  I just upgraded to Acrobat Pro DC. I now get the following on some of my documents error message: "Please wait while the document is being prepared for reading". For a large document, it takes a desperately long time to read all the pages. And the message appears whenever I open it.

  I tried to get help from a support technique cat last night. I was told that I could go back to the latest version of Acrobat Pro. It is a sad reflection on the company.

  I really don't like something on the DC, but I know that most of the problems will be fixed within the time with updates.

• where is my loading page indication bar to appear in the box address?

  Just updated to FF 36.0.1. Now I have the red bar used to appear in the address box showing the progress of loading the page. I have to set an option somewhere or is this an extension/plugin?

  Disregard my first answer. My brain was thinking of Windows 7.

  Right-click on the taskbar and make sure lock taskbar is disabled. Now take an empty spot on the taskbar and just drag it down. Re-lock the taskbar when finished.

  Welcome to the Microsoft Vista answers Forum!

  Note: files or images will be stored in the same C:\Windows\System32\PhotoScreensaver.scr file after the image is removed from the main location. This is the reason why the photos appear even after their removal. And once you navigate and new photos as your screensaver the old ones will be replaced automatically.

• Prevent the Navigation bar to appear when the first help page is loaded...

  Hi all (again!)

  A simple I think (hope). Basically, the situation is that we want a first page of the webhelp that provides links to various sources - a blog, contact numbers etc etc and we would like this page to * not * look like if it was just the first page of the webhelp. We want to achieve this by not having not the navigation on the left side bar. Because it is able to be open or closed, no doubt there is something that can be changed to make the default state of the Index.htm file to be 'Closed Navbar'? I had a look at the HTML and changed a few likely suspects, which none did work...

  Does anyone have an idea of how would you doing so?
