  OK.sync worked so good between my laptop and my two android devices.

  If syncing still works on Android devices so there is no need to generate a new key for synchronization and you shouldn't have a problem the pair from the desktop with one of Android devices via the pairing code 12 characters. Use the pairing code 12 characters is not expected to enter a key for synchronization, as these data will be recovered from the Android where you enter this code on the desktop. That's why the two devices must be online at the same time. Note that the synchronization code is a code of 26 characters and therefore is much longer than the code pairing 12 characters.

• Photoshop CS5 on computer dead now on the new desktop PC I put on laptop too?

  I bought Photoshop CS5 last year a few months before my computer 'death inevitably' on me. The store of the local computer could not solve it so I bought a new PC desktop to them. Under the agreement, they have installed all my programs from my records and I used it successfully since.

  I now have new laptop that I want to use a holiday of photography. I can load CS5 on that too? I understand there are 2 licenses but one can always allocated to the PC "dead." How do I know if this is the case and get it transferred to my new laptop?

  Just try to install CS5 on the new laptop computer.

• Constant BSOD with the new laptop computer

  I bought a laptop Dell L521X are three or four weeks ago, and since then have had difficulties with the projection of thing regularly blue on me at arbitrary points. Those initial seemed to result from McAfee LiveSafe who settled on the laptop so I uninstalled this and these people arrested. However, since then he has been giving me an error called DRIVER_POWER_STATE_FAILURE he says is caused by ntoskrnl.exe. Blue screens seem to happen arbitrarily and not because of anything specific I'm doing on the laptop. It will almost always crash when it is in "standby", however, and a few times he broke down while I'm closing. I updated both drivers and BIOS, hoping that would solve the problem but neither helped. I thought that it could be a hardware problem but all the Dell diagnostics, I came back with nothing. I've been futzing with the thing for a while now trying to figure out what it is but I'm stumped.   I really want to fix this because I don't want to take over the laptop. I bought the thing because I had problems with my old, and here I will once more in trouble with the new! I hope you guys can help me. Thank you!

  Gah... I suspected that this software to be a problem, but I wanted to be sure before recommending removal. Sunbelt Firewall is originally NETBIOS conflicts, I see quite often. It is quite problematic software (IMO), so I would remove as soon as POSSIBLE.

  I just bought a new laptop Sony VAIO with Windows 7. No complaints whatsoever, it is a wonderful machine, but a problem has arisen in recent days. After a few days of use, a BSOD appeared randomly. Two days later, same story. It seems to be no direct cause of the problem, it happens completely randomly and without no warning sign whatsoever.

  Since this is a new machine, you should get the seller and Sony support involved for replacement
  and/or claim under warranty. If the cause is hardware that is more than likely to worsen if other USB
  and maybe the other material is affected. Keep in mind the do more you to try to fix the most

• Multi-writer stops and Blu - ray player and stutters on the new desktop.

  New HP ENVY H8 - 1420t CTO desktop PC.  Upgrade to drive optics multi-writer blu - ray.  While playback of blu - ray movies, drive spin for a few minutes then stops, stutters and makes a mechanical sound for minute, and then continue to play.  Very annoying.  Desktop is Intel i7 quad cpu 3.5 ghz and comes with the PowerDVD blu - ray software.  HP exchanged the drive.  No help.  Software mfg Cyberlink tells me that I should update the firmware.  BUT, I can't determine what is the model of the optical drive, who made it and therefore, how to get the firmware updates!  NOTE: Cyberlink also told me it is perhaps a matter of 'performance' - how is this possible with all of the provided equipment?  The graphics card is a Nvidia GeForce GT 630.  Help!

• Stops randomly on the new desktop Studio XPS - 435 t/9000, please help!

  My parents spent an obscene amount of money on their computer, however, some being computer illiterate they needed me to help out, which I'm all too happy to talk. So here's the problem, the card will be at the end.

  As long as they have had this computer there randomly stop, little by little is that after large amounts of time to be under a light load (I would say 25% of capacity). He would not give an error or close the problems one by one, power, and everything shuts down (turns screen black computer is silent). He tries to return as if you were starting a shutdown computer about 5 seconds after it turns off.

  I thought it was overheating, so I installed a few programs of the manual fan control and ran a few tests with Prime95 torture. Overheating shutdown for CPU was at 90 c, but since the computer is idling at 36 and 62 max on a charge is no longer me, overheating is the problem. So the only thing I can think of that might cause the problem is the power supply.

  It was a costly computer and I do not want my parents wasted their money on it, any suggestion/help will be greatly appreciated , because I'm stuck and do not want to tell my parents to buy a new PSU, if this isn't the correct answer to this problem.

  Any other information needed is provided if I can find a way to find it on request.

  Had the same problem. Fixed what mine was enter Bio going to change (power management features) S3 to S1, save the changes. Never had the problem again. Don't know what I did. But it worked!

• Question about creating discs of recovery on the new desktop

  you just bought a 8 hp pav p7.1003wb office gig / 1 TB hard drive. Windows 7-64 bit, that I will need to make recovery disks because they are no longer included.

  should I have separate recovery of my regular backup discs? and what is better to use ie., cdr - rw, flash drive, and it should be 1 TB? I have a 16 GB flash stick that I currently keep my personal files. I looked at a few external drives too and just confused myself as to what I need. Currently, I got for my old desktop (a gateway 2001) which came with recovery disks and then I would back up all the files that I had to keep on my flash stick.

  I'm sorry I'm a little computer illiterate, and I can't follow the rapid technological change and hope someone can explain to me on my level... Thank you!

  Part2, backup: you can keep it as simple with copies on important files flash drive.

  I was not able to send any type of attachment in an email since I was this new 660 s Inspiron.  I tried a black and white document plain with no luck and also tried to attach a picture to my pictures folder.  I called Dell support and since I had my computer for a little more than 3 months, it is not under warranty of the software, and don't talk to me without having to pay over $ 200 for a software warranty.  All I need to know is how to get the attachment to load.  It seems that something is blocking of upload.  I'd appreciate any help on this.

  If try another browser does not work, try disabling McAfee temporarily to see if you can send an attachment. Maybe McAfee analyzes Yahoo stopwatch.

• Calendar of Smartphones blackBerry used to synchronize with the new Desktop software

  I recently received the latest version of the desktop software. For some reason, my Outlook calendar sync is no longer with my Blackberry. When I go to the title of the Organizer in the Desktop software, MemoPad address book & tasks are checked and work, however, timing is not verified and in parentheses next to it says not installed. No idea why this is or how I set it up to make it work again.
