  In order to see the most recent external drive in Lightroom, you must either import some images of the most recent disc.

  Or move some images of the old drive to the more recent, outside of Lightroom, and then reconnect the images from Lightroom.

  No need to copy and paste.  Simply add the folder that contains the music files to the library in this same dialog box.

  If you view the contents of the external drive, I think that the first folder contains a USB driver that you need to install to run properly, if you cannot view the contents of drive I'm sure you can download the driver for Western Digital.   a. Open regedit by clicking on the Start button and type regedit in the search field and press to enter.
  b. navigate to the key:

  d. click on 'ArchiveFolder' in the right pane
  e. check its content is "C:\ProgramData\Microsoft\WindowsNT\MSFax".
