Bubble like spots on the screen LCD T410

Just noticed this a few minutes ago on my T410 (2516-CTO), there are three major tasks and three small spots on the centre-left of my screen. I tried to wipe the screen with a clean Microfiber cloth and a gentle jet of glasses cleaner on the cloth. All the dust was released, but the tasks remain. They appear only when I inspect the screen with a flashlight on dead. These tasks similar to white reflecting film-y areas, like the surface of the screen LCD is peeled off with very thin air bubbles. They seem to resemble defects under the surface - is my LCD delamination or anything else bad past?

Doesn't look like it, they think that his 'damage' I have to pay for. I've only had this T410 for a week.

Good news! After a long out of stock, the technician on-site, finally, came and succeeded him. Less than 15 minutes so I was looking at.

  • white spots on the screen of the touchpad

I just got a 32 GB touchpad. I noticed that there are some white spots on the screen. One of them near the top left of the screen is very notciable but only on a clear background as white and light gray. The special white spot appears brighter than the background (slightly bluish). It is about 2-3mm in the Center and extends the region approximately 10 mm. Also, anyone notice the same thing?

I would not bother to repair unless the white spots get more over time. I wonder if this is a sign of failure. Thank you.

P.S. shapes of white spots appear similar to these well-known yellow spots on ipad 2.

OK, answered my own question. After some Internet research, I am convinced the white spots (or stains specifically) are "pressure damage. It could have happened during the Assembly process. Some have said that this kind of problem could get worse with time (as one of my LCD monitors). In any case, I discuss with CS and they will repair screen touchpad for me.

  • Is it possible to have an iPhone all nine 6s with spots on the screen changed?

    Hello

I bought an iPhone 6s a few days ago, of the Finland via a wireless carrier (Elisa). Right after I remove the screen protector, I realized there are a few spots on the screen that would return a moment after them wiping. Next day I took the phone to the operator and asked them if they could replace it because I had just bought it. (I did not ask a refund.)

The clerk denied the right for my defective phone replacement and instead offered to send it to the service center to fix it. I insisted on the fact that in the interest of customer satisfaction, the devices usually receive a certain time to return where they do not meet expectations. The clerk said there was no other way, but having repaired. I wasn't happy, but since there is no other solution I had to restore my phone after two days of buying it.

Now, given that I bought from an operator and not an Apple store, I wanted to make sure the conditions of Apple in these cases. I find it very unlikely that Apple services do not immediately replace a defective product when it turns therefore upon purchase.

Can I do right now to make them replace my phone instead of repair?

    Thank you.

    Hello

You should get a replacement iPhone, but that they must check first for any liquid.

In the meantime use SIM card in another phone if you have one.

It will take a few days to sort out.

  • White spots on the screen

IAM having white spots on the screen.

It therefore appears as a white light spot when the screen has a light background. On a screen darker it disappears completely. The spot is a few millimetres in size. My system is lenovo Z50-70.

should I have to replace the screen?

as long as you don't have more than three dead pixels, lenovo warranty covers the replacement if they do not change the conditions.

  • White/clear spots on the screen

My Z5 started having white/clear spots on the screen, he especially visible on a white background. Does anyone know if it covered by the warranty

    Hi @Adamb1,

    Sorry to hear that.

Your phone must be examined by an authorized technician before we can determine if it is something that is covered by our warranty. For this reason your phone must be sent to our authorized service center through your local ownership as Uliwooly said.

  • Replacing the screen LCD Lenovo P500

    Hello

I bought a Lenovo P500 to the United States, but have since moved back to my country, and the local licensed contractor wrote that the model is supported only in the United States.

The LCD screen is cracked (external glass wall has nothing wrong), with cracks 'Web of spider-like' who are spreading slowly throughout the screen. (At least, I assume it's the LCD?)

According to an officer of Lenovo, my two best options would be 1) send the portable whole to the United States with high fees, or 2) control the LCD screen for this model and get a repairman to fix it.

I want to choose option 2 DIY style, so I would like to know:

    (1) the LCD reference number, and perhaps where I could order it from.

    (2) according to your experience, it is the LCD that is cracked? When I touch the outer glass of the laptop he is perfectly fine, and I think the Interior is called the LCD and it's what is cracked... I just want to confirm it.

Of course, if you know other options I have please let me know!

P.S. I didn't buy the warranty of protection against accidental damage.

