  It is each carrier as they will blacklist the device or simply to block the SIM card.  The good news is that no one can rack up charges on your account using your old phone.  Now when you get a new, open a BlackBerry Protect session and cancel the old phone.  You can then connect your new phone and restore your contacts.

• Web blocking BES service

  Hello everyone, I know there are a lot of posts related to this issue, but after a deep search, I have not been able to find a solution to my problem.

  My application uses some web services hosted in a public server. I created the stubs with the J2ME Wireless Toolkit stub generator. I'm not really sure what type of connection, the application uses to connect. As far as I know if the device is a member of BES that it will try to connect through MDS, otherwise it will try a direct connection.

  My application works perfectly in the two Simulator and not members BES devices, but when I try on a registered BES device I get the following error:

  SAXParseException in the back of the Server SOAP message

  I have experienced some difficulties with the web services axis based when there is a proxy between server and client. Some problem with HTTP continue header.

  I do not add "deviceside =" to the URL.

  Can someone help me please?

  I apologize for not responding so far. I finally managed to fix the problem. He did not add "deviceside = false" at the end of the Web URL of reference service, but "deviceside = true".

  On the other hand, now I have to deal with a related problem. I managed to make my request to work on a device that has just signed on a BES for this problem, but with the devices that already worked under BES, I get the following exception

  The return type does not matter for this error. The error occurs when the WSDL is generated. Return types are checked when executing when the method is called and return types as you can have customized no compiling errors will occur.

  I've recreated the files exactly as you said and it works just file when I remove my application.cfc.

  Video streaming
  -requires FMS($$$)
  -use port 1935 or can tunnel on port 80, but there is always someone that is on a network that limit this port...
  -If you host yourself you will have a different IP address for FMS: FMS and your webserver will fight on control of port 80
  -need of more time to develop
  -server-side and client-side actionScript skills
  -less than bandwidth (if the customer does not whole movie)

  Progressive video
  -Viewer required path to the flv or swf format to play single flash
  -server-side code can be PHP, ASP, ASP.NET, or service Web (via AMFPHP or Flash Remothing)
  -higher bandwidth (customer need to download the entire movie)
  -faster development

  Here's my review based on information that you post... but I think that you should post again but this time add more information... I think you should go for the progressive path for this reason:

  -portability: do not have a server (FMS) streaming to play the media and you can place these files on any web server (Apache, IIS,...)
  -Firewall: you have no problem with this...
  -develop times: Add a table in your comic books that contain the path to your add, create a script that return these paths, to create a video player and voila!

  P.S. YouTube use progressive video...

  I doubt it. If you first select the event in the node property and then add the event to the event, you do not get an accident (I don't have at least let me know if you do). However, if boring and annoying is when it happens, there is a simple solution to the problem, which probably means that it will not be fixed on the previous version.

• Blocking VPN from Windows services?

  I need to access a shared folder on a VPN connection. Very simple host network: no server of Microsoft, no ads. Just a WRVS4400N router and a peer-to-peer network.

  Bought a second WRVS4400N router to create a VPN of SOHO and configured by the VPN configuration wizard.

  When in the office, I can map a drive letter to a share on another computer, as follows

  However, when try same command via VPN, I received the answer:

  53 system error has occurred.

  The network path was not found.

  I can't also net discovers the other computer - the same error. However, I can successfully ping 192.168.1.111.

  More information:

  Routers have the latest firmware.

  Via VPN, I can't navigate network via Windows Explorer (Win7 network neighborhood shows only my own PC. In the Office I can see the other computer and appliance NAS "NAS01").

  I can not connect by entering \\192.168.1.111\MyShare in the address of the Windows Explorer bar (even if I can do it with success when at the office), or by choosing to connect a network drive in "computer".

  However, via VPN, I can enter into the administration of the NAS via https://192.168.1.3 and I can print to the printer Office TCPIP (192.168.1.222)

  Could the VPN would block some services. Is this possible?

  You are using quickvpn or an ipsec tunnel?

  Looks like the share name is not known or the firewall on the remote PC blocking it.

  We have a type xml service proxy that receives 2 different types of XML messages. In one of the XML messages, we need to branch out depending on value of certain elements.
  
  But xpath doesn't seem to work. XPath recovered using messaging type service is:
  
  * $body / ref:ONIXMessage/ref:Product/ref:RecordSourceType/text() *.
  
  XPath works with the type of messaging service.
  
  But when even has been used in any service of type xml, ALSB unable to identify the area names and therefore the XPath has been changed to:
  
  * $body / ONIXMessage / Product/RecordSourceType/text () *.
  
  But it does not return anything.
  
  Any idea on how to get the data to xpath?

  Something like this:

  I guess the first problem I have is that I came across this forum to get an answer to a question from windows 7, and all I can see are XP and Vista of questions and answers.  It's great, but I have the update above installed on Vista (Ultimate x 64).  I can't seem to get installed it on Windows 7 Professional.  When I stopped, he told me do not turn off the computer, because it is to install an update.  But then the update is back.

  (1) do you have an installed application that "uses Microsoft XML Core Services (MSXML) to process XHTML files" and (2) that "generates a lot of requests when it tries to retrieve well known from the definition of the Type of Document (DTD) from a World Wide Web Consortium (W3C) Web server files" and (3) to "these redundant retrieval requests cause the W3C Server block requests DTD?

  If you can't answer YES to all three of these conditions, you do not need to install KB973688 and you can "hide"

  1. stop the automatic updates service:

  I am creating a web service using the method = GET and source type = query using names of objects with different cases.  The web service is forcing my lowercase object names.

  I know I can set the web service by changing the type of PL/SQL source to hand and create manually using htp.prn, mixed case works when I do this.

  But it is a huge SQL except for the forced lowercase, such works as required.

  Example of

  Create a simple web service test, type GET, type source query.

  Just got a response from an SR that I created.  camelCase is not supported.  Workaround is creating it in pl/sql.

• HP 2000-2d29DX Notebook PC: intel rst service does not work

  Recently, I noticed the icon in the lower right of the screen showling the intel rst service does not work. In the past, I saw the icon, but it would correct themselves after a few minutes. A week ago I downloaded the Speedy PC Pro registry cleaner. Don't know weather or not to download that has something to do with the service of the RST. Help, please.

  I stumbled upon your post on the laptop and wanted to help you! I looked in your question about your laptop HP 2000 and the Intel Rapid Storage Technology Service is not running. Click the windows services key type.

  Verify your Intel Rapid Storage Technology Service is not on the manual and the service has been started. The service should be automatic and started. Once these settings are correct, restart the laptop.

  You can do a System Restore. System Restore will help if something is automatically updated and wasn't on the laptop.

  When running a system restore note remove all USB devices. Disconnect all non-essential devices because they can cause problems.
