Bluetooth lost after updating Vista SP1 on Satellite P200

Hello

I'm desperate...

I use a mini Logitech dinovo keyboard like a keyboard for my P200. It connects via Bluetooth. My Bluetooth connection is a Bluetooth USB device provided with the keyboard. Until yesterday, everything worked fine, but then I installed the Vista SP1 and I lost the bluetooth connection. The computer does not recognize the device Bluetooth USB and bluetooth Control Panel contral disappeared.

I have one installed SP1, it does not solve
I have restore before SP1, it does not solve
Nations United installed the software of Logitech and re install, it doesn't work.

I downloaded and installed the driver from the BT monitor and it does not change anaything. I installed the drivers of BT stack, but it doesn't

Please can someone help me?

Much appreciated,

WR

In such situations, there are two sides. It will be interesting to know if there is a problem if you try to connect another BT device to your laptop. Try it with your mobile phone if BT is available.
I can't imagine the BT device doesn't properly work.

Have you tried to contact Logitech technical support? Maybe they have the solution to this.

All you have done is OK, but I can imagine that that SP1 of Vista SP3 in Windows XP Home edition can perform or certain disorders.

Please check other BT device functionality and display the results.

  • Vista SP1 on Satellite A210 problem

    Hello

I just install the SP1 of Vista and since my laptop is not restart or shut down properly. If I choose "shut down" the closing screen appears, but the laptop will not turn off. Then the screen turns black and that's it.
Enyone has encountered the same problem after installing SP1? I uninstalled SP1 and since that everything works well again.

Furthermore, I can not download update driver for my Satellite A210 from tonight. When I choose the options in the menu and klick search on the site says: no driver found!

    Alpapone

You can chat here on SP1, but the fact is that Toshiba do not use SP1 in images of the recovery. With other words: SP1 is not supported at the moment. I think that SP1 will be responsible for many different problems and Toshiba will probably offer many updates to fix all that.

For now, it is best to use Vista without SP1. I do the same. Almost every day I see alert windows on SP1 update, but I just ignore it.

  • Problems after updating the BIOS on Satellite Pro P200

I recently buy a Satellite Pro P200 running Windows Vista Business. Yesterday, I updated the BIOS to the version 1.50 supplied with the machine to 1.80 available on the Toshiba site. I double checked that I was using BIOS correct update for the Pro P200 Satellitel running Vista.

After updating the BIOS, I have now two problems:

    1. whenever I start and join the office, I get an error message "record of Vista has stopped working". This problem has been identified as toshibavistaregistration.exe here: [link: http://forums.computers.toshiba-europe.com/forums/thread.jspa?messageID=99805]

2 Control Panel > system now shows the processor and the memory (RAM) as "not available". Execution of the diagnostic PC Toshoba tool and looking at basic information show also no information on the memory (RAM) Although the processor information here. There may be pieces others missing too under the eyes of list shorter than before the update of the BIOS.

Basically, I want to get everything working again as it should, but cannot find any information on these issues.

After further review, it appears that the update of the BIOS is not the cause of the problems.

Immediately after updating the BIOS, I had a major system crash. It turns out that this is what has caused problems.

After a system restore to a point before the update of the BIOS and the major system crash, now everything is working again with BIOS version 1.8 in place.

  • WiFi lost after winning 10 improvement on Satellite P745-S4217

Help! WiFi lost after upgrading to windows on my SATELLITE of P745-S4217 10

Drivers have installed successfully but when I troubleshoot, windows tells me wireless capability is turned off

I search on the net, but still no solution to my wireless connection interruption

Any help will be appreciated thanks

    Hello

In the past, you need to turn on the WiFi using the FN keys, but I think that this should not be necessary to help to win 10.

In any case, I think that you must connect to the laptop to the internet using LAN cable.
Then, you must uninstall the WLan Device Manager driver.
After that, restart the laptop in order to win 10 to select the Wlan driver automatically.

As far as I know that Win 10 must check for new drivers available WLan and in the best of cases after the update, the WiFi connection should work again.

