  I had this problem since the installation of the last update of El Capitan (10.11.2). I also use NHSmail. I installed the update 20 December 2015, then my Microsoft Exchange email that I ran across the apple mail client (also 9.2) has stopped working. A deletion of the account and attempt to set up gives me the same error window that you have lived. NHSmail helpdesk say it's not a problem on their end and have confirmed there are multiple apple mac users complain of the same show. I called the support of apple on the subject, but the operator was not able to offer much help, I asked that it is forwarded to a technical team of things like dealing with. I can't find anything else out there on this. It seems that the patch they come out for all other users who have problems with Outlook led inadvertently to us be trampled! I'm afraid that if we are not a big enough group of users, nothing can be done for a while

  Check if the hard drive is assigned to a drive letter in disk management.

• HP 15-r132wm: my machine does not recognize a USB bootable drive as a boot media, how to fix this?

  What I've done so far,

  (1) inserted the USB flash drive into a USB port and active on the computer.

  (2) immediately pressed F9 to open the Boot Device Options menu.

  When this does not work I disabled the Secure Boot and enabled Legacy Support in the bios and also in 'Config USB3.0 in pre-start' position on 'Auto' in the BIOS

  Even when all that didn't work I tried the USB bootable thumb in two other machines and it worked on those.

  Problem solved. Recommendations by e-mail has helped. I had to use 'Device Manager' from the Vista Control Panel for adding new hardware. I also need to add a new driver. The Kodak in Windows Vista camera driver worked. The camera is now recognized. Thanks for the help.
