  This problem occurs with the 64-bit application as Acrobat is a 32-bit application making it incompatible to insert objects into a MS Word 64-bit application.

  As a workaround solution insert the object as a 'Create New' rather than create a file.

• Problem creating hierarchy based on 2 physical dimension tables

  I'm having a problem create 1 dimension logic with a hierarchy of exploration, based on two separate physical dimension tables. The errors I get when navigating in the exploring hierarchy is:
  "Cannot find coverage source logical table to the columns of the logical" &
  "Missing join between the logical tables.
  
  I use OBIEE 10.1.3.4
  Here are the details of what I have set up as:
  
  Physical layer:
  Table DIM_ORG with the dimension columns:
  -dimension_key
  -org_total_code
  -org_total_description
  -org_detail_code
  -org_detail_description
  
  Dimension table DIM_DEPT with columns:
  -dimension_key
  -dept_total_code
  -dept_total_description
  -dept_detail_code
  -dept_detail_description
  
  FACT_SALES table with columns of facts:
  -fk_org
  -fk_dept
  -sum_sales
  
  Physical joins:
  FACT_SALES.fk_org = DIM_ORG_dimension_key
  FACT_SALES.fl_dept = DIM_DEPT.dimension_key
  
  Business model and the mapping of layer:
  I created a logical dimension ORG_DEPT. It contains two sources of logic table (DIM_ORG & DIM_DEPT) and the following logical columns:
  -All departments (mapped to dept_total_code)
  -Organization (mapped to org_detail_description)
  -Organisation number (mapped to org_detail_code)
  -Department (mapped to dept_detail_description)
  -Department Code (mapped to dept_detail_code)
  The logical key of the company is based on the combination of number of organization & Department Code
  
  The hierarchy, I need is: all departments-> organization-> Department so I created the following hierarchy for ORG_DEPT:
  -Total level containing: all departments

  / Department detail level containing: Department (defined as logical level key) Code and the Department (defined as key level drill).
  
  In the LTS of the ORG_DEPT dimension, I've set levels of content for sources:
  DIM_ORG: Level of organization

  The LTS non - joins inner - came against the associated physical tables.
  
  I created a logical fact table (based on the physical fact table) SALES and joined him on the ORG_DEPT logical dimension table.
  In the LTS, level of content for ORG_DEPT is part of the level of retail service. Non - joins inner were aded against related physical tables.
  
  When I create a report in response to test the hierarchy and select only "all departments' I get the value of the returned correct size. When I try to break through to the next level, I get the following ODBC error:
  "Could not find coverage source logical table for logical columns: [all of them]." "Please check more detailed level keys are correctly mapped.
  
  When I create a report in responses and select "Every department" and "Sales", I get the correct result. When I try to break through to the next level, I get a different ODBC error:
  "Lack of join between the logical tables DIM_DEPT and DIM_DEPT: there must be at least a physical link to join between the underlying physical tables.

  You have no relationship defined between the Department and org.

  You can either:
  a. create a table of physical dimension with a composite key of org_id & dept_id if there is a relationship defined somewhere, then to obiee model as you have already done, but in the physical layer on the composite key join
  b. model your exisitng as two-dimensional and two hierarchies tables and set up a path of forest favorite between them according to your needs.

  Furthermore, you must doany of this fancy stuff if you use an OpenType font that made OSF glyphs (and if you are not you will need to set the font as part of your style). Just head on to the style definition and enable OSF there OpenType features section.

• 'Attach source file' does not work in Acrobat PDFMaker XI of the word 2013?

  I'm used to define the parameters of PDFMaker Conversion from Word to attach source file to the PDF output. It makes it much easier to open the Word document source and modify it if necessary.

  However, in Acrobat Pro XI & Word 2013, I can't make it work. I move to the word-> Acrobat tab, click on create an Adobe PDF file-> Preferences, then check that the "Attach a source file" is checked. but the PDF output does not seem to meet up with the source of attached file. I realize that I can attach it manually after the conversion, but with Acrobat 9 and Word 2007 it attaches automatically during the conversion (as far as I had put the option).

