Hi BlueScreen_wanghao,

When you receive this blue screen error? Blue screen errors may also indicate problems hardware or driver. Were there changes to the system as new hardware software installed? If changes have been made recently try System Restore to restore your computer to a previous state.  Try to uninstall new hardware or software. You must also make sure that you have the latest drivers for your cpu, motherboard and graphics card. For additional troubleshooting steps, take a look at this thread.

Two main causes of this blue screen video drivers and BIOS - check with the system manufacturer
Site for graphics (Video) card and BIOS, then on site of the manufacturer of the device for the last video. It may be
other pilots to check there. Disable the installation of self as those who are older and if
Updates Windows suggests a pilot just HIDE. Antivirus is another possibility.

See methods of update driver generic in the next message.

    Cause

Bug KERNEL_MODE_EXCEPTION_NOT_HANDLED control is a very common bug control. To interpret it, you must identify which exception has been generated.

    Common exception codes are:

    • 0xc0000005: STATUS_ACCESS_VIOLATION indicates that a memory access violation has occurred.

    Solve the problem

If you do not have to debug this problem, you must use certain basic troubleshooting techniques:

    • Make sure you have enough disk space.
    • If a driver is identified in the bug check message, disable the driver or check with the manufacturer for driver updates.
    • Try changing video cards.
    • Check with your hardware vendor for updates to the BIOS.
    • Disable the BIOS memory options such as implementing caching or shading.

If you plan to debug this problem, you may find it difficult to get a stack trace. Parameter 2 (the address of the exception) should identify the driver or function that caused the problem.

If you do not know the specific cause of the exception, consider the following:

    • Hardware incompatibility. Ensure that all new equipment installed is listed in the list of the products tested Microsoft Windows market.
    • Service driver or defective peripheral system. A chauffeur service or defective peripheral system could be responsible for this error. The hardware problems, such as BIOS incompatibilities, conflicts of memory and IRQ conflicts can also generate this error.

If the verification of the message bug list a driver by name, disable or remove that driver. In addition, disable or remove drivers or services that have been recently added. If the error occurs during the startup sequence and the system partition is formatted with the NTFS file system, you may be able to use Safe Mode to rename or to delete the faulty driver. If the driver is used as part of the start-up procedure of the system Safe Mode, you must start the computer by using the Recovery Console to access the file.

If the problem is associated with Win32k.sys, the source of the error may be a third-party remote control program. If this software is installed, you can remove the system startup service using the recovery and then Console by removing the offending system service file.

Check the system log in Event Viewer for additional error messages that might help identify the device or driver responsible for control of bug 0x1E. You can disable the cache in memory of the BIOS to try to resolve the error. You must also run the diagnostics of material, especially the scanner memory, which provides the manufacturer of the system. For more information about these procedures, see the manual of your computer.

The error that generates this message may occur after the first reboot during Windows Setup, or after installation is complete. A possible cause of the error is lack of disk space for installation and the system BIOS incompatibilities. For any problems during the installation of Windows that are associated with lack of disk space, reduce the number of files on the hard disk drive target. Search and delete temporary files that you do not have to have, files hidden Internet, application backup files and files saved.chk, which contain fragments of files on disk scans. You can also use an another hard disk drive with more free space for the installation.

You can solve the problems of BIOS by upgrading the version of the system BIOS

    Hello

You have installed new hardware on your computer recently? If so, then it would certainly be one of the factors behind the Blue Screen of Death (BSOD). More often than otherwise, BSOD is related to the driver incompatible, withdrawal which solves the problem.

When exactly do you get the error message?

We will log on to the computer manufacturer website and update the latest drivers for chipset, BIOS (Basic Input\Output System). In addition, we will check for other updates for the device driver.
Updated a hardware driver that is not working properly
Note: Update of the BIOS can be a complicated process, and if an error occurs, your computer could be rendered unusable. Be sure to observe the instructions of the manufacturer.

    See also the following link:

Important: Running chkdsk on the drive if bad sectors are found on the disk hard when chkdsk attempts to repair this area if all available on which data can be lost.

Note: The data files that are infected must be cleaned only by removing the file completely, which means that there is a risk of data loss.

  • Blue screen error on the Satellite A100 - 920 (PSAA9)

    Hello

I got a blue screen error during use normal and after reboot, Windows suggested updated the BIOS, so I've updated with the latest version (5.10). The next day, I got another blue screen and reboot, Windows has suggested that I update my display drivers, I did (to Ver. 8.241)... I have an ATI Radeon X 1400 GPUS. After that, the computer crashed every time that it loaded windows, with a popup on services.exe telling me the computer shuts off in 60 seconds.

I assumed that this was linked to the display driver, so I replaced the drivers with a version earlier than day (8.241 - 034065C). Once I did, it seemed to work and I could use the computer very well for a bit, even play games like GTA, but I'm starting to take again the blue screens, usually just at the opening of the files, etc. and not when you run graphical applications with a lot. The problem disappeared when I turn off my display drivers, but which is not really a solution.
I disabled the reboot on the parameter of the error and it is information of the blue screen of death:
    STOP: 0X0000008E (0XC0000005, 0XEE6DF5E9, 0XBAD2F99C, 0X00000000)

Anyone have an idea how I can solve this problem, it makes me crazy!
I downloaded the map Omega drivers, but am slow to install that I heard that they can cause overheating and I think ATI/Toshiba should be able to provide me with a solution without having to use third-party drivers myself.

