  I use a pair of these Bose headphones for my work all day, and while I was happy to get my iPhone7, I'd hate for these headphones do not work.  I assumed that since the 7 came with an adapter, everything would be fine and I hear very well thanks to them, but my voice will not operate not through. Tested my wife and try to speak to Siri, they couldn't hear me, but I could hear them.

  I tested my Apple Earpods iPhone6 through the adapter and it works great... it must be a problem with the Bose? Anything else I can try?

  I bought a Dell XPS12 for a few months now, and recently I have started to use the helmet.

  When I plugged the earpiece, the noise coming from the earpiece was choppy at first for a few seconds, and then it became 'tap... tap... tap... tap... ». I tried to just turn the volume up/down and 'tapping' got a little stronger. Now, whenever I plug headphones in, the sound coming out of the listener is always "tap... tap on... touch... tap...» "(and not audio normal, not even the default of Windows). No matter if I chose "Speaker" or "Helmet /headset" on the pop-up window.  I tried the headphones on my phone and the earpiece is not working properly. Does anyone know why XPS12 helmet for this? This could be a hardware problem?

  FYI, the Realtek Audio driver version is the most recent of the Dell Support (version 6.0.1.6704) website. My version of BIOS A05, model is XPS12 9 Q 23. I run the Diagnostic Test (F12 key, 4447 Build), but he has only a speaker test (and not a test of the helmet). The speaker works well, but the headphone jack is not. I tried several options in Dell's Audio software, but none has helped... :-(

  Fred, if you re-install Realtek driver and the problem persists then it's a hardware problem. When you re-install the driver it resets the default configuration settings, if you eliminate the configuration as the cause of the problem and the cause is not the driver itself, otherwise it would be more prevalent.

  Alternatively, you can remove the Realtek driver entirely (to aid in the control panel "Remove a program" or "programs and features"). By removing the Realtek driver you force Windows to install the native driver on restart. If the problem persists with the native driver who also confirms that it is a hardware problem.

  It seems that the model number of the earphones supplied with my Walkman is MDR-NWNC33. This is the noise canceling headphones with a mini plug with five surfaces of contact. When I do a search for this model number, I get no results.

  The MDR-NWNC33 and MDR-NWNC20, both seem to support the built-in noise canceling feature of the new Walkman players.

• Audio iPhone 7 clicks with 3.5 mm adapter

  Hey guys, this is my first day with the new iphone 7. I had the version 256 GB black with Telstra.

  I just plugged my Bose QuietComfort headphones to the phone using the 3.5 mm provided with the phone adapter.

  Even before playing any music, I could hear the constant clicks. They became strong taps on some songs of departure.

  -L' noise cancellation has been disabled

  -Switch on the noise cancelling does not have any effect, other than to remove background noise

  I've already updated the ios to 10.0.1 another one, I'm out of options. I plugged the headphones to my mac, and it was no problem, so I'm fairly certain that the problem is not in the helmet. I also used the helmet shot of apple with the phone and once again no problem. The only thing I can think is so at this stage the 3.5 mm adapter.   Feel a bit of a numpty - the microphone works now - whenever I tried to hear the recording of the test and I got the silence - that as a failure - I just needed to unplug the microphone from the socket to allow the speakers to play confused recording. Read white noise headphones - must deal separately with this!

  I bought the Bose In - Ear noice cancelling Headphones QC20. They are compatible with android, but it seems sony have changed something, because the buttons on the remote did not work properly.

  But the answer call/Play Pause, touch skiptrack--> increase the volume. In case of failure. What the * beep * is going on here? I tried it with several other phones of my colleagues (Sony z2, LG G2, Samsung Galaxy S4) are all not work properly. Only the z3 and z3 compact seems to be this strange control.

  Any suggestons? I didn't wan't to use other headphones, because they bose are very very good. I travel a lot by plane, and the function listening to noise is great. (Also better than that of sony)

  I got more information on this problem and I'm afraid it's a compatibility issue.

  The design of the Bose headphones is Samsung specific design and this is also indicated on their homepage. Usually button headphones VAD is designed to be connected to the GND PIN when it is pressed, but when the key VAD of Galaxy S4 headphone kitting, it still has an amount of impedance.   HP support has been studied on my computer. It is hardware related. HP sent me the new chip Intel Wireless (combining Wifi and Bluetooth). I had to open the laptop and replace the chip on the motherboard.  This procedure unfortunetely has not resolved the .

  There is nothing I can do without sending the laptop for repairs.

  As an alternative, HP recommends purchasing a USB Bluetooth key / dongle.

  I don't know yet if I'll send it repair. It's a phone that I sue for work and I can just live without it for several weeks.
