Bluetooth headset leave matching

I have one delivered to nine (purchased at Apple) iPod touch 4th generation, and around Christmas, I bought the headphones Bluetooth from Amazon Basics. They worked fine until a week or so, when they stopped the pairing with my iPod. The device appears on the screen Bluetooth in the settings, but when I touch it to connect it says that it cannot connect and make sure it is active and within reach, it is both. I tested the headset with my phone and I was able to pair and connect, so I think the problem is with the iPod. Any help is greatly appreciated.

UN-pair/forget the headset to the phone

-Reset the headset

-Reset the headpohones

. - Reset network settings: settings > General > reset > reset network settings

- iOS: troubleshooting connections and Wi - Fi networks

If your iPhone, iPad or iPod touch connects to a Wi - Fi network

- iOS: recommended for WiFi routers and access points

-Restore from backup. See:

iOS: how to save

-Restore factory settings/new iOS device.

  • Bluetooth headset | Impossible to re-pair the device after deletion

I have 2 fields, one for my wife and myself. I've matched with success the pre of my wife with a stereo bluetooth headset Altec Lansing/Plantronics Backbeat (new) (model BBT903/R). Then I tried to pair it with my pre but it wouldn't recognize it. I have read the help file for Bluetooth on the meadow and realized that I had to remove the association with the front woman first. The help instructions supposed to remove the device to PRE Bluetooth screen name (device name of point culminating right drag, click on delete). I did it on Pre my wife. I then tried to pair with my pre but had the same problem - the machine is not found. Tried again on my wife before and now it not pair either!

Now I'm stuck. The helmet is not recognized by a meadow. I tried to turn on/off BlueTooth. I tried to change the order in which I turned on devices (first helmet, second pre and vice versa). I tried the hard reset by removing the PRE battery and put it in. I would do the same for the helmet, but the battery is not removable/accessible.

With the Plantronics / helmets Altec Lansing, you must press the button so that it flashes Red and blue (and alternates)... the flashing blue means it's looking for a connection to a device with which it is already associated. Hope that helps.

  • Connection with Windows 10 (Bootcamp) Bluetooth headset

I just bought the new iMac (late 2015) and installed 10 Windows using bootcamp.

Mouse and keyboard work fine on Windows 10, but bluetooth headset gets disconnected, or sound is not clear at all.

I matched on first 10 and then paired Windows on Mac OS.

Mac OS works fine but not on Windows 10.

    All solutions?

  • Qosmio G20: How to disable/bypass SCMS-T for adiosyn with a bluetooth headset?

    Hello all,.

I recently bought a set of bluetooth stereo headphones (Creative CB2350) and found that, because of the inclusion of SCMS-T copyright protection I can't audiosync directly to my computer laptop bluetooth stack (Qosmio G20). The headphones come with an audio jack adapter (bluetooth transmitter), but it runs on a single AAA battery and cannot last more than an hour; So I need to connect without it.

Is there a way to disable or circumvent the requirement for protection by copyright SCMS-T in the last toshiba bluetooth stack? and if not why not? I paid a lot of money for my Qosmio and my helmet and I'm leaving furious inclusion deliberate software/firmware designed to keep me from using my material for legitimate purposes (i.e. what they were designed to do).

    Please help me,
    Lee ([email protected])

PS: Frankly I didn't really a problem with DRM technology before that, but now I can see how irritating and pointless DRM is. Compare the number of people using bluetooth devices for piracy (negligible) number of bluetooth headset that does not support the MAN - T (a lot if all my google searches are anything to go by) and see you how stupid the idea of DRM via bluetooth is really.
In my opinion not so humble large commercial companies like toshiba should woven converluted pap as SCMS-T as a matter of appeal; the final user does not want to spend several years download licenses and scouring the web only to find out access to his material is totally useless. (Sorry for the rant, but that's how I feel).

You're right, I completely agree with you.
The problem here probably that Toshiba is a little anxious summer continued in the music industry, if users use technology to copy copy-protected music.
I think that it should be possible to transfer the responsibility of the end user by some sort of agreement, that the user must confirm once by a mouse click during installation.

I already had a discussion with Toshiba customer service on this issue. They informed me that they reconsider this issue and try to find a solution for this. The odds are so good
that a future version of the BT-stack will be the ability to disable the GUY.

  • I get an annoying error of messaging on a bluetooth headset trying to pair it.

I get an error message when trying to pair my new bluetooth headset. He said: 'this password is not fair. Looking to add your Bluetooth headset again". He invites me to enter a password, nor gives any opportunity to change a default password. Administrative formalities with the said helmet that the password is 0000. Windows refuses access code because of the consecutive zeros as a security feature?

Have you tried to run the corner hardware store and check?

Usually, if there are problems during the pairing process, Windows give you the ability to create your own pairing code. If you choose this option, you don't need to use the code provided with the device.

Here are some tips if you have problems to enter the pairing of a wireless device code:

    • Make sure the device you're trying to pair with is not off, runs on battery or standby mode (also called "sleep" mode).

    • If you have entered the code for the device, but Windows does not detect that you don't have, you may need to enter the code by pressing a key on the device labeled 'Enter', 'OK', 'Return', or something similar. For some devices, such as mobile phones, you may need to select a menu option to enter the code. If you can't find a button, button or menu option, see the documentation that came with your device or go to the manufacturer's Web site.

