I firstly you suggests to save the project to your computer, and then try to burn on a DVD at a slower burning speed.

Choose a speed slower burn to your DVD recorder as follows:

1 back to adding photos and video to the DVD page and then click on Options.
    2. in the DVD burner speed box, select medium or slow.

  • Burn DVDs with Imac 2015...

    Hello Forum,

I just updated my Imac 2011 and bought a newer Imac 2015 and I forgot it doesn't have a DVD/CD player.  Question I'm looking for recommendations on what to buy to be able to burn DVDs, play, DVD and CD.  I have customers who still use the DVD and need to burn and create menus that I am probably able to do with DVD Studio Pro?

    Thank you!

Apple sells an external USB optical drive specifically for use with models that do not come with an optical drive. You will find in the store.

    Hello

Don't you know that the use of the incorrect firmware or not is not compatible would be detrimental to your CD/DVD drive?
You should only use the firmware provided by Toshiba.

I checked the page European driver of Toshiba and found 6 different firmware updates.
There are updates for the reader:
    TS-L633P, TS-L633A DVRTD08A, DVRTD08L, TS-L632P TS-L632H

You got the message because it seems that you used the wrong firmware or is not compatible!

So if you want to Flash the firmware using the Toshiba files European page:

by the way: some disc can cause some problems if different test types of disks from different manufacturers.

  • Burning DVDs with Windows Media Center

Why does take so long to burn a dvd of a movie that I recorded with Windows Media Center Vista?

Is there another way to upload videos/movies recorded with Windows Media Center on a dvd?

I have Windows Vista Ultimate 64.

What determines how long it will take to burn the DVD?

The following factors play a role in how long it will take to burn a DVD:

    • Available system resources on your computer. The speed of your computer processor, the amount of available disk space and amount of RAM play a role in determining how long it will take to encode the video and burn it to a DVD.

    • The speed of your DVD burner, as well as the type of recordable DVD media you are using. A faster DVD burner with faster recordable DVDs results in a decreased once burning, compared to burning a DVD with a DVD burner slower more slowly the recordable DVD.

    • The length of the video on the DVD. When you use Windows Media Center to create a DVD, all the video and audio must be converted to a file format audio and video that a DVD player can decode and play. Long videos take longer to burn.

You can include digital images and music on the DVD when creating a slide show. Photos and music are encoded in the MPEG-2 and Dolby audio, Digital video format and consequently, they will increase the time it takes to create and burn slide show DVD.

I use windows vista, and until very recently, I had no problem with windows movie maker.  But during the past year, whenever I try to burn a dvd, it burns at about 40 percent or more and then all of a sudden, it will say 'cannot complete the dvd, 'unknown error'.  Are there any suggestions as to why this might be happening?

    Hello whalelover,.

You can try the problems Troubleshooting Microsoft listed here for problems with burning CD/DVDs .
There is an automatic FIXIT who will scan your computer and fix problems that he sees.

If this does not help, it may be a problem of encoding and you don't have the correct Codec to hole in Movie Maker.

  • Burn DVDs with Adobe products?

    Hello

I am trying to burn a video I captured with CC PP for a DVD disc double layer, but all I can find is to use a program called 'Yet' that don't seem to is no longer available. I also have Nero Platinum (latest version), but I can't get that to work either. What should I do?

Here is the link for info re using Encore CS6 with CC for 2014 CC update and install the Office of cloud.

For double layer, make sure that you run 'as administrator'.

It has links to get the library (which is not installed with yet) and a workflow with CC versions.

  • Burning DVDs with an Imac

Hey guys! I would like to say firstly that I appreciate a lot of help or advice that offers anyone, as there is no reason except out of the goodness of your heart to give a free consultation.

Let's get it all there in the open air.

I am a wedding videographer and I have an iMac 2011. I know. Ok. I know

I've been running very troubling questions.

I completed the project in first with three distinct sequences (ceremony, reception, trailer).

I brought these sequences in Adobe Encore to burn content on DVD.

Unfortunately, my imac is unable to treat the burn. There is no material capable of doing such a noble thing (although he claims to do this).

I worked for weeks now just trying to drag a test burn, but there still any method I try, I am at a loss.  I need to have done as soon as possible and the way I look at it, I have two options.

My roommate had a beautiful ramm big 16 GB turn that, in my opinion, will be sufficient to accomplish the task of said.

I have an external hard drive of course. Here are first option and question.

