• What should I do when Bridge CS5 blocks PS CC install?

  Bridge is currently not active / current running on my computer, but when CC PS tries to install, bridge .exe is somehow interrupt the installation of PS and I get an error message asking me to close the bridge. However... obviously fill _isn't_ actually being of execution.

• Bridge is very slow on iMac with El Capitan, using 75% less than the 32 GB of RAM.

  I have a new iMac 27 inch Retina 5 K (end of 2015) 3.2 GHz with 32 GB of RAM and bridge is now used in the region of 20-25 GB + of it on a regular basis. My previous iMac 24 inch (end of 2009), with 'only' 8 GB of RAM, ran faster and the RAM usage was less than 45%. While Bridge works very slowly - much slower than my old iMac - and I can't work out why.

  I compacted and emptied the cache, reduced the number of images in each folder and reduced the size of the preview, but nothing seems to make any difference. I forgot something or are my expectations too high? The bridge is my main tool with Camera RAW/Photoshop before importing all the files in Lightroom and speed reduction is initially serious workflow problems.

  Someone a suggestions please?

  Please reset the Bridge preferences and then try it.

  Measures

  Start Adobe Bridge, and immediately press Ctrl + Alt + Shift (Windows) or command + Option + shift (Mac OS down) until the dialogue box reset settings appears.

  Select all three options - reset preferences, reset Standard Workspaces and all miniature Purge Cache - and then click OK.

  Just an update... I noticed that El Capitan was automatically installed a ton of various foreign language on my system fonts - in many places, in particular, a ton of Asian and Hindi fonts.

  I noticed when I opened the font book to search for a font I want to use...

  and so I spent the day to uproot them and those that I was able to disable (some could not be disabled, they live in the OS system fonts folder).

  for now, which seems to have solved my problem, if there was a bad police among them - or just the volume of additional fonts has been overwhelming my system, I don't know. (I have a ton of fonts on my system already, as I am a designer).

  It's a mystery, I don't know why they have been installed, or why policies would affect the bridge, but so far, bridge seems more stable and got no hung up as I did.

• Photo Downloader Adobe Bridge recognizing only no camera after upgrading to El captain in Mac

  Recently, I upgraded my Macbook Pro to El captain, since then my Adobe Bridge Photo downloader no longer recognizes my cards or camera. It is not the USB cable as iPhoto wants to quickly download photos I want to use. Anyone have any idea if it is a small problem with the new OS or would be - something else and if the former there is a fix for it soon?

  Discovered Adobe Bridge CC with Mac OS 10.11 (El Capitan) does not work with many USB devices to import images (including iPhone).

  Apple said: "the USB stack is completely redesigned to improve stability and performance compared to Mac OS 10.10. Applications and third-party drivers for vendor-specific USB devices may require modification. "This is something APPLE has changed, that I hope that Adobe can answer, because now there is no real solution. I use this work around:

  • Import images with Photos Apple app
    • Choose file > export > export Original unmodified
  • Save the files where you want
  • Batch rename the images and add metadata in Adobe Bridge

  but I have a question, you will allow an SSID with 802. 1 X? If you're not then gains WDS nothing as the PSK will be validated at each AP WDS allows you an access point to the authenticator for the users, if when you move from one AP to another do you a 4 - way handshake with the WDS master instead of a handshake 15 pin with the AAA server.

But (using the menu option ' Photo > edit in > Edit original ") Photoshop is not open them in the direction that I've used in Lightroom. In addition, when I save the Photoshop file, it is redirected incorrectly in Lightroom. So I had to reorient photos 3 times. Is there a better way?   When you change the orientation of the image in Adobe Bridge, the new orientation is automatically written in EXIF "Orientation" field tag file. When you change the orientation of the image in LR data EXIF of the original file are not automatically updated. After you change the orientation of the image (s) in LR use the keys CTRL + S keys to write the change in the EXIF data for the file. You can modify several files at once by selecting all of them and then using CTRL + S keys. Policy changes will now be seen in Adobe Bridge and Psalm

• Since the upgrade to El Capitan, Lightroom crashes after sleep and requires Force Quit. Is there any solution for this?

  It happens constantly and is extremely frustrating. Everyone knows this or does anyone know a fix?  I use an Imac, retina 5K to 27 in late 2015.

  Disconnect all your external drives, then check if blocking is occurring always. El capitan has made some changes that actually a bit lazy with reassembly of external hard drives after reactivation, and it's a good idea to check if the cause of your problem is the external drives. • Updated bridge blocks on all open. How to recover the old bridge?

  I've updated the bridge and now I've lost the previous program.  Some time ago I had to remove Photoshop CC and returned to 2014 because my MacBook is older and could not do. Now my new bridge falls down every attempt to open and update obviously was a mistake since I use Photoshop 2014.
