  Well, in the framework of trying to solve another problem... see my other post... I recharged my phone to default settings and reloaded all my apps. It said that the problem with Motospeak has set itself. We will see as time passes if that is still true. Thanks for all the suggestions and help.

  I understand that you have upgraded your system from Windows 10. Since the upgrade, you have encountered problems with the software resets. An example is that your bluetooth is disabled automatically.  You need to activate every time that the computer restarts.

  When I checked the page drivers and software of PC Notebook Pavilion g6-2005ax there is not all the updated drivers for Windows 10.  This means that HP has not tested 10 Windows on your laptop. This does not mean that it will not only work the result is unknown.

  Alternatively, you can try the following steps.

  Step 1. Go into Device Manager and click on Bluetooth to expand the list.
  Step 2. Right click on "Bluetooth Peripheral Device" you want.

  Step 4. Choose "Browse my computer for driver software".
  Step 5. Choose "Let Me pick from a list of drivers for devices on my computer.
  Step 6. Select "Ports (COM & LPT)".

  I see that the Bluetooth service does not automatically start your laptop.

  It would be really useful to know which product and the operating system you are using.

  What version of Windows you are using, click here: Windows operating system am I running?

  You can also try to control services on the laptop to make sure that the Bluetooth Support Service (or bthserv) is configured to start automatically, instead of manual. Start (Trigger) manual will try to detect Bluetooth devices before turning on, to prevent the service from running when it is not needed. This does not always work perfectly so if you use Bluetooth we will set it to automatic instead.

  To change Windows services:

  1. Press the Windows key + R to open the run window.
  2. Type services.msc and click OK to open the Services window.
  3. In the list of services find Bluetooth Support Service (or bthserv).
  4. Right-click on it and choose Properties.
  5. On the general tab set the drop-down list Startup type to Automatic.
  6. Click the log .
  7. Check the circle Local System account .
  8. Click OK to close the window
  9. Reboot and test.

  If it still does not respond, you may need to try automatic (delayed start) to give the system more startup time before searching for Bluetooth devices.

  Hello. If you use a 2.4 GHz, instead of the most recent 5 GHz WiFi, Bluetooth uses the same frequency band and may interfere with it. Try to change to 5 GHz, ir your router supports.

  When I start my hp pavilion g6, it would show hp loading screen but nothing happens. I check the side and the hard drive light is not on. I have recently installed windows 8.1 and the problem started from there. During the installation process for windows 8.1 that will bail out the hard drive light and I had to stop (hold down the power button / stop) then turn it so that it can continue the installation.

  then "sound" and "display settings."

  Scroll down for

  "SD Card Notifications" and clear the check box.

  Hi, my HP Pavilion p7 - 1267c close while I was reading a Web site with no other programs running. When I turn it back on it will start to start and say "keyboard error" and I won't be able to choose all the options during the startup. Then it goes to a screen saying a recent change in software or hardware may have occurred and I would like to launch the implementation of fix. Because I can't use the keyboard after 30 seconds it automatically selects that tries to start Windows and then comes up with the fix it box. As he seeks the problem it click on and then stop. I could not smell any burned, I opened the tower and see nothing that looks like a short circuit. I removed the power supply and did not note anything inside that looked burnt.   Whenever I start my computer, Windows Defender is disabled & I have to turn it on manually. It's funny, because on my start up programs, I set it up so that it starts when my computer starts, and yet it is always disabled.

  Sometimes it lights fine, but other times it stays on until I try to do a scan. Sometimes, if I have a scanner, it turns off. I scanned my computer for viruses & malware but nothing came.

  This started after I updated my AVG for AVG 2011 a month ago.

  You have already been informed that AVG is supposed to turn Windows Defender because AVG has his own Defender.

  First test the hard disk for physical errors. Test the hard drive with a diagnostic utility downloaded from site of the disc mftr. or use SeaTools for BACK of Seagate. You create a bootable CD with the files you download. You will need a third party burning software to do as the free ImgBurn, Nero or Roxio. Burn as an image, not in the form of data.
