  Here's my situation. I need a single license for the work to freelancing and another license of a business of a company, that I work at.

  Question 1: Is it possible to have two licenses for an e-mail account? Only one, a company?

  If this is not possible, go to question 2.

  Question 2: If I have an email account different for the work of the company, it is possible to work with a single instance of installation CC, a computer and freely switch between licenses?   Q1 - I don't think it's possible. For example, an organization may have several licenses related to their main e-mail address, but then they are assigned to individual users.

  Q2 - Yes, you would just have to log out of your account in the application of Office CC before logon account.

  A really strange problem!

  I use different e-mail accounts. I send an email with a sender (defined as standard!), email is archived in archive A sent from the sender, the sender is wrote in the header of the email as the sender, but the email is sent with the sender B written as the sender in the email received.

  It sounds like you do not use the right smtp server to send the e-mail.

  Please check what 'Sender A' smtp server account uses.
  'Tools' > 'Account settings' for the e-mail account
  or
  Right click on the email account in the folders pane, and then select "settings".
  Lower-right - outgoing (SMTP) server - select the correct SMTP server for that e-mail account.
  See the image below as an aid.
  Click OK

  If you are unsure about what to do please post the following information:

  In Thunderbird

  • Help > troubleshooting information
  • Click on 'copy text to the Clipboard.
  • In the forum, in this issue, right-click in a text box ' Post a reply ' and choose 'paste '.

  Tell me the number of the account which is "sender."
  Tell me the number of the account how recipient sees as venues.

• BlackBerry Z10 cannot add the iCloud IMAP e-mail. Weird error message.

  Just, I've got my mobile business phone, a BlackBerry Z10 and wanted to add my iCloud service in the personal workspace. The contacts and the synchronization of calendar just fine, but when you add the mail I get this error message:

  "order: b 'CAPABILITY'-online socket error:-too much reading 0.

  Also when you try to add the e-mail as an IMAP account standard account, enter all parameters according to Apple, I always get the error message once he wants to "save and check your settings. I also tried different combinations of ports (587, 25), smtp, SSL and StarTLS. Using the user name with or without the @me.com. Use @icloud.com instead @me.com,... etc. etc. Always get this error message.

  Then I though perhaps administrators blocked this feature, however I was able to add my personal gmail account, which would have been the case if they would block private emails.

  Any help much appreciated!

  I have solved the problem now.

  It is not logical to me, but it works.

  Rather than take the path normal through the settings, accounts, add imap, etc.

  I did this:

  1. slide to the left to open the hub

  2. press the button 'More' at the bottom right

  3. tap on settings

  4. type e-mail accounts

  5. tap on add account

  6. tap on advanced

  7. tap on IMAP

  Then follow the normal steps by filling out the form.

  I know that (I think) is in the same place to complete the form only when you go through the steps described in the knowledge base article.

  Still, I can't explain why, but it worked for me. Using the same exact references.

  I silenced my e-mail notifications. Too much. The flashing light is fine.  But I would like to receive a notifcation sound for text messages, which are more like phone calls, in my humble OPINION.

  Is there a way to do this?

  You can silence notifications for individual applications.  Open the e-mail (Gmail), the menu tap application, settings and scroll down to notification settings and choose 'silent' ringing pull down.  If you have multiple Gmail accounts, make sure that you are on the correct account before making the change.  (Or make sure you change all.)

• email sent, received as if a different e-mail account

  Some of my emails sent from my gmail account are received as if they were my mother's aol account. If the person responds without changing the email for my account, then the answer is my mother. I noticed in "sleep" mode my computer says I 2242 unopened emails. When I click on that it shows the email address of my mother, not mine. I asked her unopened emails how she and she's only 12. Person that I talked to has never heard of this kind of question. Hope someone can help me.

  If you use OE, then go to tools | Accounts | Mail | Properties and verify that the parameters it for e-mail accounts.  If you don't use OE, then you need to indicate which program you use to access your e-mail.  If its through a webbrowser and gmail.com then you must ask to gmail.

  I have an e-mail account on Microsoft Office 365 (portal.microsoft.com), and I use Vodafone.  I managed to associate this e-mail address with my Blackberry ID.   When I try to add the e-mail address with my camera that I enter the password by e-mail, and after that "processing, please wait...". "if poster for about a minute I get the message"your device had a problem connecting to the server.  Any advice?

  Thanks for trying to help.  I don't know if I could have solved it on my own.  I am in contact with our support of the software company who spoke to me through the establishment.  First I had to download an app called "Enterprise Activation" and run, and then enter the details of my e-mail account, including a password that I would not have known. It seems to work now.

  Basically, if you have created your account BIS on the BB, you will need to open it from the BB, create a BIS login and pw for the PC... and then you can enter your BIS carrier site of connection of your PC.

  I'm trying to update the password IMAP on a Bold 9700, a process I did several times in a recent past.  However, on this particular device, I can't even on the menu for e-mail accounts.  Every attempt causes the message to ianane OS; "Your device had a problem connecting to the server."  I'm then to try again (an endless loop) or cancel.

  I think it has something to do with my ISP (AT & T) because I had similar symptoms on another device (same model, w/o business security policies).  I was able to fix on the other device by removing the books of IMAP Service and then by doing a hard reset.  It does not work for BB problem.

  Any help is greatly appreciated.

• How to force TB request password for an e-mail account? (Not main password, it's ok)

  For some reason any TB stopped to ask the password for one of the set up e-mail accounts. How can I do TB ask the password for this account?

  I'm not using password manager, I checked that the pw Manager there is of course no password that are stored.

  Simply, TB has always called for the IPL to each account at startup. TB does now for all my accounts except one.
