card I have in my Pearl.  However, without sounding awkward disqualified, I can't get the map from the 9700.

  I followed the instructions and pushed the card before it comes with.  But it is still resolutely stuck!

  I have a BB 8130 with V. 4.5.0.66 software and use BB Desktop Manager V. 4.6. I have been using this combination for several weeks now.

  A couple of days, I tried to access my address book and all of a sudden it says it's empty. If I try to use Desktop Manager, it never sees the phone even if my computer knows it's there as soon as I plug in the cable.

  If I try to send a text I have to enter the number manually, but as soon as I do and it goes to the screen where I can enter the text, it shows the name of the person that I enter the number.

  If I type a 'B' of the main homepage it evokes all the ads of 'B', and I can dial any number in the list of names and numbers. It's as if the info is there in the address book and yet it still says it's empty when I try to open the address book.

  I pulled the battery 2 times or 3 and nothing changes when it starts up.

  Can someone help me with this problem?

  I can't buy apps in appworld. I always get an error that my transaction could not be processed. What I did to solve the problem so far:
  1. new data on playbook. I tried to clear the cache of the appworld with implementation of keyboard and entering the RST. I'm not hot no message cache would have been deleted. I checked several websites for the removal of cache on appworld playbook, all gave me the same result. strange... maybe they removed this feature.
  2 called support online (1)
  3. new data on pc.
  4 called the support hotline (2) - they finally told me that the credit card billing address is the address of the bank holding my saved map, not my home address. This is new for me, but ok.
  5. data on playbook again with the new address. Doesn't work. After clicking on the "SAVE" button, there are 4 s ~ and then I get the same error again.
  6. data on pc through appworld-paymentoptions entry. I clicked on SEND after you have entered all the data. The Web site was loading for 25 years, then I got an answerwebsite. This site told me that the site is currently undergoing scheduled maintenance. Strange. Soni changed the pc and tried again. Same result.   Just after 2 days, it has some issues of appeal & off-grid chess. To validate the question with the handset, I checked the SIM card even with other mobile & it worked perfectly.

  Now,.

  Should I go to an authorized service center to solve this problem?

  (If Yes, then please suggest a BB in Vadodara official service center.)

  OR

  Do we not have an easy solution?

  Check here and locate the authorized Service Center near you, service centers for the BlackBerry Smartphones in India . But FYI as much as I know they will fix all the water damage to devices.

  You can contact any local Mobile repair shop and see what they can offer. But more often in a water damage repair BlackBerry smartphone will cost a lot and you can't guarantee that it will work perfectly over a long period, you may experience the same problem right now or a new. So I think better to buy a new device or an opportunity instead of this unit damaged by the water.

• Message box blackBerry 10 bottom Z10 with cpu and memory info.

  I noticed a message box at the bottom of the screen that has info on the device such as the States of C CPU power and memory info. It doesn't go away with a traction battery, or soft reboot.   It is a diagnostic screen that appears in the earliest versions of development of an operating system.  It is an overlay and does not appear in the screenshots.

  You need a much more recent version 10.3.1.  a version of 900 or higher got rid of this screen for good.

  Make a diagonal cut on your battery icon in the upper left corner.  It will be a chart after forcing the screen to refresh by dragging a page more.  Drag the icon of the battery again, and it should disappear completely with an another refresh of the screen.

  Every time the battery will scroll the display of text-box/graph-box/nothing in this diagnostic box.

  It is possible that I got the wrong order, so it could disappear after one kick and then come back with the chart area first coup, so just keep at home.

  But, again, just get 10.3.1.2744 if you do not want to go to 10.3.2 immediately.  You obviouly know how to use an automatic charger since you could not get 10.3.1.634 on your phone otherwise - that the operating system has never been a release of the carrier and was leaking to all about September or October of last year.

  * Clean and reload your OS.
