  The Blackberry music gateway solves this problem (kind of) works better... when the two jabra or any other headset device is connected and the music gateway is connected it muffles call correctly and works correctly...

  Here to find the solution for my beloved BlackBerry Z10 STL100-3

  One day, precisely 26 May 2016 my Z10 battery Blackberry went below 5% or something, I rushed to connect it to the charger but before doing so; It is just off. I plugged in the charger for several hours, but it went to reboot mode as he went to the course passed. It just kept flashing empty battery symbol.

  Z10 was connected to the wall charger and all the tips/advice you mentioned have been tried. He could not start device.

  Before trying the ADF, to check if battery is dead or defective; I kept it in my brother Z10. The battery was load and after a while, he turn the unit on its own.

  However, the pile of work of Z10 my brother could not initialize my camera. I guessed corrupted software connection or the battery could be a problem.

  I carefully observed battery connection ports, specifically the part that establishes the conncetion of metal tabs of the battery with the unit (given in the image http://www.gsmzone.co.uk/Blackberry-8900-Z10-Battery-Connector).

  I found one of the metal connector stuck / out partially / fits loosely / spring-movement irregulars / and is not able to communicate perfectly with the metal strips of the battery.

  I tried to solve this problem by manually removing the metal connector. After several test, I managed to do it.

  I put my battery in my Z10, he acknowledged, and red LED flashed, name BlackBerry flashed, Blakberry OS Reload icon flashed-has increased 100%, Blackberry 10 name flashed and Z10 began. Device came to operational status.

  Current operating system version is 10.3.2.2836.

  No SIM or media inserted in it.

  Unfortunately, ignoring all warnings with that you should have to be made, you have now activated your device in a developer test device. There is no intended for general purpose OS 10.3.3. 10.3.3 OS out there only are strictly for the application development process, and they are severely constrained in their functionality.   As far as I know, Carphone Warehouse is not official for the Blackberry, just dealer one of the authorized dealers so that you know that you are not buying a stop on the black market. The warranty works only in the country where it is pronounced, so that 3 gave me a unlocked Z10 (I do not know how or why, but I am not it!), I always get a 2 years manufacturer's warranty.

This should happen in two steps: (1) a synchronization that is unique between the phone and computer and two-way synchronization (2) then in a future upgrade to BB link. However, I can't find any information on the question of whether or not this promise has been kept. As I took my Z10 back to the shop on this issue, but to rebuy once the USB sync problem is solved, I'm obviously curious about what progress has actually been made. Website own of BB is apparently silent on the issue (unless they skilfully buried the answer in a hidden corner of the site). All answers gratefully received. Thank you.

  I have electronic mail through Cox Cable of Hampton Roads. Wireless provider is Verizon Wireless. I have a BB Z10 with OS worm. 10.0.9.422. I can receive and send emails without any problem. Emails will disappear from the Hub a short while after opening of Outlook 2007 and download the mails on my PC.

  Is there something I can do to keep my emails on the Z10? I've had this account for 20 years and I'd like to keep. I've had an iPhone since 2007, 4 of them to be exact and had no problem with my POP account. Any help in this matter would be appreciated.

  (1) while playing music:
  (2) open the back cover,
  3) press the buzzer of connection on the back (just below the location of the battery). Even now, I managed to apply pressure to the power supply without removing the lid, while playing music. It works!
  (4) fixed!

• BlackBerry Z10 impossible access contacts or messages and the non-existent hub

  I got a Z10 now and during the installation I noticed that if I clicked on the "contacts" or "text messages'icons are not." I thought when I transferred all the data from my old divide that would correct itself, but it does not.

  None of my contacts or forwarded messages, and I Redid the transfer twice. My call log was transferred, but all entries are number only, no names. And I can't seem to be able to add these numbers to my contacts. I can't even enter the contacts and enter all my previous Info manually.

  I have no hub blackberry either and I asked the people who are in the same room to send me messages but I don't get them. I tried to reboot the device several times but nothing moves. I seem to be able to BBM surveys send, but not receive them.

  Seems that the only thing I can do is to make and receive calls and use the internet browser.

  Can any ideas on how I fix? I will go back to the store I had the phone of the future, but really looking for some information at this time if possible.

Because the OS versions are different, I can't restore my contacts from the old to the new. BlackBerry has said that this is due to the difference in OS versions. I downloaded the bb world app that import/export of contacts, but can import text or vcf files and not the bbb files.  I downloaded Extractor backup blackberry but was disappointed to see that BB 10 backups are not supported yet.   So I guess you never backed up your phone using BlackBerry Protect, or you did.

  If you did, you can install your contacts from there.

  If you do not, think to do for next time.