    Hello

One question: do you use Antivirus applications and you did update the Windows operating system?
You said something about services.exe you indicating the computer turns off in 60 seconds.

For me, this looks like a virus! I also google for system32:huy32.sys some people said it s a malware!
I m not 100% sure, but maybe you have some virus you OS!

Now to the question of pilot you: Yes, Toshiba recommend that you use a clean graphics drivers on the Toshiba site. The use of original graphics drivers on the Web site of graphics card manufacturer is not recommended.
But I read a lot of thread on the omega drivers and many users using the drivers and they have no problems.

It is very similar to the error reported in the following link where "Drive Letter Access" seems to be the issue.

    http://Forum.sysinternals.com/BSOD-7E-Driver-Verifier-problems_topic18148_page1.html

Since you also have Sonic Drive Letter Access installed you can try to uninstall this software and see if the problem resolves.

  • Blue screen error: 0 x 00000024

    Hello

I have a blue screen error: 0 x 00000024. I'm just now initialized in Ubuntu. I need to save my pictures and everything. I also need to keep the operating system. Is their anyway I can do this without spending a lot of money? He just did this in the middle of the night.  Help, please.

    Thank you

    Hello weatherman13,

At this point, it seems that the reader on it, errors that are unrecoverable.  I agree with JoseIbarra and Gerry CJ Cornell - If CHKDSK cannot recover these errors, so we must concentrate on the recovery of data.

It sounds as if you were able to connect the hard drive to another computer to get the data.  If this is correct, the piece of data recovery is complete.

Because CHKDSK will not recover errors, our last step is to contact Dell and ask them to help you in running the diagnostics on this drive.  The drive must be formatted and reinstalled Windows XP or the hard drive will need to be replaced.

Let us know if this is correct or if you have any questions.

    Best regards

  • Blue Screen: Error Code C0000218(Registry File Failure) I have NO recovery disk, boot disk, etc. What can I do?

I have a desktop HP that I installed a new hard drive on Windows XP Home Edition Service Pack 3. He has been working very well. But, the other day, I took out my DVD ROM and try it switched with different DVD - ROM, and when I restarted my computer, I got the "blue screen error Code: C0000218 (registry file failure)." The registry cannot load the HIVE (file). \System ROOT-SYSTEM 32-CONFIG-SOFTWARE or its log or alternate. It is damaged, missing, or not accessible in writing. "So, back to my main issue, I guess. How can I fiw it without any sort of disk recovery or boot disk etc... I know I could probably go buy some sort of recovery software, but can't afford it right now. Can someone help me, please?

You have all the Norton/Symantec products installed and if so, do you know which ones and versions?

You start with a chkdsk/r from the XP Recovery Console.

    Here's how:

If you have no XP bootable media (or aren't sure you have) create a bootable XP Recovery CD of Console and do not forget.

This is not the same as recovery disks that may have come to a store to purchase the system.

You can make a bootable Recovery Console CD by downloading an ISO file and burn it to a CD.

The ISO bootable image file you need to download is called:

    xp_rec_con. ISO

    Download the ISO from here:

    http://www.mediafire.com/?ueyyzfymmig

Use a new CD and this simple and free program to burn your ISO file and create your bootable CD:

    http://www.ImgBurn.com/

Here are some instructions for ImgBurn:

    http://Forum.ImgBurn.com/index.php?showtopic=61

It would be a good idea to test your bootable CD on a computer running.

You may need to adjust the computer BIOS settings to use the CD-ROM drive as the first device to boot instead of the hard drive.  These adjustments are made before Windows tries to load.  If you miss it, you will need to restart the system again.

When you start on the CD, follow the instructions:

Press any key to boot from CD...

    Installing Windows... going to pronounce.

Press 'R' to enter the Recovery Console.

Select the installation that you want to access (usually 1: C:\WINDOWS)

You may be asked to enter the password (usually empty).

You should be in the folder C:\WINDOWS.  It's the same as the

C:\Windows folder that you see in Solution Explorer.

The Recovery Console allows base as file commands: copy, rename, replace, delete, chkdsk, fixboot, fixmbr, cd, etc.

For a list of the commands in the Recovery Console, type help at the prompt of commands or read on here XP Recovery Console:

    http://www.Microsoft.com/resources/documentation/Windows/XP/all/proddocs/en-us/recovery_console_cmds.mspx?mfr=true

A good idea before you start things must first verify the integrity of your file system by using the chkdsk command.

In the command prompt window, run the chkdsk command on the drive where Windows is installed to try to fix any problems on the afflicted player.

Running chkdsk is fine, even if he finds no problem.  It won't hurt anything to run it.

Assuming your boot drive is C, run the following command:

    CHKDSK C: /r

Let chkdsk finish to correct the problems, he could find.

It may take a long time for chkdsk complete or they seem to be "stuck".  Be patient.  If the HARD drive led blinks always, chkdsk is something.  Keep an eye on the amount of the percentage to be sure that it is still making progress.  It may even seem to go back sometime.

You must run chkdsk/r again until it finds no error to correct.

Remove the CD, and then type "exit" to exit the RC and restart the computer.

You have not to set the BIOS to boot the disk HARD since the CD won't be.

    Hi philadel37,

Unfortunately, you can not use the flash drive to restore system files or to solve this problem.

You will need to use the Windows XP installation disk to perform a repair of Windows XP installation.

See the article for more information about the Windows XP repair installation.
