C000021a error blue screen

When I turn on my xp prof labtop, I get the blue screen that says:

Stop: c00002la (fatal system error)
the windows logon process system ended unexpectedly with status 0xc0000005 (0x00000000 0x00000000)
the system has been shut down.

So I try to boot using the cd and "set up loading"... and this continues until another blue screen appears, quote '; "." If this is the first time... Follow these step

Search for viruses... run chkdsk /f

stop 0 x 0000 007 end citation b (...)

In short, I don't have to step of the Recovery Console.  I have attached this hard as slave

(on an other xp Home pc to recover my data) and wonder what kind of windows file can I replace so that I don't have to reformat my labtop
There is other software that I do not have the cd more.

Your answer as soon as possible is appreciated.

Thank you

  • Satellite L450D-128: how to fix intermittent errors blue screen Crash?

My computer suffered several errors blue screen for a month, and I need help to fix it. I've already posted this question on the forums of Windows 7, but received no reply and therefore no help.

    I use a Satellite L450D-128. I installed Windows 7 Home Premium 64-bit.
According to the .dmp files, most of the accidents were caused by the ntoskrnl.exe file that is part of the windows OS.

Can someone tell me the best way to look at/fix this file?

    Hello

The ntoskrnl.exe seems to be part of the kernel to boot Microsoft.
In my view this file or this process should not create a BSOD
Have you checked if the new installation of the OS could solve this problem?

Given that the BSOD may be linked to serious problems or hardware problem
Therefore, you should try new fresh OS installation to check if the system is not affected
Otherwise I recommend that you check the RAM modules (perhaps running a memtest86 +)

  • Satellite A300D-1EI - error blue screen display - drivers did not have

I bought my laptop about a month ago.
Everything is working great except two errors 'blue screen' caused by the graphics card.

Both were when the laptop was connected to the TV via the S-video port.
First was when the computer screen turns off after 15 minutes while watching a movie on resume says that the display drivers did not have, and then I got the blue screen. Then I updated the site Web of ATI display drivers and set the computer screen goes out.

All were ok with no problems, until last night when I got another message that the display drivers did not follow a blue screen.

I wonder if this is problem to drive or there is a problem with my graphics card.

    System information:
Processor: Intel Core 2 Duo T8400 CPU @ 2.26 GHz
    Memory (RAM live): 3.00 GB
System type: 32-bit Windows Vista Edition Home Premium
Graphics card: ATI Mobility Radeon HD 3470

If long you use ATI driver ATI support page it is not possible to say anything on this subject.
This driver is not tested and Toshiba does not offer any help on this matter.

So what you can do is to install OS using recovery media and see what will happen in the future. Please test extensively with the own operating system preinstalled. Do not install anything that can have some negative influence this game or additional applications, codecs or something similar.

Test it please and tell us if the problem persists.

Symptoms: Booted computer, loaded the raid drivers and showed at the start screen XP for half a second then to BSOD with a Stop error Code 0x0000007E - see also a lot of users (0xC0000001D, 0 x-, etc.) as well.

    Solution:

1 boot from your Windows XP CD and start the recovery console. You may need to press F6 while RC loads in order to load the SATA drivers. you will have a prompt c:\WINDOWS to the console.

    2. type: CD $NtUninstallKB977165$ \spuninst (it's the update, I had to uninstall to get out of the boot loop, other updates can be uninstalled by changing the name of the directory to $NtUninstallKBCODE$, where KBCODE is the code KB)

    3. type: BATCH spuninst.txt

    4. type: exit

Don't forget to configure your system to boot from the HD before resuming. I hope this helps. Saved me a lot of hassle today.

  • NMI:Parity error blue screen

I have problem with blue screen with any program at any time. It is as it should be a hardware problem. When I run the Diagnostics on my computer everything seems to check out OK.

    Hello drichardson3,

    ·         You get this error blue screen randomly on your computer?

    ·         What exactly is the diagnostic test that you have run on the computer?

