We probably just replace the driver (as you can not uninstall just), it is extremely problematic.

BSOD, driver power state failure
I'm having a recurring problem with a laptop of mine where I get about 50 or if BSOD errors in a 24 hour period. They are all related to the driver ntoskrnl.exe (ntoskrnl.exe + 75bc0). This issue does not seem to get everything working in Mode safe.
I've seen some posts regarding this, but I have not seen any allusion to the ntoskrnl.exe + 75bc0
System details:
OS Windows 7 Ultimate SP1 build 7601
Model Toshiba Tecra M9
Any advice on how to solve this problem would be appreciated.
Johnathan
It seems that you have 2 problems. The vast majority of these accidents was related to your vgapgp.sys driver that s used for your monitor. I re-install the driver completely and run a file system check
Please run a check of system files (SFC) & DISM if you're on win 8 or higherAll instructions are in our Wiki article below...
If you have any questions please ask us for .The other problem is related to netw5v64.sys Wireless WiFi Link Driver of Intel Corporation. Yet once completely remove the current driver and install the latest driver available.

8.1 - BSOD driver Power State failure of Windows
Hello
a few days earlier, he had appeared a BSOD with error message - DRIVER_POWER_STATE_FAILURE - for Windows 8.1 to start, then Windows has restarted.
In the register of events, I found - event 41; Kernel-Power.What should I do?
Thank you
For the most part the BSOD will appear due to serious shortcomings in the system...
Malfunction of the system can be caused by an incompatible or software driver preinstalled...
Antivirus / antispware one program or security can also cause these problems.Don't forget to check in the Windows updates to see if a driver has been updated before this happen.
But also this problem might also be caused by a loose card or cable and even a weak power supply. As you can see, it is difficult to say why the BSOD appears, but from my point of view of the few there are an easy way to solve the problem... the laptop back to factory... If BSOD would appear using laptop costs recovered, and then hardware problem of recovery could be the reason for this dysfunction.

Original software comes from Dell, but recent updates have come through the process of updating the NVIDIA software. Are updates NVIDIA evil to do?
Only, I asked the question above, because it is recommended to install the drivers specific to your system, especially if the system is a laptop.
You must install only the generic drivers NVidia provides if you don't have the option of updating your site from system manufacturers.
Please install the driver below.

W3 - 810 driver Power State failure error (BSOD)
I have a W3-810 Iconia I've upgraded to Windows 8.1 and Windows 10. During a recent update to the 2016 office, I had a blue screen and an error message that a failure of State driver had taken place and the computer needed to restart. After a few moments, the computer restarted and I was able to complete the installation of Office 2016. I remember getting this error during upgrade to Windows 10. Recently, while watching a YouTube video, the Tablet locked up and I got the blue screen again, with the same "Driver Power State Failure" error again. I check the Device Manager and noticed that in the "system devices" all of the "Intel platform dynamics and thermal framework (DPTF)" associates pilots had yellow flags indicating that the drivers did not work properly. When I tried to update the drivers I get a message that the latest drivers are installed.
Someone at - it recommendations to solve this problem? Should I uninstalled all the drivers DPTF and reinstall? Thank you.
Update: I drove all DPTF drivers in back to version 6.2.9200.30457 Device Manager and then restarted the computer. I tested the computer to see if I could cause a BSOD pilot State failure occurred earlier today and it does not happen again. I hope that this solves the problem. Thank you.

Computer BSOD when I start: Driver Power State failure
Well... This usually happens to me when I start my computer for the first time, every day. I am a user of the current computer and it didn't happen too often so far. I usually start my computer after I go home what I do and at first start, it BSOD. It is not sudden. It takes about 10 minutes or more. One thing I notice when it starts in the icon menu, it comes up with a message: this device can preform faster if you connect it to a USB 3.0 Superspeed. As I said, this happens when I start it for the first time, every day. I have restart normally, and it works brilliantly. I figure it's a driver get irritated by something.
I would like to no play and much talking with friends. He gets the fan turns the computer gets hot, then he moved when the game closes. I don't think that something like that maybe overheats a driver, but I could be wrong. I have an original laptop and it's very nice. Backlit keyboard, map nice graphics, good memory and 16 gigs or RAM. It works on Windows 7 and I have several installed applications.
I checked the blue screen Viewer and the driver that is problematic and highlighted in red is ntoskrnl.exe. Is the address of the stack: ntoskrnl.exe + 1040 b. I don't know what it actually means, or how to solve this problem, so I was wondering what actions I need to take the next.

Hello
Seen a lot of posts on this but nothing I found to help me. I get an error in the failure State on Windows 7 64 driver when the computer goes into mode "Eve". Instead of waking up the computer is off and when I restart I get an error saying that windows is not stopped correctly and he asks me if I want to start in safe mode.
I need to find the device / driver that is the cause. I downloaded my minidump files in the following location:
https://www.dropbox.com/s/w03xb8svk335pg7/minidump.zip?DL=0
Hoping someone can help on this issue and I would like to know if there is something usable in it.
Thanks in advance!
PS:
I also had a utility called whocrashed, he read the dump file and told me the following...

Driver power state failure Acer V3 571 G
Hello!
I use my Acer V3 for more than six months, and recently my computer started to plant several times gives me error: State failure driver. I read it's an incompatible driver in the cause, but I'm not sure. Sometimes when I watch YouTube videos, 360 p (my internet is slow). The video stops and then the cursor stops responding while the sound of the video continues. Shortly after, I find myself on a BSOD. How can I fix?
What is your GPU and what version of your drivers. If you have updated your drivers when it started to happen probably you need to get them off.
Check this too this is probably the problem with gpu drivers.

---------I've identified the problem, but have unfortunately no solution. The problem is indeed the dirver NETw5s64.sys.
See--> http://communities.intel.com/thread/10055 for additonal discussion of the problem that intel must update this driver.
If I connect with a wired connection, everything works as it should. I put the system to sleep and wake up as it should work. However, if I connect using wireless, after using it for some time, the computer will not sleep. The screen is blank, the disk activity continues for some time and finally the system come to STOP 9F.
This and other aging with this driver and discussed in the above link!
