  I was using my bluetooth mouse when I plugged my mobile phone (via USB cable) in charge. I have done this before w/o a problem (perhaps in another USB Port, now that I think about it) but I did this time and I instantly lost the ability to use my bluetooth mouse and the "USB device not recognized" bubble popped up.   I have a question that my memory card is not supported in my phone. It shows the preparation to installation but after that, there is no progress as (media analysis) as do other smartphones.

  Remove the card from the computer - set aside for a bit (at least a few minutes) - pending
  Restart the computer - once it is running re - insert the card. Then - click right on the
  Lead check file - check for properties - tools - errors - drive Explorer.

  If this help not the card is probably defective (assuming that other cards work in the drive so
  the drive is not defective). In some cases the data can be retrieved from a card however is it expensive.
  Check with a real computer store and online.

  At this point, I think it's a good idea to run a scan for viruses/malware on the PC with the anti-virus software that you have installed.

  Also, if you haven't already, I would try removing the USB controllers and restart again, now that the updates of Windows are installed. Don't forget, you can even download the drivers directly from manufacturer support site for your PC, if they install automatically when you restart after their removal.

  Finally, take a look at the thread I linked below. The first answer is quite similar to that mentioned above in this thread, but there are also a few other really good measures listed there as well. Then take a look at the linked thread and see if that helps at all.

  Make sure that the battery has some charge inside. Completely charge if you can.
  Stop eReader (fully)
  Remove the SD card
  Press the button Reset (at the bottom of the ereader)
  Turn it on
  While the display shows "Open book", at the same time press the button to "turn the page" (back) and the Volume button until the "Reset All" + screen
  Enter 'Yes' to reset the ereader. You may need to configure the screen (X button with the tip to draw at various points)
  If you charge the battery, you may need to contact the support chat for sorting.

  That error usually comes up when a non bootable USB device is connected. Check the Bios and make sure that the CD drive and HARD drive are loading first. That should solve your problem. If this is not the case, make sure that you don't have any USB stick or disk external HARD connected until the PC load.