  • How to bring back after restoring Vista SP1 SP2 operating system &?

I recently used the media supplied with my laptop to restore/reinstall the OS I have a feeling that I don't have it quite right... but my computer works fine. Better than he has for a while. Unfortunately, it's living in the past.

I had Vista Home Premium SP2 race and now I have only blocks of service of the House of Premium.No. I tried to install SP1 via Windows Update. It takes about 20 seconds. Update history said he "succeeded" but when I look in "Installed updates" is not there. Since then I have "successfully" updated for SP1 20 + times and the only one available for me now (available on several occasions) updated is SP1. My last installed update was September 21. Although windows update history shows "successful" updated all the way up to 15 October.

In the meantime I had went to the MS downloads site and found the stand-alone (936330 KB) version 5. I tried to install that and it seemed to work. For about 50 minutes. or so he worked there and then it is simply disappeared. Gone.No error message, nothing. I tried again and this time, it still seemed to work, but it has taken longer to disappear this time. After several other attempts, I gave up.

Since then, I tried a fix to this. Unfortunately, as evidenced by this post, I had no luck. I hope that someone out there has thought about it. I'm reasonably computer literate. More technical it more it receives, but I learn constantly.

    I use a Dell Inspiron 1720, Vista Home Premium, Version 6.0.6000, 32-bit, x 86, circa 2008. Intel Core 2 Duo CPU T5750 @ 2.00 GHz 2000 mhz carrots 2, 2 logical processors.  2 hard drives @ 320 GB ea. BIOS A09, 11/07/2008. Ver.2.4 SMBIOS.

I'm currently downloading a set of files to install vista home premium 32 bit x 86 with SP1. I hope that it will work. My other alternative is this Dell factory image restore point but I think it'd probably just in the same situation? Help.

    Hello

I don't know why you have problems with standalones.

This is the advice that we give the posters who have problems with Service Packs:

Click Start > right click on computer > left click on properties > see if you have Vista 32 bit or Vista 64-bit installed.

It will also tell you which SP you have installed.

Then, choose the download of 'bit' OK to use to install Service Packs, installation of SP1 first if it is not already installed.

    Vista SP1 32-bit (x 86): http://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=30

    Vista SP1 64-bit: http://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=21299

    Vista SP2 64-bit: http://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=17669

  • Update Vista SP1 fails with 8000FFFF

I installed windows vista sp1 and sp2 in around March 2011, I decided to uninstall because I couldn't have a 3rd themes on my PC. Now I have a Windows 7 CD, I tried to upgrade my vista but it said I had to install Service Pack 1 to be able to do. I went to windows update and download and install service pack 1, when he had finished he said he had not and gave me the 8000FFFF error code. Also I tried to download service pack 1 from the Microsoft Download Center and install it manually, but always after a reboot I 0x8000FFFF. I've been looking for a solution to this problem since June, but still no luck tried in safe mode, with downloader manually from the microsoft Web site, what I found does not work.

    Hello

Were there any changes or updates made on the computer before the show?

I suggest you to return the item and check if it helps:

Important: this section, method, or task contains steps that tell you how to modify the registry. However, serious problems can occur if you modify the registry incorrectly. Therefore, make sure that you proceed with caution. For added protection, back up the registry before you edit it. Then you can restore the registry if a problem occurs.

  • Storage lost after updating to iOS 10

I feel a little lost. I read that the update of iOS 10 should provide more free space on my phone.

I did more than 1 GB free on my phone before updating to iOS 10. Now, after update, I have 50 MB of free space. And I can't find the reason for this. The only explanation is the update of iOS.

This has happened with anyone else? How can I solve this?

He immediately resolve starting with the settings > general > storage & use iCloud > manage storage (in storage).  It lists your large space users.  Begin to remove immediately, that you do not have your iPhone to work at all with so little free space.

You need a minimum of 10% of the total space of your free device.

  • How can I recover my lost after updating to Firefox v33 tabs?

Problem: After updated to v33, I am unable to restore my lost tabs and GROUP the tabs in my previous session, which was last night at 23:38 UTC

Here are the steps I took:

    (1) history > restore previous session is grayed out.

