Bluetooth Stack for Windows by Toshiba with Microsoft Wireless Laser Mouse 8000

I use the battery Bluetooth for Windows by Toshiba - Version v5.10.01 (T) and I am trying to connect to my Microsoft Wireless Laser Mouse 8000. But the Bluetooth stack does not even see the mouse.

It only works with the dongle... but I don't want to use a dongle when I already have Bluetooth installed in my laptop.

Any suggestions appreciated

Hello
Before starting any discussion can you please tell us which laptop model you have?

  • Satellite A300-1QD - "Bluetooth Stack for Windows by Toshiba" will not be installed

    Hello

My system: Vista 64 Home Premium

I already have the option for bluetooth devices in my Systemcontroll, but no device is shown.
So I downloaded official Toshiba Bluetooth stack. At first, it seems that everything is fine, but after the second window, when RFBUS is installed and shown in the popup system that it is redy for use, the installation will stop. I don't know what to do? If I cancel the installer at this point, the installer said that the installation has been successfully and I should restart my system. Done, but no device.

If I install the Bluetooth monitor too, I can connect to my mobile phone.

Do I need the monitor? What is my fault on the battery Installation?

If you are using an external Bluetooth USB adapter that is not Toshiba, then use the Bluetooth software supplied by the product.

Do you use an internal Bluetooth module or a USB Bluetooth Toshiba adapter then I recommend the following?
    -Remove the "Bluetooth Monitor" software.
    -Remove the Toshiba Bluetooth stack.
-Version of stack Bluetooth download the x 64 of the last battery Bluetooth.
-Install the battery Toshiba Bluetooth. Make sure that you do not cancel any window during the installation. Be patient.
-Do not use the Bluetooth Control Panel icon. It is still available, but you can not always use.
-To start the battery Bluetooth just double click on the Bluetooth system tray icon or run it by double-clicking
    Start-> programs-> Toshiba-> Bluetooth-> Bluetooth settings

How to upgrade the Bluetooth stack for windows by toshiba? I need to uninstall the other existing on my Satellite A300-1 ms or I just install above?

    Hello

Usually you could install it over the old BT stack.
But if you receive a notification that an old BT stack must be removed first, then remove it and then install a new one.

    By the way:
This portal of BT from Toshiba is really useful and helpful. It contains a lot of FAQ s o that could be interesting for you.

  • Problem with uninstalling the Toshiba Bluetooth Stack for Windows

Guys, I have a problem with uninstalling the Toshiba Bluetooth Stack for Windows v4.00.22 on my laptop Windows XP SP2. Whenever I choose to remove the "battery Bluetooth for Windows by Toshiba" (or "Bluetooth HID Switch Service") the installation program starts to prepare, but crashes after a few minutes - the only way to continue is to turn off the laptop.

The same thing happens when I try to update the stack to the latest version - the installer says that the old battery has to be removed first and crashes after trying to remove it. So is it possible to remove it by hand? I really don't want to reinstall Windows!

I don't have a copy of the original Software v4.00.22 to recharge so if you have a copy or know where I can get a copy I would gratefully

    Thanks in advance.

I would try to delete the folder: "C:\Program Files Toshiba Stack.
Registry settings will remain, but should be repaired after a new installation of the Bluetooth stack.

Hi, I bought used ms laser 6000 wireless mouse, this one: http://www.microsoft.com/hardware/en-us/d/wireless-laser-mouse-6000 and now I can't find it on the bluetooth on my laptop, I have Bluetooth v2. The mouse requires installing with usb receiver or is it regular bluetooth mouse like those of ebay, you can buy?
I don't have a usb mouse with receiver and I thought it's ok because it should work on the bluetooth connection, but I can not connect, bluetooth it will not identify not even with the 'Connect' button on the mouse. the mouse works because the laser light is on.

It is not a Bluetooth mouse.  This is a RF mouse and requires the receiver supplied with the mouse.

  • Problem with Microsoft wireless mobile mouse 4000 scroll will not scroll on any computer?

My mouse does not scroll vertically, but it scrolls horizontally. I tried different mouse on this computer and they are all scroll very well and I tested this mouse on different computers and it won't yet scroll. I followed through all the utilities provided on this site (checking the HID, reinstalling the software, verification of parasitic programs, etc.) and nothing has worked. Is there something else I'm missing?

    Hi Vjenkins,

As the mouse does not work on different computers and other mice work on this computer, it seems that there is a problem with the mouse itself.

Sinceyou have followed the steps mentioned in article to resolve problems with the mouse button or scroll the parameters, I would suggest that you contact Microsoft hardware support for further assistance.
