Blue screen at the end of Windows Update
I have Windows updates the value allowing a manual download and install. Today, when the icon appeared, there were 8 suggested files. I downloaded and the window open during the installation Setup. Approximately 98% of the 8th and last update (Malicious Software Removal Tool if they are installed in the order), I got a blue screen. The machine starts, but the Update icon reappeared, asking to perform the same 8 updates. I know that most of them have already been installed. I really hesitate to install again, especially as others have reported may not even start at all their machines after this batch of updates. What should I do?

The following actions could prevent a mistake like this does not happen:
1 download and install updates for your computer from device drivers [of the manufacturer of the device or computer software download page, not Windows Update!]
2. scan your computer from computer viruses.
3. check your hard disk for errors.

Made the system restore and I tried to install each update one at a time. 7 all finished by gives me the blue screen with no reboot successfully after one of them. I don't know what to do next.

Check to see if the following is useful.
Method 1: Unplug non-essential devices from the computer and restart the computer.
Method 2: Try to select disable automatic system failure reboot since the options of start menu advanced to know the Blue error screen.
a. restart your computer and start pressing F8 on your keyboard. On a computer that is configured to start to multiple operating systems, you can press the F8 key when the Boot Menu appears.

My computer has been invaded by the virus, and they have corrupted my system files until I can start only in safe mode. I tried to repair Windows XP Pro using the installation CD, and I am getting a blue screen with the PCI. SYS on it. It has been set to boot from the CD, and it was.
Also, I have already installed Recovery Console, and the computer is a Windows XP SP2 with the plant material. I did a CHKDSK on it and looks very good.
Oops. just a simple driver issue. I started in the last known good config and had no error. I uninstalled the driver and got the suitable driver for my laptop. Sorry for the inconvenience!

Blue screen during the installation of Windows XP on Satellite L505-10J
I intend to install windows xp on my computer toshiba laptop.
All the time, it shows me an error message (blue screen).Anyone know the problem and can help me more?
Greetz
Hello
This happens because of the missing SATA driver.
You have two options;
You must include the SATA driver in Win XP using software like nLite or you would replace compatible SATA to AHCI mode in the BIOS.You can access the BIOS by pressing F2 while turning on the laptop.
Welcome them

Blue screen during the installation of windows 7
Hi guys, this is my first question. I have a problem during the installation of windows. A blue screen saying is displayed "STOP: c000021a {fatal system error}.
The initial session process or the process of the finished system unexpectedly with a status of 0 x 00000000 (0 xC0000001 0x001003f0).
The system stopped"I can't do anything else than the computer shutdown. Please help me
Could you provide your system specifications?
Are the upgrade from a previous version of Windows or to do a clean installation?
This is usually caused by hardware or software that is not compatible with Windows 7. If you have this problem, follow these steps:
Uninstall all antivirus software, and then restart your computer. Don't forget to enable antivirus software after you install Windows.
If the installation fails again, it may be a hardware incompatibility problem. Go to the Windows 7 Upgrade Advisor on the Microsoft website to see if your computer can run Windows 7.
If you have compatible hardware and your computer still stops responding, disable any unnecessary material. Remove (USB) universal serial bus devices. Remove or disable network cards, sound cards and cards of the series; and then restart the installation.
If the computer still stops responding during Setup, contact your manufacturer computer or your retailer.

Blue screen 116 every time that Windows updates
original title: 116 every time that Windows Update BSOD
OK, so I'm in a bad mood, so this will be brief. I managed to understand I get BSOD every time I update my graphics driver, and I have no idea what kind of card I because it is a company built PC (never buy Dells) and the owner of this PC (that is to say my father and family) reinstalled Windows compeletly before I could look, so all I have is "Standard VGA Graphics Adapter" in the Device Manager. Try to manually update the drivers causing the BSOD once I chose to run windows normally (it runs in safe mode now too, which is of course the pre reinstall improved)
So I don't really know what to do at this point.
Hello
Dell can tell you what the graphics device in the computer is so check with their support, their online
documentation and drivers and ask in the Dell forums for known issues. Check the model number
of your computer on the Dell Site for drivers - it should indicate the appropriate driver.Dell support
http://support.Dell.com/Dell support drivers - product manual & warranty Info (left side) - and much more
http://support.Dell.com/support/index.aspx?c=us&l=en&s=DHSDell forums
http://en.community.Dell.com/forums/
========The fact that it BlueScreens when you try to update the driver could indicate there is something wrong
with the video device. Because it has a "Standard VGA adapter' this means that the driver does not load.I hope this helps.