The checking of NMI Parity error is an error related to a defective hardware on your computer. This is mainly caused by a faulty RAM.

To resolve this problem, you may need to check on the RAM, I suggest you contact the manufacturer of your computer to check the hardware that does not work properly.

Have you tried to install the original preinstalled Toshiba system using the recovery disk to check if the same BSOD error appear?
If this is not the case, do.
This BSOD can be linked either hardware or software problem and good work and pre-configured system could clarify the situation.

  • Satellite Pro M50: ATI Radeon Mobility 200 - error blue screen

    Hello

My girlfriend has a Satellite Pro M50, she bought 3 weeks ago about, recently it started to freeze so that in general use (play music, browse the web via wifi etc.) and then it blue screens. The blue display lights only for a split second before disappearing and the reboot of the machine.

Once he started again I send the error report to Microsoft and it lets me know that he could have the ATI drivers, I went to the website of ati to search for drivers, but for some reason any, that there is none for the mobility of 200 m, I used the drivers from the toshiba to the opposite site and this seemed to solve the problem for a short time , but it's happening now once again, is this a hardware problem or software and what should I do?

any ideas anyone (specification of machine below)?

    Hello

The blue screen occurs due to the failure of the serious software or hardware failure. You the case looks like a hardware problem. As John said in the first response, it could be the graphics card or something similar.
You guarantee is valid and I really recommend to contact the Toshiba authorized service partner in your country for the control of the machine.
If replacements are needed this should be done for free because of the valid guarantee.

  • Error blue screen on Satellite Pro A10

    Hello

I try to help my in-laws with their SPA10 Pro Satellite. I had set this up for them a few months ago and it was working fine.
Now it reboots about two seconds after the "use last good configuration ' screen etc, gets to the screen again then restarts immediately to infinity, never a break on error message for long enough to see what he says.
I managed to boot from the Windows XP home and got disc with respect to the repair or continue with the installation screen. When I asked the computer don't either TI stuck on blue screen almost immediately. The error message is
    STOP: 0X000000C5 (0X00000002, 0X00000001, 0X00000000, 0X8082B98B)

This is beyond my skill level, someone can help?
    Thank you

    Hello

It is not easy to tell what the problem is here and what your in-laws have made with this device. Try to start the machine in safe mode by pressing F8 at the beginning upward. What unit starts check a bit if some strange software is installed.

If there is no important data, I advise you to install the new OS. On this way, you will be sure that it is not because of software. If the problem persists then is the question is more complicated and there may be a hardware failure.

At the moment I can't tell you more. Try to make the clean OS install and post again on the results.

Try another monitor and cable on your PC in order to eliminate the PC as possible problem. You can also try your monitor and cable on another PC.

Open your PC and see if the fan on the video card.  It can be full of dust.

If the card turns out to be defective, must you output s-video port? If so, then look at this 9500 GT from NVIDIA.

  • Satellite L505-13W shows error blue screen

My error on blue screen shows computer laptop SATELLITE L505-13W.

Even after repair successful when restarting requested repair, he showed the same error.
So I tried to recover with the recovery cd, but it turned out to be a tragedy.

He eraced my complete HDD to stone age and smiled saying recovery is not possible.

    Please help me...

    Hello

If the laptop can not be recovered using the recovery disc, then it feels the hardware problem.
Are you sure that your recovery disc is OK?
Have you tried to install the OS using another installation disc?

Perhaps it would be useful to check if the problem could be related to defective recovery disk, but if the BSOD (blue screen of death) appeared before the installation of the OS, I would say that the problem can be caused by an internal hardware malfunction

It would be necessary to check the modules of RAM and HARD drive.
HARD drive can be verified by using the diagnostic software from disk as Drive Fitness Test (freeware)

RAM could be checked with a tool like memtest, but you need a system to market, then in this case, you can not check the RAM using a software that I recommend to remove a module and test the laptop using a module in each slot