    • Make sure that you type the pairing code quickly enough. Usually, you only have 30 seconds before that the device or the computer stops its attempts to pair. The exact duration depends on the device.

    • Make sure that the device can display a pairing code. Some devices, such as headsets, might communicate to Windows that they can display a pairing code, even if there is no place to display it. If this is the case, and Windows asks you to verify a pairing on the device code, try once again pairing with the device. Windows should allow you to choose a different pairing option the next time you attempt to pair. If you are unsure which option to choose, see the documentation that came with your device, or visit the manufacturer's website.

    • If you're within range of other wireless devices, you might be unintentionally pairing with someone else device (for example, someone is close with the same model of mobile phone). Make sure that you are matching with the appropriate device.

    • If you are in a public place, there could be multiple devices with the same name in range of your computer. If you see multiple devices with the same name in the add a device Wizard, you can rename some of the devices in the list to distinguish them. To rename a device, right-click, and then click Properties. On the general tab, type a new name, and then click OK.

    • Windows may ask you to verify that the same code appears on your device and your computer. If these codes do not match, or if no code is displayed, you might unintentionally pairing with someone of another device. In this case, Windows may display an incorrect pairing code or no pairing code at all. Make sure that you are matching with the appropriate device.

    • You may need to place some wireless devices in a special pairing mode that allows computers or other devices to connect to them. Most Bluetooth compatible devices enter this mode when they are detectable. Other wireless devices could it must be in pairing mode and is detectable. For more information, see the documentation that came with your device or go to the manufacturer's Web site.

  • Pairing Bluetooth headset with Apple Watch 2 series?

Hoping that someone here has some good ideas, so I can avoid having to go through the centre commercial/Apple Store!

Bought a watch series 2 the day of the launch, immediately tried to pair with the bluetooth headphoens I got (AvierBTE somethings). No luck. Thought maybe I just got bad headphones - but they always associate with my iphone 6 s. bought a pair of Mswift Pow helmet off Amazon and bluetooth headset at the same time borrowed a friend this pair with its original Apple Watch. My Mswifts, or his headphones will pair with my watch, although the two pair with my iphone.

My watch IS pair with my amazon echo - so I know the bluetooth works.

The watch is the headset in discovery mode, but when I try to pair, it gives an error and says it cannot associate, check that the camera is turned on, in range, etc..

Another person had problems of this kind and has managed to find a solution?

    Hello

Make sure that you follow the instructions for pairing here:

Use the Bluetooth with your Apple Watch - Apple Support Accessories

It can help to turn off pairing your headphones for your iPhone (or any other device that they can already be coupled to) before their pairing at your watch.

It can also help when you try to pair your headset with your watch, to move the two devices to another place, away from any device Bluetooth can be active.

  • IOS error 10 Bluetooth headset

    Hello

Since I've upgraded to iOS 10 on my iPhone 6, my quick mpow Bluetooth headset does not work as Hey used to. When I turn on, they automatically connect to the iPhone and I get the small icon beside the battery meter indicates the State of charge, however, they do not appear as an audio device in spotify, itunes or other audio applications.

Only the way to solve it is to "forget the device" and re-pair the helmet - pain in the * when to go to the gym, etc.

I tried to reset the network settings according to another post on the forum, but there is no reaolve the question.

Any ideas? She must have iOS 10 as they worked perfectly well until last week and I tried it on my iPod touch 4th generation and they work perfectly.

    Thank you

I have this problem also with a SoundPeats QY8. I think it's a bug of iOS 10 because he was allowed in the iOS 9.

In order to obtain the device name displayed for audio playback, one solution is to click on the name of the device under Bluetooth settings after it is already connected, which is a useless chore.

  • AirPlay only list bluetooth headset after the connection

    Hi all

I wanted to see if it's just me or other people see this. I use iPhone 5 that I've recently updated to iOS10. In my daily use, I connect headphones bluetooth (4.0), MPOW Swift is the brand, to listen to music or watch YouTube videos. With iOS 9.x I never had a problem with the headphones recognized and used by all applications via AirPlay immediately. With iOS 10, which is not true. They connect as I see the icon in the status bar of the phone and Bluetooth settings section says that it is connected but when I go to music app and click on AirPlay they are not listed. I found to solve the problem, I must forget the device to the headphones and then repair and immediately their names still AirPlay and sound comes from the app through the headphones. This is the best though, if I turn the headset off power (disconnect device), then reconnect, I'm back to the same problem where they do not appear in the AirPlay and I pairing again.

Anyone else see this problem? Unfortunately, I don't have another bluetooth headset to test this.

    Thank you!
    Jeff

I'm having the same issue. It happens with all my Bluetooth devices. The Bluetooth is connected, as indicated by the icon in the status bar, and the said device. But music, iHeartRadio etc. play via speaker phone. Curiously, the phone works via Bluetooth and the active key Siri is not a problem of Bluetooth.

I did some research and tried to reset my network settings as recommended without result. Now whenever I turn in a Bluetooth device, I have to connect manually if I want to use it for anything other than the functions of the phone. Very annoying.

    Apple, any suggestions?
