  I'm using LabVIEW 8.5.1.  I recently installed driver VISA tektronix to connect with one of their products.  That has proved to be a bad idea.  I've uninstalled it one then installed VISA460, but when I try to write a labVIEW driver that communicates via RS232 or USB, I get this error:

  I had already done this, but had no luck.  However, I could be back up and running using Msiblast.  This is a great little program.  So, if anyone has problems in the future, simply download Msiblast and delete everything has VISA inside and then run the Setup program OR Visa.  Thanks for the help.

  I'm new to APEX and I came across this error for the first time. I have a page with a classic report in it, and I want to create a link to one of the columns in the report (column ID) to another page with a classic report in it. So when I click on, say, ID 118, I want to be sent to another page and don't see ID 118 information.
  After you create the link in the column, I get the error message when I run the application:
  
  Error ERR-1002 unable to find item for the 'ID' element ID in the application
  
  I tried to create a link from one report to the other before and it worked fine.

  Then you must create an item called ID on your page 2 (hidden make) and the link will pass the value of the ID of the line picked up on this hidden item. Now in page 2 make your report filter query on id = P2_ID or another name that you use...

  Remove the battery for about 90 minutes and reinsert. You may need to do a couple of times.

  So I have a little problem. I just traded my 9900 to a Z10 to the store where I got them. I saved the 9900 this afternoon before I took it, but I didn't know that the Office Manager was not compatible with the new OS. Now my problem is that I can not transfer all of my contacts to the new phone-family, friends, work contacts are currently lost in limbo.

  Any suggestions on what we can do? Or will there be an update of the BB Desktop Manager to make it compatible with the new OS soon?

  I understand that you do not have access to your old Bold 9900 more then? If you can, the first thing I would say is in contact with the store to see if they have not deleted your "BOLD" again. If so, you can use a media card in the old Bold 9900, and then use the device to device transfer tool. (Just out of curiosity, why did you leave the "BOLD" to the store? I hope that they geve you ok trade value to it)

  Unfortunately, you may be looking at having to manually return the info well. Alternatively, if you have an e-mail like Hotmail/Outlook, Gmail or Yahoo account, you should be able to transfer/manage wireless contacts, etc. So far, my Outlook.com account offered the best option with synchronization of contacts, calendar and tasks.

  A new version of the BlackBerry link is soon that will provide the ability to synchronize Outlook data and shortly after, two way sync, but if you need an immediate solution, the above is the best I can say for the moment.

  You'll need to know the specific model your Z10 is... probably the Z10 STL100-1 model of you bought this unit through Airtel.

  I got a blackberry Z10 (unlocked version) which was defective and he has been replaced by an other Z10 (also unlocked) blackberry. Because the OS versions are different, I can't restore my contacts from the old to the new. BlackBerry has said that this is due to the difference in OS versions. I downloaded the bb world app that import/export of contacts, but can import text or vcf files and not the bbb files.  I downloaded Extractor backup blackberry but was disappointed to see that BB 10 backups are not supported yet. Please I need help with my old transfer contacts from my old bb to my new bb z10 z10. I use a computer hp laptop 8 windows.

  So I guess you never backed up your phone using BlackBerry Protect, or you did.

  If you did, you can install your contacts from there.

  If you do not, think to do for next time.

  The only option would be to select the Edit on the contact option and hold your finger on the number and select the option copy on the left hand side.

• BlackBerry Z10 not love my phone after the update

  I have a BB Z10, STL100, software model shows that 10.3.1.1581

  Last week, I received a notice of update, insstalled & restarted.  I've hated since then.  Once I log in, my screen moves to the right and is too large, I reduced manually each time. Tried to change the font sizes, doesn't change anything.

  Miss me appointments in my calendar, because now I get is more notifictations sound and I wouldn't change a thing.  I also can't find anything in the settings to get it back.

  I'm close to the end of my contract with my service provider and a bit of dumping my phone instead of upgrading to another BB, had my eye on the Passport, but if I'm not in meetings or appointments.  This will change.

  I am unable to find the addresses I sync to my blackberry from outlook. I click on my address book and there is no listed address. When I check the properties it tells me I have 121 entries. I try to use the find command and does not pull up all the names.

• Unable to find or create the font...

  I'm having some trouble with a computer running Adobe Acrobat X standard, 10.1.2. The computer is running Windows 7 64 bit.

  When opening PDF files on the web, the computer gives the error "cannot find or create the 'ArielMT' font. Some characters may not display or print correctly. Occasionally, I get the error with TimesNewRomanPS-ItalicMT as well. I also have the a popup saying "A design error has occurred." I checked that the font in question is installed on the PC. I also checked that the police is also embedded in the PDF file. The error does not occur on other systems with the same version of the OS and the version of Acrobat, so I know it's not the PDF that I consult. I tried to repair the installation of acrobat, and uncheck the "Use local fonts" option, but none of these things gets rid of the error.

  The computer has been upgraded to Internet Explorer 9 and Acrobat X has been installed at the same time, and the issue has been happenning since.

  Any suggestions are appreciated!

  I determined that the problem was caused by the user with their Windows font size setting set at 150%. I was able to reproduce the problem on another system under these conditions.

• BlackBerry Z10 unable to connect to the Mac

  I can't connect to my z10 on the network. When I try it try to connect for a few minutes, and then it just says: connection failed. I then try again and put my username and password, but after a few minutes of trying to connect it fails.

  I'm on a Mac.

  Any ideas?

  EDIT: I am able to connect via USB if I disable my wireless (aka airplane Mode)
