  If you are running OS 10.11 then Windows 7 is no longer an option to install through bootcamp. MS stopped support of the operating system, and therefore Apple.

  Windows runs and work THOUGH - I have questions - no sound, the mouse does not scroll, have not spent a lot of time to discover other issues.

  Another thing to NOTE - on the side of OS x with Boot Camp Assistant - I don't get always the choice to select tasks - that is not available - my boot camp assistant didn't need to start from a flashdrive (external drive) it will be the start of a download of office.