    (2) I checked to make sure that I had configured session restore by going to Options > general Panel > when Firefox starts: show my windows and tabs from last time.

    (3) I clicked on Firefox > properties > Previous Versions. But since I have never set up any kind of restore configuration, there is no earlier versions available.

    (4) I tried to search the sessionstore.js file in my profile folder and replace it with my sessionstore.bak file because this file date has changed to 14/10/2014 18:38. However, I can't find the session.js file and the files only related to sessionstore I see are: session.rdf, sessionCheckpoints.json, sessionstore.bak, sessionstore.bak - 20140923175406.

Help, please! I had a lot of tabs. I don't want to go to history to find my tabs one by one, because I also had groups of tabs that I didn't open in a month or more and each group of tabs have several tabs in them also.

First of all, very important, please make a backup of all files that begin with sessionstore in a safe place, such as your Documents folder.

If the .js extension does not appear on your file sessionstore.js (the session.js file), you can stop hiding file extensions windows, at least temporarily. See: http://windows.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/show-hide-file-name-extensions

If sessionstore.js is completely absent, it's very strange. In this case, I suggest to leave Firefox and then rename sessionstore.js sessionstore.bak to see if Firefox can read this file when it starts again.

There are a few techniques to extract the URL of sessionstore.* files which can be useful if sessionstore.bak is not useful.

  • WiFi signal is completely lost after update of Windows 8

    Hello

My new Asus PC with Windows 8 and wifi works well until I did update of windows, after updating my wifi signal was completely gone, I made the sentence that tells me that my internet cable is not connected, he sees not my wifi in all more than shooting.

I reset my computer and wifi still works, however, I am very concerned to make the necessary update yet as I need internet and I can't afford to keep downloading updates on and more.

I'm not familiar with windows, as I've been with apple over the years, please help with this problem because I am completely at a loss as what to do next.

I look forward eagerly for your help with my problem.

    Thank you

I had this same problem. I have a PC HP, but the solution for yours should be similar. I downloaded the form from their Web site Intel wireless driver update, and it solved my problem.

    Here's what I did:

    1. Forehand app, open the 'search '.
    2. Select 'Settings' as the place of your search
    3. Search for 'Pilot' (without the quotes)
    4. Click on "Update device drivers"
    5. Scroll down to "network adapters."
    6. See if there is a Intel. Mine is called "Intel Centrino Wireless-N 2230 #2. Want to know what it's called.
    7. Google search (on another computer, or use a network cable to attach your PC physically) for all that your card has been called. I searched "intel centrino wireless-n 2230.
    8. Click on the result of intel.com. He expected to be the first, but it's the one you want.
    9. You will be at the product page. There is a bar on the side with a link called 'Information of Support' in there. Click on that.
    10. Click on "Intel PROSet Wireless software and drivers for Windows 8"
    11. There should be a bunch of links to download the software. You want the number of bits that correspond to your system. (32 bit systems / x 86 get the 32-bit software, 64 bits of the system gets 64-bit software)
    12. Once downloaded, run the software. If you have downloaded the driver on another computer, you need to transfer via on a USB stick or something before you install it.
    13. The software should do its thing and then ask to reboot. Do it.
    14. You should be good to go. Good luck, and I hope it helps.

When I try the throw but I get the message that the driver cannot be installed because it has not been validated for this computer...

Not sure where this goes wrong?

My second question is whether or not this chipset supports Shader Model 2.0 I'm running some games which requires that, for optimal rendering.

Thanks in advance for your answer!

    Best regards, your

The unit is known, to me, the unit was equipped with the Intel GM965 graphics card.
But buddy note; the chart 3 sites of third party drivers are not certified, and therefore it of not possible or desirable to install these drivers.

Graphics drivers of Toshiba supports a GPU overheating protection. Drivers non-Toshiba don t support this characteristic and, therefore, it of not possible to install these drivers on the easy way.

So you should always use the graphics drivers for Toshiba because 3rd third-party drivers can influence the system of books and equipment
