  (1) did you do changes on the computer before this problem?
  (2) is the issue limited only with the specific folder?
   
  I suggest you to follow the steps and check if the problem persists.
  (a) open Windows Explorer .
  (b) with the right button on image library , and select Remove.
  (c) click Yes to confirm.
  (d) then right click on libraries in the navigation pane.
  (e) select restore default libraries.
  
  Note: Deleting of a library does not delete the contents of the included folders. However, you need to add or include your folders manually, if necessary.

This happened almost 10 minutes now and I don't know what to do to be able to find the main screens of the application and to be able to continue to watch the shows within the app.

  Press twice on the logo TV button then slide upward on the touchpad.

  The CBS app is stuck and hitting the button twice allows you to force the application to quit.

  This machine is located at the limit of the size I want, but smaller would mean that I have to wait longer to buy.  I want to really the Lenovo quality and performance of the Core 2 Duo processor, but if it isn't quality Thinkpad or if I have to deal with BB instead of Lenovo to everything, I want to go back.

  Uhm... I think the issue here is a misunderstanding of what you watch.

  If you want to access your files from the old hard drive - you need to look in the right place.  If the old system was "Windows 7", "Documents and Settings" is the * wrong * place to look and "Users" would be the place to go.

  You * will * take ownership and change permissions on ALL (you want to propagate to all subfolders/files when do - to save time) in order to get them properly.

  New-->: Windows Vista/7 would have your files located in the directory 'Users' of the root of the drive - and then under your username.

  • \USERS\\Desktop\
  • \USERS\\Downloads\
  • \USERS\\Favorites\
  • \USERS\\Documents\
  • \USERS\\Music\
  • \USERS\\Pictures\
  • \USERS\\Videos\

  ... etc...

  Documents and settings to WIndows Vista/Windows 7 is a symbolic link and would lead to what you see if you tried to use it.

  Make sure that you're not confuse common lookalikes (for example, 1 l, or 0 and o).  Then go to their store with your redemption code, sign in to adobe.com using one of their computers store and show them what you're doing to redeem your code.
