  I fixed this problem myself. I had to track down the origin Amazon appstore app, which has been difficult because Amazon has updated the link so that people are redirected to download Underground when they think they're getting the Appstore. I have nothing against Amazon Underground, but apparently it works well with BB10.

  First, plug your phone BlackBerry Desktop Software and click on the device at the top.  I'm not sure what the exact measurements are to transfer data to your new phone (I don't have access to it right now), but it is not difficult to understand.

  From there on, you open AppWorld on your new phone and connect.  Your apps are updated on your new phone.  Those who have not been purchased on AppWorld will not; you will have to reload them manually, but all the AppWorld purchases will transfer themselves.

  Hello, it's been 5 days that I try to download apps, including Snapchat on the appstore, but I can't. I want to understand what is happening and what to do. I tried to restart my phone, I did the update to iOS, but nothing. Whenever I try to download, they say "the application is unable to download now. Please can someone help me?

  Try to reset the App Store:

  Close the App Store completely from the window of the selector app by double clicking the Home button and slide up the App Store preview pane until it disappears from the display. Then sign out of the iTunes Store (in the settings).

  Then perform a forced reboot. Hold down the Home and Sleep/Wake buttons simultaneously for about 15-20 seconds, until the Apple logo appears.

  Then reconnect to the iTunes Store.

  Also try by going to settings > general > Restrictions > and make sure that iTunes Store, Apps install, delete the Apps and In - App purchases are all under the section allow. Try to install again.

  To my knowledge, the current version of the AppWorld requires a full level BB plan data from your provider. If you want to use the AppWorld, you must have a data plan.

  There are alternatives - AppWorld is simply a portal, vending apps developed mainly by others. Therefore, it is not your exclusive supply source - there are others that you can try (e.g., Handango, Handmark, BPlay, GetJAR and Mobihand). I found that there are very few applications that is exclusive to AppWorld. You can see the online catalogue and then look for other sources of supply, including quite often on the developer website.

  I am tyring to synchronize my contacts on my BB Z30 with my vision of the House (backup job and personal emails) and I get an error message; "The items in the"Contacts"folder cannot be imported or exported. You cannot create subfolders in a mailbox to an account on the web"I suspect it's because of my employer limitations!

  I tried to uncheck "Sub-folders" and still the same results. I use Outlook 2010 PST format, as always, and it should work.

  Tap the blue highlighted element is (do not click) then press the bb button.  then click on move to a folder.  then you can choose where you want the element to go.

  Have a bad time with the Amazon Appstore App. first of all get spammed by day with update notifications. Then the application wants unlimited access to everything on as well as cloud and and the memory card.

  To remove all the Amazon once and for all, but the Amazon Appstore and Amazon cannot be deleted by pushing the icon and wait for the icon of pulse with the extra trash icon.

  It doen't matter if you installed it yourself at some point (I did too), as long as you run OS10.3 + now (I assume you are), it is integrated into the operating system. The Amazon appstore has been introduced in the 10.3 patch, it came preloaded and integrated operating system. See this article for more information.
