  We got a new Dell Office in November with Windows 8. My problem is there is a blue outline that appears on no matter what, I click on and I can't find answers on how to get rid of it.   2. What is the number of brand and model of the computer?

  If the Narrator is turned on and you want to quickly leave the Narrator, press caps lock SHIFT + ESC

• After one minute of no activity my screen turns blue and I have to click back as a user. I want to prevent this.

  It started a couple of weeks and the only thing I can understand, is that it must have been associated with an auto update.  If I don't move my mouse or typing something in 60 seconds, my screen turns blue and I must click on the Daisy to the same user to reopen.  I want to prevent this.  I tried to use recovery and come back a couple of weeks, but it did not help.  Can someone tell me what is happening and how to prevent this?

  Unless you have an idea, when it started and what changes have been made before the appearance of this problem (and by changes it could be software installation/uninstall, update existing software, make changes, etc), you should probably do a reinstall. If you have a Vista disc to the same level as the current installation, insert it and follow the instructions for an inplace upgrade. If you have a system pre-installed with recovery of manufacturer, follow their instructions.

  Randomly change file permissions should not solve your problems.

  Linux is a viable alternative, but it may suffer corruption as well, and you will probably find a real support to fail.

  ScriptUI scripts have never been able to recognize the returns cart or tabs typed into the text boxes on dockable panels, so I've always worked around this limitation by using the keys to insert these characters into the active text boxes.  Verification of the active text area allows me to streamline my interfaces with a set of buttons of special character for several text boxes (for example on a search and replace script).  It stopped working in AE CS5, when scripts suddenly began to read the button as the asset.  You can see it at work in scripts by clicking a button visibly removes the focus from the text box (the blue outline disappears, just like the text insertion point).  Attach the button for a particular text box is an easy solution for scripts with a single text box, but for scripts with several boxes, I now have to clutter my interface with buttons to insert character for each text box.  Is still need for a button to be an asset? This seems to be a step backward.  Is there a better way to get around this problem?
