Hello samira.
Thanks for posting your query in Microsoft Community Forum.
- You did it any significant hardware or change software on the computer before this problem?
- Are you able to connect other Bluetooth devices?
- That you get a blue screen often or is that when you try to connect your Bluetooth headset?
I suggest you try to plug the Bose AE2W headphones on another computer to rule out the possibility of a bad headphone. The steps I mean generally help diagnose the problem with the help of the automated troubleshooters and move you in the right direction to solve the problem.
Method 1:
Run the tool material and devices and check.
Open the hardware and devices Troubleshooter:
http://Windows.Microsoft.com/en-us/Windows7/open-the-hardware-and-devices-TroubleshooterMethod 2:
To control how your computer with Bluetooth devices pairs follow the steps.
- Open Control Panel by clicking the Start button, then Control Panel.
- In the control panel search box, type Bluetooth, and then click change Bluetooth settings.
- In the Bluetooth settings dialog box, click the Options tab and do one of the following:
Pour rendre make your computer discoverable to Bluetooth devices, select the check box for Allow Bluetooth devices to find this computer. - When a computer active Bluetooth device is in discoverable mode, it broadcasts a wireless signal that allows it to be detected by other Bluetooth compatible computers or devices. This is sometimes called pairing mode.
- To allow Bluetooth devices to connect to your computer, select the check box for Allow Bluetooth to connect to this computer devices.
To be notified when a Bluetooth device is trying to connect to your computer, select the check box for alert me when a new Bluetooth device wants to connect.
Try to change the settings for the Bluetooth compatible device and check.

Hi guys, I get the blue screen in the LR development mode, even though I have updated the driver for the graphics card on this new laptop. It's an AMD Radeon R5 M335 4 GB memory DDR3, core i7 6th gen processor. What should do? Thank you
This Eizo has a normal resolution of 1920 x 1200 pixels. I expect not to see a lot of benefits of using the GPU. You really see the advantage to screens that are at least 4K (3840 x 2160 pixels) or more. On small screens, you can see some benefits with smoother updates if you ONLY use the base sliders to develop. If you use brushes, turning on the GPU can actually slow you down a bit. In most cases, loading images in develop is also slower when you activated! There are a few illustrative notes to an engineer from Adobe that you can read here: notes for Lightroom CC GPU (2015) in order to better understand what is happening. Currently, in most cases, I recommend leaving off the coast. I think that Adobe is trying to improve and have more cards supported, but it is not yet completely there.

Blue screen after the recent updates of security for Windows XP SP3.
I got following error messages "Blue screen" after the latest updates from Microsoft:
0X0000007E (0X8053355E, 0XBA4CB50C, 0 X 80000003, $0XBA CB208). I tired to run in all modes of SECURITY but still had the same problem. I ran Dell diagnostics and it came with no error in memory or hard drive. I have a Dell Inspiron B130 w/2 MB of RAM. Does anyone have a solution? The laptop came with no CD boot.

Blue screen in the portable 3rd in a row. Help?
Today, about 2 hours ago, I've changed my cell phone store for the third time. Why?
because I got a BSOD when I use the laptop in the first 30-40 minutes. This is the third laptop to go this way and it's really driving me crazy. I need instant soultion, whether the material in the model or a software problem.
This is the first time to buy an HP laptop and I can tell I'm not happy at all.
Here are the specs:
HP dv6-3173 Red Core i7 720QM
1.6 GHZ, 6 MB, 4 GB, 500 GB, ATI HD 5650
1 GB 15.6 inch
I can make the blue screen has been
IRQL not less or equal. I heard that you can get the full report of "Event Viewer" but I'm a novice in softwaring of the computer and equipment please fewer big words. and please help,
Thanks in advance
Hello
You are right. If you get BSOD in Mode without fail, it is usually a good indication of a hardware problem - I definetely laptop back, however given that you had this problem with the previous two, maybe it's an idea to try a different model.
Hope you get this sorted out.
Kind regards

Hi AhmadDimassi,
· What is the error it fails with?
Check to see if the following is useful.
Method 1: Unplug non-essential devices from the computer and restart the computer.
Method 2: Try to select disable automatic system failure reboot since the options of start menu advanced to know the Blue error screen.
a. restart your computer and start pressing F8 on your keyboard. On a computer that is configured to start to multiple operating systems, you can press the F8 key when the Boot Menu appears.
b. use the arrows to choose to turn off the automatic restart in the event of system failure in the Advanced Options of Windows Start Menu and press ENTER.
Method 3: Check drive for errors.

Blue screen errors the problem points to the files Volsnap.sys or Classpnp.sys.
Last month, I had a series of blue screens. The problem points to the files Volsnap.sys or Classpnp.sys.
I have a Dell Precision T3500, running 64-bit Windows 7 Prof. The system is configured with RAID.
Sometimes rebooting the system in the middle of the night and sometimes it freezes while I work on that. It is during the night to safeguard and Virus scanning using Trend Micro, which is the only type of trainer of spam on the system.
No idea on how to stop this would be really appreciated! Thank you

