  Hi Brucgovn, thanks for the answer! Just sorted and came here to update the post.

  My method is similar, I just do the following:

  1. Go to C:\Program Files (x 86) \Adobe\Adobe Creative Cloud\CoreSyncExtension (this was the only file on the left, all others had been removed from the CreativeCloudCleaner use of the Adobe Creative Cloud cleaning tool to solve installation problems running
  2. I came across the problem trying to remove, so used Unlocker (Download Unlocker 1.9.2 - FileHippo.com) to unlock. Then deleted. It's explorer.exe using the process, which I think caused questions... the process is using the file
  3. Reinstalled and everything seems to work.

  Recently, my hard drive failed and I replaced it with a new hard drive. As I was starting from scratch, I had to re - dl the drivers of Sony.

  Now, everything works fine on my laptop except the brightness. The FN buttons work, but no matter what I do the brightness does not change...

  1. Go into Vaio Control Center and uncheck auto brightness. I can see the brightness bar in the movement of the control center, but my screen does not change.

  The symptoms you describe are generally pointing to the graphics driver.  (As you can see the menu brightness appear but the brightness does not change, this means that the hotkey utility seems to work).

  You mentioned that you have installed the graphics driver, but there is also an update of the graphics driver for this model.  Have you applied that way?

  I managed to fix it myself. I found information about incorrect information in the registry. So with care and concern, I used regedit to remove two incorrect lines in the registry. Everything works now.

  I did some research and found a great document for you called HP PC - troubleshooting wireless network and Internet.

  What happened with you have attempted to use the resolution of the problems mentioned in the link you so much?

  Have you tried to restore the BIOS?

  Have you tried to connect directly to the Modem/Router?

  Have you tried to boot mode safe?

  You can maneuver in Mode safe without problem?

  In my research, I also found a Support Forum on the page called Microsoft Community after upgrading Windows 8.1 for Windows 10, no wireless networks are available.

  • Uninstall the driver of network card in Device Manager,
  • Reboot the laptop twice,
  • Reinstall the driver.

  Please use the HP Support Assistant, it will help with the software and drivers on your system at the time of purchase or this update of need.

  I know you said you tried to update the driver also. Have you tried to do it in the Device Manager in the order given below?

  • In the Device Manager
  • Click the network adapters to expand
  • Right-click on the network adapter family
  • Select software update of the driver
  • Choose search for automatically updating driver software.
  • Once the installation is complete, restart your laptop.

  Please follow the troubleshooting steps above and the re-post with the results, information from the above questions and HP Pavilion G6 Notebook PC model number.

  I had installed version of bad for graphics drivers intel so I opend laptop in safe mode and then deleted bad drivers after that I restarted the laptop, then it opened again, once disappeared from the blank screen I installed the latest version of the graphics drivers intel BIOS driver from following link:

I read your post on the Forums of HP Support. I wanted to join you and help! I understand that once you tried to upgrade to Windows 10, now stuck on the HP Logo at startup.

  If the computer hangs at the HP logo screen, try to clean the vents from the computer to the air and then restarting the laptop.

  Please note , remove all USB devices. Disconnect all devices of non-essential, as these can cause some problems.

  Have you tried a hard reset?

  Have you tried to Test for hardware failures?

  Are - that you receive error messages or error codes?

  You happen to see a blue "option ' screen at all? '"

  Please check if you can make a battery driver reset. Here are the steps: go to the currency manager. Windows with your left hand and hold and then press the key for the letter X with your right hand. Then select Design Manager in the list. Right-click on compatible ACPI Microsoft control method battery and choose uninstall. Click the ACtion tab on the top of the search window and chose any material changes.
