  When you use the up/down arrows to increase or decrease the number of points on a star, or sides of a polygon, I can't increase or decrease by one point or side at once. Instead, I get too many or too few points. Therefore, I must the Option + click with the tool shape and numerically enter the number of points or sides, I want to.

  I'm using a MacPro, OSX 10.6.6 Intous3 tablet with CS5. I don't remember seeing this problem in CS4 on this machine before, but when I tested it today, it has exactly the same problem. First posts on this forum for Wacom tablets as the culprit, but I've never met this problem with CS4 and earlier versions on my Mac's PowerPC G5 and my Wacom tablet. I tried different settings in Tablet and keyboard, nothing works. Any suggestions on what causes this uncontrollable speed problem?

  I have used the top and down arrow keys to add and remove a star/polygon points but when I use it, it adds / removes too many at once.

  It does not add/remove whenever I press the arrow buttons.

  I tried setting the key parameters to repeat without success.

  I use Illustrator CC on a MacBook Pro 2015.

  Can someone help me fix the problem please?

  Yasmin,

  Assuming that CC 2015, try disabling GPU performance by clicking on the icon of the rocket in the bar of the App, or on the top of the menu bar, deselect the box Performance GPU; You may also uncheck performance GPU in your preferences.

  There are a few problems with the GPU and Adobe are working on them. They should be resolved with the 19.0.1 patch, that is I hope that this week.

  You can do it yourself; It is not too terrible a task to accomplish.

  Here is the Service Manual for your computer and page 50 are the instructions to remove the keyboard.  To actually get the keyboard itself you can contact HP support at 1-800-474-6836 if you reside in the United States or to the Canada or click on this link and select your location, and the number is provided for you.

  Now if you feel comfortable, the HP support service can provide you with a quote to get the keyboard replaced directly through them so that the option is still possible.

• Lately Firefox is no longer recognizing macros Macro Express and upper and down arrows do more work as it should.

  My Hp laptop has been a serious problem. His space, Enter, Delete, up and down arrows have stopped working. I do not know how this problem caused. I went through various patches, which were so-

  1 Rstoring a date earliar.

  2 reinstall the Keyboard driver

  3. System formatting.

  The third difficulty formatting helped me and my keys started working. After few days I installed HP Network Manager software but it after installing it again these keys stopped working and also the shift caps lock LED lights and a Wi - fi connection do not turn on, but these two are functioning normally.

  You and Advance23 have covered almost everything at this point and I think it's a hardware problem. I would recommend that you contact HP for repair. You can reach HP Total Care at 1-800-474-6836 in North America or Start here outside of North America.

  When Apple will add arrows to go through Apple mail on my MacBook as the arrows on the mail on the iPhone and the IPad up and down?  So annoying that I have to close the message I'm reading and then click on this message to every time.  Keep I hope that the next update with the fix of this commission, but it never happens.

  Chances are they are using the same symbol for both the top and bottom, perhaps by flipping a.  If you make two different symbols, just use them instead and do not sweat at all symbol names... symbol names are useless except to maintain order in the library.

  Norton, cleaned and found a type virus Adobe. (I have dwnloaded a pop up Adobe), then I got these pop shield emblems up, there are four places inside the emblem of shield (as the Knight shield) and they are blue, yellow and blue and yellow. they are now next to the word administrator in all the icons and files and themselves stuck ontop of my Norton and other symbols on my desktop/icons. The tech to Norton which I paid $ 99.00 to, he says it's the NEW WINDOWS UPDATE! I checked around and people do not seem to know what I'm talking about, also with Windows 7.

  Whence this 'shield emblems popup "? If you are referring to them being on the shortcuts on the desktop, then this is expected behavior in Windows 7. There &nbp;Nothing to do with the Windows updates.

  Also, please explain just where is the "Word administrator in all the icons and files ' you see?
  And, please provide the name of the "Adobe type virus" that was supposed to be cleaned by Norton.

• Rescue & recovery blue screen on T60 with XP and SSD

  On my T60 (2008-VPT) with Windows XP SP3, I have installed a (Verbatim 240 GB) SSD. I made a clone of the old HD on the new SSD and that I installed it on the T60.

  Everything is fine, but when I try to do a backup with rescue & recovery 4.23, after 1 hour BLUE SCREEN opens.

  With the swap file, the message was KERNEL_STACK_INPAGE_ERROR, I don't put no pagefile, but another screen of blue hour, without display of previous message, but only with the 0x000000F4 error code (0 x 00000003, 0x898E9DA0, 0x898E9F14, 0x805D22AA).

  Any idea?
