BoxAdStop Virus... help!

Hi all!

I encountered a big problem with my iPhone 5.  Last week, the my phone has suddenly been redirect to the following Web site:

It affects all applications that display Web pages: Facebook, LINE, Chrome, Mail, Safari, etc..  and can happen on a Web page.  I had it redirect all by reading an article on Engadget, on a Google page results and even search trying to find information about this virus.  This has happened both cellular and WiFi connections.

I have reset my phone using the settings > > General > > Reset > > erase content and settings and have also used the iPhone restore function in iTunes.  He has not disappeared and continues to redirect, even if I chose to set up as a new iPhone and give up using my backup to iCloud.

Help, please!

The adware is perhaps in your router system

This is the reason why your phone keeps is reinfected

However why he would pass on cell phone once you eliminate it baffles me

I would no more settings - Safari - clear the cache and history of the site

Then reboot the phone

  • Norton/Security Essentials detects the Virus Help!

    Hello

Recently I got a virus that seems to create a temporary file inside the application data area. When Norton detects the file it deletes. I then restart my pc and discover in the process that it has a different file name, IE: (61e.exe) I do not know if the virus changes its file name and tries to trick the protector. I also tried to use Malwarebytes. It detects the virus, but does not delete to restart the computer.

Anyway, I can't seem to find the root of this virus and I was wondering if someone could help.

    Best regards

    Scott

It is strongly recommended that you run only one antivirus at a time program. In more than one program antivirus active in memory uses additional resources and may result in program conflicts and false virus alerts. Your best defense against computer viruses and malware is to keep your up-to-date virus definitions and run AV Auto-Protect. If you choose to install more than one anti-virus on your computer program, only one of them should be active in memory at a time. (The AV module, which is active in memory is called Auto-Protect. Other antivirus programs will have different names for this function.)

My M3 starts fine and I can work with it, but whenever I have access to internet, I put on a 'internet - Shopping' page (rather not mentioned which) and whenever I try to change the URL, I am bombarded by pop-up windows. My homepage has disappeared when I refresh my browser and so on.

In fact, I don't know if I need an anti-virus program or an Anti-Spyware. And how do I get rid of this shopping page?

    Rusty

    Hello

Virus and spyware is a very serious problem. You should always use anti-virus software with the latest updates. I use Norton System Works antivirus software and in my opinion it s one of the best programs. There are of course many other programs e.g.: McAfee. In addition it is very important that you can always find an anti-virus software.
In addition, the tool I use Ad-Aware SE Personal. It s a very nice spyware. In addition, you can consult this tool: http://www.anti-spy.info/

  • My apppears to hotmail account to send a virus - help

I just bought a new computer because my old one sent emails I do not sanction to everyone on my contact lists. now, it seems to be from my hotmail account - what do I have to cancel my account to prevent this?

    Hello shelagh29,

No, you will not have to cancel your account. On Messenger spammers collect information from different sources of spam with you with the request.

Here are ways to slow down (and possibly eliminate) in total.

    1. go to http://account.live.com

    2. sign in with your Hotmail / MSN / Live email address and password (which is identical to your identifying e-mail)
    3. in the left sidebar, click Profile Details.

    4. on the next page, click change your shared profile.
    5. click on the link next to shared with.
    6. uncheck the box next to everyone (Public). This will help you keep your sharing account ID.
    7. click on the "Save" button

NOTE: also, make sure that you change the password for your Hotmail account.

Also suggest to run a Malware scan on your computer:

  • Computer infected with the virus. USB drives no longer appear in Windows Explorer.

    Original title: attack viruses, help...

My friend has a computer that is running windows XP. She asked for help on what to do when several virus has infected his computer.

I tried my best, but the virus has turned off. The Task Manager, msconfig are impossible to perform. the computer had a virus which is the reason why it continues to be infected. The last scan I made from a usb key which has been infected to leave the computer has revealed five different viruses and worms, each of them spread through usb drives. It's the worst case of infection, I had ever seen.  I tried to scan with the scanner but it did not work. The computer crashed, and when I turned it on things have become much worse. USB drives no longer appear in the Explorer, the computer reads no more and the old xp theme has disappeared, his running today on classic. Help me please.

    Please follow the steps below:

On a friend or a member of the family computer, download the files installation and update Malwarebytes from the links below, copy them to a CD or a flash drive, then transfer the files on the problem machine and use them. If you cannot start the computer in 'normal' windows, try to install, update and running AFTER the computer scans are started in Mode safe... I use the sites below to download the installation file and the manual update:

Once downloaded and before moving the machine to the problem, rename the Setup file "mbam - setup.exe" to something like "Gogetum.exe", and then copy the installation file and the update on a CD or a flash drive file... Transfer the file to the problem machine, install the "Gogetum.exe" file, and then run the update for the current program... After that, run a full system scan and delete everything it finds.

Install Malwarebytes-download link (by clicking the links below will immediately start the download dialog window.)

    http://www.Malwarebytes.org/products/malwarebytes_free>

Then download the SuperAntispyware program and the manual update of the links below. After you run the Malwarebytes tool that above, if you still cannot download and install directly from the problem machine, download it to a friend or a family member computer as well. After installation and update SuperAntispyware, run a full system scan and delete everything it finds as well. As before, you may need to rename the Setup file for the Setup program. :