I can still move the mouse around, but after waiting for more than an hour the "Please wait...". "remained. What is the problem?
bleedorange1998,
I suggest that you boot from your XP CD and go to recovery console.
Once at the command prompt, run chkdsk/r. This will check your hard drive for errors.Chkdsk /r

I upgraded my card mother cpu ram and hard drive. I reinstalled windows xp home edition has got all of the updates. After 9 latest updates download and installtion was going well until I rebooted the computer and go to page window showing all the icons that I get a blue screen and the computer restarts its self and does not stop. How can this be corrected?
Hi KevinRy,
Welcome to the Microsoft Answers site!
Unplug all external devices.
Try to start in safe mode. If you can start in safe mode, and then do a system restore to restore the computer to an earlier point in time.
Change the recovery settings to disable automatic reboot, if you are able to boot up to the desktop computer:
1.
Right-click my computerand then click Properties.
2.
Click the Advanced tab.
3.
Under Startup and recovery, click settings to open the Startup and recovery dialog box.
4.
Clear the automatically restart check box, and then click OK many times necessary.
5.
Restart your computer so that the settings take effect.
Now, when you are going to close and a fatal error occurs, you will see at least and it won't cause an automatic restart.
Please reply back with the error message you get because it helps us to resolve the error.
Kind regards
Amal-Microsoft Support.

Blue screen after the recent updates of security for Windows XP SP3.
I got following error messages "Blue screen" after the latest updates from Microsoft:
0X0000007E (0X8053355E, 0XBA4CB50C, 0 X 80000003, $0XBA CB208). I tired to run in all modes of SECURITY but still had the same problem. I ran Dell diagnostics and it came with no error in memory or hard drive. I have a Dell Inspiron B130 w/2 MB of RAM. Does anyone have a solution? The laptop came with no CD boot.

My old motherboard gave the soul, and I have now installed a Gigabyte GA-880GM-UD2H with an AMD Phenom 6 processor and 4 GB of RAM. The 2 HD is a Maxtor Sata 1 300 GB ones. One is divided into 2 equal partitions, the other has a single partition. During installation, it hangs at a blue screen during the "installing devices" and towards the end of the indicator. Removing everything except the essential, makes no difference.
With 0x0000000A IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL error message States. This rising on the MS, it indicates:-stop this message indicates that a kernel-mode process or driver tried to access a memory address in which he was not allowed to access. The most common cause of this error is a bad or corrupted pointer that refers to an incorrect location in the memory. A pointer is a variable used by a program to designate a block of memory. If the variable has an incorrect value, the program tries to access memory that it shouldn't. When this occurs in a user mode application, it generates an access violation. When it occurs in kernel mode, it generates a STOP 0x0000000A messages. If you encounter this error during the upgrade to a newer version of Windows, it could be caused by a device driver, system service, a virus scanner, or backup tool which is not compatible with the new version.I start with new parts, except the DVD & HDs drive and with a start-up Virgin & installation process. I'm not upgraded to the BONE, that's the one I was using before the reconstruction. The supplier of components, suspected of defective parts and cooperated in the provision of a set of replacement of parts, but there is no change in the problem.
Can someone explain what I can do to start? Thank you!

I get the blue screen with the exception of system Service in Windows 8. It seems that many people have of it. I can't use my computer without losing all the data every few minutes. It is brand new. Fix? It often happens with Firefox, but other times too and restarts sometimes when you type an e-mail in the e-mail of Windows 8 program.
For this recent System_Service_Exception error, if you have an AMD graphics card try the next tool from AMD to try to get the latest graphics driver:
http://support.AMD.com/us/gpudownload/Windows/pages/auto_detect.aspx
According to me, a recent update of Windows, maybe the 2778344 which updates win32k.sys to the 6.2.9200.16503 version, could cause a conflict with the AMD graphics driver.
Many users report the same error recently and so far have all AMD/ATI graphics cards.
If all goes well the graphic driver update will help.
If the problem persists, consider uninstalling 2778344.
Then, at the moment, 'hide' 2778344.
