  After you have installed Office SP2 on Vista to X 64, Vista snipping tool has stopped working. (I do not say that that one caused the other, however.) The Windows Tablet tools are installed, SnippingTool.exe is in the correct directory, but on track it says it does not work on my computer right now and I should restart or contact my administrator. Restart does not help and I am the admin.

  The OneNote screen switching action works, but it has not all the tool options capture of Vista.

  The computer is a quad-core Phenom with 8 GB of RAM. Operating system is Vista x 64 Home Premium SP1.

• Adobe first Pro CC crashes on startup after upgrading to new computer screens

  Hey everyone, I'm tech-savvy so go ahead and throw detailed responses to me. I've recently updated for Windows 8.1 because first Pro CC (version 7.2.1) crashed at startup of Windows 8. After the update to Win8.1, it worked fine with my old 19-inch full-screen VGA monitors. However, after I installed the new HD widescreen monitors yesterday, I opened the first Pro and it starts very well and is stable until he treats a video file. If I'm fast enough, it will correctly import a file from the media browser, but as soon as it 'deals' video in the browser media or video in the timeline, Windows gives me the error "Adobe Premiere Pro CC has encountered an error and must be shut down". I tried all the tricks in the book, especially to change the refresh rate of the monitor down from 144 Hz to 60 Hz, tried to use an HDMI instead of DVI - D cable and tried to reinstall Premiere Pro (restart the computer to the appropriate in the process places) and tried to adjust to return with no acceleration GPU (only the mercury software).   Hello Kilroy14, I checked the specifications of your system, which can be found here , and it does not show the system supports up to 16 GB of memory system.

  I also found the Crucial or Kingston memory did not 4 GB memeory modules listed for your system.

  Another provider of memory has indicated that some Kingston memory would be only recognized as a total of 8 GB even though there were 4 x 4 GB modules installed.

  It is not, as you suggest, this model can not supported 4 GB modules when installed in all memory slots.

  When you get exactly this BSOD? Happens immediately or if you start a certain application?

  Have you checked for yellow exclamation marks Device Manager? Maybe a driver isn t working properly and you should update it.

  Also make sure that your BIOS is up to date. You can download the latest version on the Toshiba site.

  Last but not least blue screen often associated drivers or memory modules defective RAM. The latter you can check using Memtest86.