    1. I export media (3 separate sequences) to a mpeg2 file, I guess. Bring to my external hard drive (or DHM lol) and put it on his computer and then use his version of reminder, or another burning software (it must be able to make the menus tho). BUT

What should export only the media? MPEG2, mpeg2 DVD? NSTC some? It was shot in 1080 p 24 fps in a canon dslr. He must be of good quality, of course.

and just in case or not available on your computer what burning software would use the use? (and Yes price is a problem). Laughing out loud

    Option 2.

Take the completed project that in the still at the moment and just burn a DVD folder. Put on the EHD and wear model roommates and burn with a dvd burning software. But when I do a record that comes out as a file video_ts. Being a newb, of course, I don't know what it means that even.

If you where me. What would you do?

Once again, thank you guys a lot for any help.

    Big kisses.

    -tom

The computer's power should not be a problem. Transcoding/export takes just time. Most of us don't like to burn with yet anyway.

Export first as MPEG2-DVD. Use the scale to fill. Your main problem is to put a bitrate. What is the total length in minutes of all your movies? The menus animated, etc.?

Construction of folder is fine; but built for image can simplify the options. Build on the external drive and put it on computer of Mathis.

PC use ImgBurn; Using Mac Toast.

See Edit Menu/preferences/general and the option "show all do not view message again. Check the status of the check box for it and set accordingly.

  • BURN DVDS WITH IMGBURN MULTIPLES

I've already posted questions on the burning slide shows created in PE8 on DVD.  Bill Hunt (3/24) & Nealeh (3/24) provided good advice.  Bill suggested I have try IMGBURN which I did.  Make more two other copies, I created an ISO of a TS_VIDEO file by following the instructions of IMGBURN.  Then I burned a functional DVD successfully.  When I tried to make additional copies by specifying multiple copies, I couldn't start a burn.  All the toutes les idees ideas on how, anyone?  Thank you.

I never had this problem, even if I burn the file and not as an ISO. I just set the number of DVD and swap the disk when finished. Going like clockwork for me.

Do not have any idea of why it is not for you. That you get the error messages, or warnings?

Good luck and wish I had more.

  • Qosmio G20-118: Multi drive is not burning DVDs

    Hi guys,.

This day I have never been able to burn a DVD with music files from itunes (in the form of data) using my G20-118, although I have no problem what to do in my old office. I have tried several different DVDs without success. Everything seems to go smoothly until the last dry when there is an error. I had the same problem that burn DVDs with Sonic. Finally, my drive rarely reads CD of music stored on other computers. It also came with data CD, although rarely.

Do I have a defective disk? This CD/DVD that you tried and must work on my system?

    Thank you very much!
    Pedro

    Hello

I don't think it's a compatibility issue with the disks because the player accepts and then displays an error.

For me, this looks like a bad drive, but perhaps you must first reinstall the driver or the whole system.

    Good bye

  • Recording video camcorder to DVD with Satellite 1900

I just tried to save a video from my camcorder to a DVD-R, but kept getting the message "disc not found" my computer is a Satellite 1900 and fortunately plays DVDs. but seems not to want to save them.
The type of DVD makes all the difference, is there a way to make the computer recognize the disc in drive E:

Video fortunately transferred from the camera to the computer and I can play on the computer, but it cannot transfer to a DVD disc, anyone with ideas?

    Hello

One question; you have a DVD burner or just the DVD player!
Please don't forget that you can also burn DVDs with your laptop and not only display.

Second question; What burning applications did you use?
I use Nero and it s my favorite burning program. It supports several modes of burning and burn the middle with best performance.

    Check it!

    Hello world

I have a big problem with Toshiba a300. Windows Vista is not starts.

Watch only the menu with 2 options: first "fix the system" - when I choose this option 10 seconds later I see messeage: click OK to turn off the computer.
When I choose the second option in my laptop restart every time.

I tried after turning on the computer, press F8, but all the option in this menu do NOT fix the problem.
I have no CV/DVD to my computer.
After the first time I don't burn DVD with backup.

I have really now how can I install system with recovery patriction. What softwere I need and how do I do it?

    Thanks for help

    Hello

Sat A300 and other new models of laptops are equipped with HARD drive recovery option. This HARD drive recovery should allow you to recover the laptop without the use of all disks.
In order to start the procedure for HARD drive recovery, you need to press F8. Then choose the first option called fix my computer. Then new window pops up and there you have to choose Toshiba HDD recovery. All that s.

But if this procedure don't work (no matter why) then you will need to use the Toshiba recovery disc. If you n t create a floppy disk for recovery of a hand and the laptop will not start, then you will have to buy a drive for recovery of this page:
