  The key is that you have to allow this program through your windows firewall.

  I suggest that you use Microsoft Office Picture Manager to perform this task. You can open the folder containing the pictures, right click on any of the image and select Open with , then select Microsoft Office Picture Manager or do the same thing within the photo gallery.

  The image should open with MS Picture Manager, click change photo in the main menu. Select resize in the right pane, select resize settings (right pane) option you want, and then click Ok

  Hello, I was wondering if someone could help me.  In the windows photo gallery when I choose to display my screen full of pictures, it only shows the mode full-screen widescreen.  Instead, they are centered in the middle with two black lines down on part of the photograph.  I would like the image to fit the full screen.
