C00D11C6

I recently started to get the C00D11C6 error message when you try to play DVDs.

I'm sure it's due to a recent update of windows, but can't find the source of the problem.  There is a recent update of silverlight that I can't remove.

Any suggestions please.

Q: neither KB2647516, nor KB2633874, nor KB2497640 is listed in the installed updates view, is that correct?
A: I checked a couple of times, could not find these updates.