  Am I missing something? Or has something broken in the combination of Word 2013 + Acrobat XI?

  Just gave it a try (2013 Word and Acrobat Pro XI).
  Once I got my PDF output I clicked on the 'trombone' in the left Navigation pane to open the attachments Panel and the Word DOCX source file was present.

  $RECYCLE. BIN - is the bin for this drive. You're probably showing "protected system files.

  Open Solution Explorer, select the drive, click on [organize], click on 'folder and search options' click on the [view] tab, and see if "Hide protected files operating system (recommended)" is checked.

• The word 2013 Document ActiveX object display

  I know that the old method of visualization of Word documents is to use a webbrowser object.  It does not now since the document opens in word instead.  MS has a work around, but suggests no not to use new projects (it involves changing the registry and I'llbe distribute this application to other machines, so it's not an option).  I would like to know if why webbrowser2 does not appear as an exploitable ActiveX object in LabVIEW 2012 and if anyone knows how to use the Word document object, you can scroll and navigate in a word document.

• Create Variables based on the name of the Instance

  I have a class called distributor that I use on several different items in my project. They are all objects in two positions (circuit-breakers and switches) where I hide or show the chart of alternatives for the object. What I want to do is instead of using my variable "distributor", I wish it were a dynamic variable that changes based on the name of the instance of the object in question. I use the "this.posOne.visible = true;" given that an instance name of a clip inside the object that corresponds to posOne and posTwo. I guess that there is a way to make a this.instanceName or something to that effect, but I'm not sure. If I put the name of the instance of the circuit breaker to "cb1", I would like to than the variable to change to "cb1". This way I can use the same code for all my electrical appliances, but are able to trace their individual to simulate the flow of current on the drawing.

  Because of the company's practices, I am unable to use the 'method of Rick' preformatted tables due to the location of the files stored on my local drive (for example, C:\Program Files\RoboHelp Office\RoboHTML\Gallery\Tables using the yourfilename.htmtable format). That said, I am now depends on the use of HR Styles mapped using the Word Table Styles.

  I'm new to ADF and try to learn from its concepts. I've created a workflow with the train and using 7 jspx pages as the train stops. When I move from one stop to the next stop, the data are made to the database.

  My use case is, I want to fill an iterator of table on the loading of the page based on the data provided on the previous stop.

  I tried to use the code to find the iterator and create the line the view object in support Builder bean as well as file impl application module(call the executable action method) but every time I got the same null pointer exception.

  The code used for creating line iterator:

  Please correct me if I'm wrong, but that's what I think I understand that, iterator links are not initialized correctly on appeal by Builder or application module impl of the file that I use.

  I will need to create a listener of phase of page for the task flow and and use the method afterPhase to call my method for line creation and insertion in the table iterator. ?

  But this approach causes the phase listner class to call for each workflow page I don't want I need to fill out the table only for a single page and not to other pages of six.

  Please help me in this problem by providing suggestions and pointers.

  My version of JDev is 11.1.1.6.

  To solve my problem, what I did is mentioned below:

  In my support for this page two, I create a listner beforePhase method and named her beforePhase displaying page jspx tag property.

  when the phaseId is RENDER_RESPONSE, so I call my method to set the extracted database of the values in the table iterator. and it updated the iterator with new values.

  I have a physical table to join with a fact table: there are 3 different hierarchies, which share the last 2 levels inside the dimension table. It's the logic diagram of hierarchies:

  All columns are in the same table physical source. I tried to create 3 table logic source from the same physical table, everyone with all the columns and create a hierarchy for each dimension table, but it gives me nQSError: 15011.
  
  Any suggestion? Maybe the physical table alias can help for the creation of tables of different sizes?

  It is a basic rule that you cannot create multiple hierarchies in a single dimension table, so what you do is create three tables of alias and slip into MDB layer in 3 different sizes and on top these tables create 3 different dimension hierarchies.
