After backing up your computer, contact the developers of CMM and ask for instructions on how to uninstall the App. Follow the instructions to the letter and uninstall applications. Then run an another report EtreCheck and carefully read any supporting the MWC.

  Your report indicates you have installed adware. After you've had the HD replaced (no you should not do it yourself), restore your backup and then follow the instructions to stop advertising windows pop-up and adware in Safari - Apple Support to remove the adware you have installed.

  I can't associate the gel with any activity or any program.
  Computer laptop freeze at startup or even afrer hours, apparently without reasons (the mouse pointer and keyboard frozen).

  I installed the latest drivers and software available from the Toshiba site.
  I tested the RAM with different utility modules
  I tested the HD with various utilities and it is without error (only SMART as reallocation count value)
  I turned off all power management settings
  I checked the temperature, but it is OK when the system freezes, nothing strange, BUT it freezes randomly.
  In the end, I also uninstalled the graphics drivers and the system installed version intel automatically (today the system seems to be less freezzable).

  I uninstalled bluetooth and some other utility that I don't use.

  I see no problem to activate Microsoft office if you have a serial key. You can do whatever you want. :)

  I'm having this strange problem in my V7 after upgrade to Windows 10:

  When I plug the power cord of the keyboard and the touchpad and mouse gel (I use a Microsoft Bluetooth Mouse and touchpad in my V7 is a Synaptic).

  -If I unplug the power cord, all thaws.

  -If I plug the cord by moving the cursor, either with the mouse or the keyboard , then they don't freeze and I can work normally.

  -Of course if I start the laptop with the power cord already plugged, everything works normally and if I unplug the power cord, there is no freeze.

  The problem occurs only when the laptop runs on batteries and I plug in the power cord and the only solution is to move the mouse while plugging in the power cord. It's really annoying.

  I installed all the drivers on the Acer support and page also tried several combination of new drivers older drivers etc. This never happened in Windows 8.1.

  I don't know what else to try. I hope someone could help with this issue.
