  Hello everyone, its my first post so if this is in the wrong section, or this problem has already been resolved, kindly link me to the correct message.

  I have my blackberry z10 not too long, probably 2 months, and as a first step, the battery was not serious. A full charge is 100%. There was 1 opportunity where I used it until the battery was completely hard and off the unit its own.

  He warned me 10% left and stops immediately after that. Now I'll have the problem of it not charging up to 100%. He shows me the icon of "lightning" up to about 75% where it stops and shows me the '=' sign as in fully charged or not charging.

  I tried to restart the device and even turned off while loading see that fixes the problem or not, but nothing helped.

  Someone here has the same experience? Any help or advice would be greatly appreciated

  Hello everyone, my Z10 STL100-4 couldnot combined able to get 100% load. It remains at 97%. I tried to load in light them up and trun off modes, but could not able to get 100% load. Earlier, it shows full charge, but today, I noticed the point mentioned above. Where as virtual expert blackberry (BBVE) battery is displayed as healthy. Please guide me what to do aur how to solve this problem.

  1. the percentage loaded see you ON the device is ONLY an estimate based on the software reading fees history, drainage, electricity, etc. and is NOT an exact thing. The software on the device believes THAT the accusation. You will very probably BE 100%.

  2. to reset the counter of software on the device, normally it works... let your device to charge connected to the charger OEM wallout. After an hour or longer, and STILL CONNECTED to the charger, remove the battery a minute then reinsert it to restart. You may need to do this once or three over the next few days.

  LEAVE it plugged into the wall charger (not USB > PC charger) for half an hour.

  With the charger plugged, remove the battey a minute then reinsert it.

  This will often reset the battery on the device reading to the actual battery charge.

  My Blackberry z10 off due to low battery.  I put it on charge then.  A red light appears on flashing right dessu and after a few moments, she flashes (approximately seven times) stops then flashes again... and it will.  I left overnight, removed the battery and put it again and the thing won't turn on.  Any ideas?

I'm heading, that there was an update, so I decided to check for this in the menu settings every time I check what he always says I have update of software of lates which isn't true because I never updated the interface and it looks the same. So I tried to update via Windows Blackberry link and if I check the updates it says also that I have the latest version of Blackberry software. So I decided to check the updated online and I download a thinking that this is the original which turns out is the edition of testers. I tried to put in day or it downgrade to the previous version because this version of testers contains all the features of the real version of the OS and I don't know how we downgrade or update the real new version of OS update. I read online how to go through link to Blackberry, but whenever I connect my phone to my computer it does not show me reload the software. What should I do?

  My advice is to reload the original operating system as released by your carrier. At least so, then assess the situation.   With the phone off, plug the charger into the phone and the wall jack, 10 minutes, with the charger plugged in to the phone and taken to remove the battery for 3 minutes and then replace the battery and continue to charge the phone.

  I got a Blackberry Curve 9330 for 6 months now and the battery causes me problems.
