  I've updated my Z10 with this version today & have the following problem:

  When I unlock my phone, it goes to a blank screen (previously went directly to page 1 with all my commonly used icons).  I now swipe until you get to page 1 & when I do this it zoomed in so I don't see all of my icons.  I have to pinch the screen several times to a regular size (sometimes it guard zoom each time I have pinch the screen).  This is very annoying & would appreciate any help.

  Just, I got my z10 2 days ago and has been invited for the updates to Version 10.0.10.82. I tried twice and failed both during step 2 (installation). He would then give me a message "downloading the software has been interrupted. Please try again. »

  The first time I was able to click on the "Cancel Update" and try the update again. However, for the second time that the error message has shown once again, as noted above, I wasn't able to click on "Cancel Update". The button "Cancel Update" does not at all.

  Anyone with such a problem?

  Sanders hi... .manage update the phone after I wipe all of the data. The update was made via the phone and not link to BB.

• BlackBerry Z10 software updating keep checking

  Z10 connected to WiFi and 2 new updates made.  Rebooted phone and when it starts up to the top of the screen shows the spinning wheel and what to check updates.  I tried to pull the battery for long periods of time.  I took the SIM card, as well as the battery. I can't do seems to pass the phone to another screen.  Can't go beyond that, very frustrated.  Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you

  Thank you for your support.  I have install the blackberry link and follow the instructions.  My installation of the new operating system was interrupted at 7% of the complete installation (loss of internet connection).  Tried to reinstall, once again, had some difficulties, reconnecting to the link to launch the re - install.  Has taken our battery, restart the computer.  Once I reinstalled the battery, the phone started to work.  The audit for the software update has disappeared and I was able to use the phone again.

  Anyway, the phone is on.

  Newbie here to Blackberry and the Z10 is my first smartphone so far really impressed, just a quick question, I am with 3 network in the United Kingdom, I checked for the software update and I have 10.2.0.424 check updates and he said: I'm updating found on my network provider is not carrying the last update , but my question is can I update using my PC windows or if I borrowed my son 02 (network provider) SIM that carries the update - update the phone - then replace my card SIM would that work... should .or I expect?   My son has visited today - swapped his SIM card with mine and instantly ready for the update 10.2.1.537 thanks for all the answers - really can't get my head round why updates are critical carrier - not been around \computers for 30 years and you can always updated an ATI graphic driver even though it is not the site of PC manufacturers

  Unbranded means not labeled by carrier. I don't want to say locked. That you bought a BlackBerry AT & T of the Amazon and unlocked, it is still an AT & T BlackBerry.

• Battery Z10 blackBerry after the last OS update problem

  I got my z10 a month ago. It worked very well with all of these android applications. As soon as I updated my os to 10.2.1.2941, I started to encounter several problems.

  1. decaliberation battery, battery false reading (I have re-caliberated it time and again, but it happens again to appear).

  2 battery draining - my screen is eating some 20% of battery, if my phone is in the standby mode, eat my standby up to 15% of the battery (it's 12-13 days that I've updated the operating system so no question of OS install yet some things in the background, moreover, I even deleted all my email accounts as in some cases they were the reason for draining the battery).

  3. well, again, I can not open more than 8 applications (this feature has been a prominent in this same update, I'm not sure).

  4 battery heats up.

  5.i can now see gal while multitasking, earlier that he wasn't there.

  I've updated OTA and it was an official update.
  In case I need to automatically load the operating system again, please give me the llink with steps. With the help of BlackBerry for the first time and I'm a noob.

  With BBZ10 we are missing to have alert and the limit control for the use of the data and the use of the phone call.

  This seems to be a fundamental characteristic for any smartphone to live and android already supports this.

  Most of smart phones is purchased with contracts that have limited the use of the data and phone call.

  (1) I just got a BB z10 & did an update, it shows that it is version 10.2.1.2977 of the software OS Version 10.2.1.3247

  When I low swip I noticed that I don't have bedside or location in the list mode, the alarm only allowing 1 research alarm not multiple. Do I need to be connected to a mobile operator to get updates appropriate that has my other z10?

  (2) the phone is locked, is there a way to find out which carrier it is blocked? Does not know the person I got the phone.

  This is the latest version of the software.

  -Quick settings - bedside Mode select =.

  The clock allows only a recurring alarm, you can use the bedside for multiple alarms (icon at the top right).

  Generally the carrier brand appears at startup when a phone is locked by them.

  Check the other threads about how update with a downloader.

Just the red light keeps blinking on the black screen. When I tried to reload the software link, it says, the software is uptodate and turns again into flashes red. Please suggest me how to solve this problem as its been just 2 hours, I used the phone and he's dead to me.

  Here to find the solution for my beloved BlackBerry Z10 STL100-3

  One day, precisely 26 May 2016 my Z10 battery Blackberry went below 5% or something, I rushed to connect it to the charger but before doing so; It is just off. I plugged in the charger for several hours, but it went to reboot mode as he went to the course passed. It just kept flashing empty battery symbol.

  Problem: BlackBerry Z30 stuck in a reboot loop

  Comments/Details:

  1. when it is connected to the wall charger, the red LED flashes for a few seconds, the display shows "BlackBerry" name. After that,.

  a. device either goes to a restart mode, the icon reload Blackberry OS, the charging progress are shown and about 60-70% progresses he new go to the mode (flashing empty charging symbol) load

  b. or device is standing right in the mode, load with screen showing beteer empty, load, seeing to the top flashes still with the typical color of LED for empty-drained/low battery levels.

  2. keep on charging for several hours, or even overnight will not help to restart. And he remains in charge mode with b symptoms of "scenario". Start button / stop fails to start the machine and after several attempts, it flashes only 'Blackberry' on screen and again charge mode.

  Z10 was connected to the wall charger and all the tips/advice you mentioned have been tried. He could not start device.

  Before trying the ADF, to check if battery is dead or defective; I kept it in my brother Z10. The battery was load and after a while, he turn the unit on its own.

  However, the pile of work of Z10 my brother could not initialize my camera. I guessed corrupted software connection or the battery could be a problem.

  I carefully observed battery connection ports, specifically the part that establishes the conncetion of metal tabs of the battery with the unit (given in the image http://www.gsmzone.co.uk/Blackberry-8900-Z10-Battery-Connector).

  I found one of the metal connector stuck / out partially / fits loosely / spring-movement irregulars / and is not able to communicate perfectly with the metal strips of the battery.

  I tried to solve this problem by manually removing the metal connector. After several test, I managed to do it.

  I put my battery in my Z10, he acknowledged, and red LED flashed, name BlackBerry flashed, Blakberry OS Reload icon flashed-has increased 100%, Blackberry 10 name flashed and Z10 began. Device came to operational status.

  Current operating system version is 10.3.2.2836.

  No SIM or media inserted in it.

  Charge the unit and check if all functions work fine.
