  Do you mean that you have installed the beta on our device?  Let's be clear, the BlackBerry does not have beta versions of developer to the user.  You have installed.

  You will have to wait until the official release.  Everything I read, you cannot downgrade to an official release.

  Unfortunately, ignoring all warnings with that you should have to be made, you have now activated your device in a developer test device. There is no intended for general purpose OS 10.3.3. 10.3.3 OS out there only are strictly for the application development process, and they are severely constrained in their functionality.   In addition, the 10.3.3 Developer OS includes a similar restriction 10.3.2. a... Once you move to the 10.3.3 level, you cannot fall back to previous levels or 10.3.2. It is blocked, just like 10.3.2 is blocked to prevent falling back to 10.3.1 or an earlier version.

  Your inserted SD card is not affected by Protect or whatever it is. To protect your card data SD Media you would have needed to have the encryption on the card.

  Your Z10 is not compatible with BlackBerry Desktop Software. Instead, it uses the new software called BlackBerry link. Once you have installed on your PC the link, the fire and it will allow you to transfer data from your bead to your Z10. Who is finished, you will use the link for everything concerning your Z10.

  OS 10.2.1.3175 is no longer available for the Z10. You'll want to use the instructions in the link posted BillJ and instead of codes which post, use the post codes below to install 10.2.1.3247. I'll assume that you have a STL100-2 or - 3 and you can use the codes for the-2 or - 3.

  If you ask about the application of 'Games' that came pre-installed with some levels BB10 previous OS, then I remember reading is that this app provider had to stop their activities, and so the application no longer works. Later versions of the operating system BB10 withdrew this app.

  You cannot just copy the bar of the file on the device and execute it it must be installed in a way.

  For a customer who you want to give the file bar so that they will have to sideload by using some 3rd third-party tool such as DDPB, Sideloading BB10 or extension chrome for example.

  So I guess you never backed up your phone using BlackBerry Protect, or you did.

  If you did, you can install your contacts from there.

  If you do not, think to do for next time.

I note that while my phone has a memory of 1 GB the other has a 2 GB - I think that is my problem. Is there anything I can do to increase my memory? And why my phone would have only 1 GB when I check my usage I have that 83.7 MB of free space, and this is not adequate to use my phone. FYI - in recent times II gave to the plant, has deleted all the apps that were not included in the re - install etc. That did not help.

  I've always used c: GEO for geocaching and it has always worked perfectly until last week when the maintained connection fault on the Blackberry Z10.  I deleted the application, thinking a quick reinstall would work fine, but now I can't see the app available in the Blackberry store.  Does anyone know if this app has been removed permanently?  If so, this is the first time in 10 years I'm so frustrated with BB not providing a good app store that I will change to another phone (I don't want really because I've loved blackberry since my first model of the curve!)

  Wait... you mean you installed an update of the OS? And after that, this behavior started? If Yes, then the most common thing to do after an update which translates questions is to perform a reload of the OS. Sometimes the update process have errors and others... with a reload often cure the problems.