    Thank you

  • Small white spots on the screen (no pixels dead) of RMB

This week, when I opened my MacBook on the screen, I saw on the white spots screen 12 ". At first, I thought maybe would it be a beat on the screen but a quick wipe down and a thorough inspection of different angles confirmed that it was something else. I closed and turned back RMB. The small bright white spots were persistent, although only perceptible in the middle of a dark background, or when the Sun is reflected on the screen.

Everyone has the same problem or knows what is the best solution for this problem? I don't have a case at Apple yet, because I am in doubt if Apple repair this under warranty on the other I need to get in touch with my insurance company.

It reminds me of all the problems with the Retina on the MacBook Pro screens (you can search "Staingate" in Google). If the MacBook is under warranty, you must make a backup of your data and take it to an Apple Store or dealer, so that you can get your MacBook repaired.

  • Qosmio G20 - spot on the screen

Coffee was spilled on my Qosmio G20 yesterday, my first reaction was to try to keep out of the keyboard and PCB below, but this resulted in a few enter the screen leaving a stain on the left hand side (the region is actually brighter than the rest of the screen).

Are there instructions anywhere on the disassembly of the screen as I wonder whether to go inside and try to clean this area or just live with it.

I have no Toshiba dealers anywhere near me and that you do not want to send the laptop away for several weeks.

    Martin

    Hello

The spilled liquid is still a serious problem.
But it seems you're a lucky guy and the liquid doesn't damage the motherboard and integrated circuits.

In any case, I would not recommend opening the laptop itself. Looks like you haven t a lot of experience with these procedures.
It s always risky to disassemble the laptop. The chances are high that you damage to other parts.

Finally, you must know that you will lose the warranty if you disassemble the laptop itself.

    Good bye

  • Light spot on the screen

    Hi all

When I talk about things with a black background as the heart monitor, I notice there is an area of the screen that much lighter look...

It looks like a stain on the screen, but then when looking carefully, you'll notice this isn't on the screen, but in the colors.

Does anyone else have this problem?

I have attached a picture of it - look at the number below and you will see that it resembles a task a bit more light... it's hard to take a picture of.

    Thanks for your help,

    Tori

    Hi Tori

It is an intentional visual effect that is designed to repeat the contents of the underlying screen.

The effect appears every time that see you some screens that slide on top of the other, for example:

    -By the Notification Center sliding down when opening you view the screen of the watch face;

-For the opening of eyes by dragging to the top when you view the screen of the watch face.

If you want to disable this feature:

-On your iPhone in the app shows, go to: Watch My > General > accessibility - turn on / enable the setting to reduce transparency.

  • Absent from the bar spots and the screen is not good

    Original title: move screen up

How can I move the windows screen?   Can't see my bottom toolbar?  There is about 1/2 space black above the windows open or even the windows page.   I have also two windows superimposed in facebook.   I can't click on the rear window to get rid of it.   When you play games farmville, pioneer trail, etc.  I have to click on things about 1/4 inch to the right of the object.   At the top of the screen is about 1/2 inch on top and to the left.   How do I get this all to move to adapt to the screen?

    Any help would be appreciated.

I got the problem fixed with the double screen to upgrade my Intel HD Graphics Family.

I use windows 7 on a HP Pavilian laptop g6.
The only problem I have now is that I connect the laptop to my gateway FPD2275W TFT LCD Moitor as its bigger and easier to see.   Now on this gateway monitor I have space black above the scree so unless I do my toolbar on the largest background I can hardly see it.  I used for the button on the side of the monitor auto fit my picture and it runs for about 2 seconds and then it lowers the screen again.  I have the resolution set on this 1680 X 1050 monitor, which is the recommended setting.   If I liked I receive frequency out of range.
All this began after I clicked on the key in google and went on google chrome and it updated something.
Those that this isn't a big problem is possible to raise the screen on the monitor so that it is using the entire screen and not to leave about 1/4 to 1/2 black space at the top?
    Thank you for your help.
  • Yellow spot on the screen and images

I have yellow stains on white background like gmail app or face book application. This happens also in pictures, when you look at the screen on the phone. I have the phone set to auto brightness. It also happens in safe mode. It's like contrast is at the top of the screen.

I could compare your phone to other G and see if it's for all the phones in G or just your. If it's only your phone, you can do a warranty claim.