Here's what I use and recommend: (these are all free and very effective versions.)
Avast and Prevx proved extremely reliable and compatible with all I have
launched on them. Microsoft Security Essentials and Prevx have also proven to be very
reliable and compatible. Use MSE or Avast and Prevx, Prevx 3 but not all.Avast Home free - stop any shields is not necessary except leaving Standard, Web, and
Operation of the network.Prevx - Home - free
Windows Firewall
Windows Defender (is not necessary if you use MSE)
Protected IE - mode
IE 8 - SmartScreen filter WE (IE 7 phishing filter)
I also IE always start with asset if filter InPrivate IE 8.
(It may temporarily turn off with the little icon to the left of the + bottom
right of IE)Two versions of Avast are available 6.x and 4.8 x
Avast - home - free - 6.x stop shields you do not use (except files, Web, network, &)
Shields of behavior) - double click on the icon in the Notification area - real time Orange - click on the
Shield that you want to stop - STOP. To stop the Orange icon to show an error indicator-
Click on the Orange icon - top right - settings - click on the status bar - uncheck shields you
disabled - click OK

and the network running. (Double-click the blue icon - look OK. - upper left - Shields details
Finish those you don't use).
http://www.avast.com/free-antivirus-download#TAB4Or use Microsoft Security Essentials - free
http://www.Microsoft.com/Security_Essentials/Prevx works well alongside MSE or Avast
Prevx - home - free small, fast, exceptional protection CLOUD, working with other security
programs. It is a single scanner, VERY EFFICIENT, if it finds something come back here
or use Google to see how to remove.

http://info.prevx.com/downloadcsi.asp <-->-->PCmag - Prevx - Editor's choice
http://www.PCMag.com/Article2/0, 2817,2346862,00.aspAlso get Malwarebytes - free - use as scanner only. If you ever think malware and that
would be unusual with Avast and occasional Prevx running with the exception of a low level cookie
(not much), to UPDATE and then run it as a scanner. I have a lot of scanners and they
never find anything of note that I started to use this configuration.==========================================================

A driver tried to access a pageable (or that is completely invalid) address while the IRQL was too high.
This bug check is usually caused by drivers who used a wrong address.
If the first parameter has the same value as the fourth parameter, and the third parameter indicates a runtime operation, this bug check was probably caused by a driver who was trying to run code when the code itself has been paginated outside. The possible causes for the error page are:
- The function was marked as pageable and was operating at an IRQL higher (including obtaining a lock).
- The function call was made to a function in another pilot, and that this driver has been unloaded.
- The function was called by using a function pointer that was an invalid pointer.

Common blue screen on the computer
Original title: computer blue screening
My computer stayed blue screening from time to time when you turn it on, never during use. After the reset of the computer after the screen blue will be 99% of the time blue screen not a second time and will continue to boot normally without any problems. I use Windows 7 Home Premium x 64 bit.
I made a thread on this before asking for help, here is the link to that:
http://answers.Microsoft.com/en-us/Windows/Forum/Windows_7-system/blue-screen-of-death-badpoolheader-0x19/11fc965f-d0e2-4868-9607-d08b768808eb.
Here is a link to my onedrive with files minidump for just last month, the system information report and pilot's report:
https://onedrive.live.com/?CID=90043B85A1B58BE1&ID=90043B85A1B58BE1%21106
My computer is unmarked, but the motherboard is one:
ASUS® SABERTOOTH 990FX R2.0 (DDR3, USB3.0, 6 Gb/s, CrossFireX/Sli)

No problem on the new thread, I was just curious.
These 2 were related to corruption pool (memory), probably caused by a driver. Run the Driver Verifier to find the underlying cause.
These accidents were related to the corruption of memory (probably caused by a driver). Please run these tests to check your memory and find which driver is causing the problem.
If you're overclocking (pushing components beyond their design) return you to default at least until the crash is resolved. If you don't know what it is that you're probably not overclocking.
Since then, it is more likely to be a pilot run everything first.1-Driver Verifier (for full instructions, see our wiki here)

I get the blue screen with the exception of system Service in Windows 8. It seems that many people have of it. I can't use my computer without losing all the data every few minutes. It is brand new. Fix? It often happens with Firefox, but other times too and restarts sometimes when you type an e-mail in the e-mail of Windows 8 program.
For this recent System_Service_Exception error, if you have an AMD graphics card try the next tool from AMD to try to get the latest graphics driver:
http://support.AMD.com/us/gpudownload/Windows/pages/auto_detect.aspx
According to me, a recent update of Windows, maybe the 2778344 which updates win32k.sys to the 6.2.9200.16503 version, could cause a conflict with the AMD graphics driver.
Many users report the same error recently and so far have all AMD/ATI graphics cards.
If all goes well the graphic driver update will help.
If the problem persists, consider uninstalling 2778344.
Then, at the moment, 'hide' 2778344.

Want Firefox to save your tabs for the next time it starts?
FF 27.0.1 on Linux Mint XFCE 16, up to date.
I have my preferences set to "show my home page".
Whenever I close FF with the X in the upper left corner, he gets up and asks me "do you want Firefox to save your tabs for the next time it starts? I check the box to ask next time and have tried both save and exit and just left. When I open the browser again, it seems to randomly decide to open all the tabs I had last time, or sometimes (rarely) just my home page tabs.
I don't want to open all the tabs I had open, and I don't want the question whenever I have leave FF. I used FF for years with XP, but I am new to Mint.
Done setting the prefs 'warnon' on the topic: config false page has an effect any?
- browser.tabs.warnOnClose
- browser.tabs.warnOnCloseOtherTabs
- browser.warnOnQuit
Make sure that you run not Firefox mode full screen (press F11 or Fn + F11 to toggle; Mac: Command + SHIFT + F).
If you are in full screen view then hover over with the mouse to the top of the screen to facilitate the bar appear Navigation and tab bar.
Click the expand (in the top right Navigation bar) to exit full screen or right-click on a space empty on a toolbar and select "exit full screen" or press the F11 key.
